Nick nick Nick, you're the top man when it comes to customer service. My husband and I were super hungry and it was late, we decided to hit dominoes and we were fortunate enough to be answered by Nick whom actually could've been like you know what it's too late, (Mind you it was like 2 o'clock and they closed at 2 o'clock) he completely went above and beyond ... took our order ,,, nailed it ... and Above all else didn't give us any kind of crap and was happy to serve us and help us. Super hard to come by nowadays. So good so so good!!! Yummy to my tummy!! Nick just deserves a bunch of kudos for being a bad ass. Management needs to give him a big fat raise and anybody else that deals with him needs to give him tip money love. Thank you Nick and we most definitely will use you guys again over and over and over not just because I love cheesy bread, but your customer service was superb. Dominos has gone down hill for pizza. They don't offer parmesan cheese or plates at all or sliced tomatoes. Every other pizza place offers this. I'm from the south and all of the dominos their offers those items. The ones in Oregon are the only ones that don't. They are penny pinchers here. read more

I ordered two pizzas A chicken Taco and a Supreme. They do not know how to make them On the Chicken taco. I got green peppers and big chunks of tomatoes with a cream sauce and on the other it was big pieces of Mushrooms with Bell Peppers. Other places I get lettuce cheese tomatoes and chips on a Taco pizza and for supreme they get more ingredients then what was on this one. They just lost my business read more

Dominoes is always my go-to pizza place when I want pizza fast. I always get the "Get two or more items for $5.99 each" deal. I get simple pizzas each time and haven't had any mistakes or problems with my orders. When I do order, its almost always delivery or take out. I do all my orders online. My pizza deliveries are always quick and/or right on the mark as their estimated timer suggests. Every time I have done take-out, it is always ready when I arrive to pick it up. Dominoes always has great deals or coupons available, which I use every time! I was going to the Silverton Rd. location, but I usually eat pizza when I am with my boyfriend and he lives close to this location. So now we use this one primarily. I am very pleased with Dominoes! Definitely way better than Little Caesar's! read more

Delivery driver mistakenly called cops on our house for domestic violence from over hearing television. Ended up with two cops pounding on our door, looking in our windows, and kept asking to come in because their was a "witness that saw us slapping a woman". Not wanting to argue for half an hour and waste my time and Salem PDs time, I gave up my rights for them to come into the house to search the place. A few minutes later and a thorough search of the house found no such event occurred. I called the next day, and the manager said the owner would be in touch. Over 24 hours later the owner called and was more defensive of the driver's action than she was apologetic to me. She offered a certificate for my "inconvenience". The "inconvenience" I had was being looked at like a woman beater and feeling like a criminal, my rights of privacy invaded while two police officers went through my house, two restless nights from the stress and anger from the whole situation. I asked if they'd donate pizzas to the local women's shelter (Simonka Place) to benefit actual victims of domestic violence, but I can't get proof they will actually follow through. Either way, I will not be ordering from this Domino's location, or any other location ever again. My friends and I have already deleted the app and will be looking for other pizza places near by (any recommendations). read more

We recieved a menu with coupons in the mail for Dominos Pizza. That menu sat around for awhile. No real reason. Today we decided to really look at the updated menu to have food delivered. The menu includes much more than Pizza, much to our hungry palates pleasure. I ordered the Specialty Chicken bacon & Tomatoe. It was hot, fresh and absolutely yummy. We also ordered the double feast pepperoni Pizza. Fantastic flavor. The molten lava cake was sinfully delicious. All delivered to the door by a very nice man who was really helpful, allowed us to see the food before signing the receipt and tried to refused additional tip beyond standard delivery charge. Earning him an extra 5 bucks for his pleasant honest refusal of the little extra we were trying to give him. His words? "You don't have to tip me extra, a delivery charge is added to all delivery orders." Needless to say we didn't let him refuse. Hard working people need rewards, and we appreciated his honesty. read more

They arrived in LESS time than they anticipated. The pizza and the cheesy bread were piping hot and perfect. Love the fact that, unlike a couple of other places in town, they seem to know what it means when you want to see the cheese on your pizza! Just the right amount of ingredients, and not overloaded with too much sauce! When we called to let them know an ingredient (nothing major or crucial) was left off, they were here (faster than the Flash himself - take that, Justice League!) to make everything right. After tonight's experience, I will never order from here again, and it's not because of the food! Thank goodness for pizza tracker, so I can list some names. Tonight a male delivered to me. He was incredibly rude, inconsiderate, rushed me into signing a receipt and took off without even saying thank you! This is not the only time this has occured. It definitely makes me tip less when they act this way. One driver in particular, Gabe, the larger guy with glasses is the worst. I have never encountered the rudeness of a delivery driver that I have with this man. He is rude and inconsiderate and you can tell all he cares about is the tip I write on my receipt! It's horrible. The only good encounters I've had from deliveries are from Eric and Brittany. Eric is very friendly and he does not rush you. However, Brittany on the other hand delivered to me about two weeks ago, and I want to praise her for her work. She ran to my door, and politely handed me my food with a smile. She did not rush me into signing the receipt, and even held a short conversation with me while I was signing it. She complimented myself, and she said thank you probably 3 or 4 times. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had from THIS Domino's pizza. I hoped she'd deliver my pizza every time, but obviously that would never happen! Also, here's a horrible encounter I had for a pick up order. I was waiting in the waiting area, and it was pouring down rain outside. A driver ran in, and the woman at the oven (Sabrina I believe, the manager) began yelling at the driver, commenting on how they didn't run through the door fast enough or whatever, and that ground at there is horribly slippery when it's raining and she expected the driver to endanger themselves by running even faster. From what I saw, they came in fairly quickly! In addition, Sabrina also yelled at a young man for not calling out a number when he put a pizza in the oven and yelled at him for putting pizzas in the oven too soon. She was VERY disrespectful to him and he was just trying to do his job. She proceeded to yell at other employees as well, and every bit of it was rude. There was no praising coming from her at all. I really wanted to give her my own two sense about the situation, but I figured I'd talk to the owner, Tim, who just ended up sticking up for Sabrina. In a business, I thought you were supposed to listen to your customers, but apparently that's not the case here. This didn't even involve me, but out of my respect for the employees that work here, I believe they deserve much better than they are given! read more

This is the first time I have ever ordered a Domino"s Pizza. The double pepperoni was O.K.at best. The chicken wings were "really terrible", "completely uneatable"!! The pizza is better than I remember from Dominoes. The price was acceptable with coupon. The dipping sauce options are a welcome addition. Obviously I haven't had Dominoes is years. I was going to go Papa John's, but I had heard Dominoes had improved in quality. I used to work in pizza places, so I have a pretty good understanding how it works. I would pick dominoes over Papa John's Pizza Hut and Little Caesars, the other major chains with comparable pizza. I got the pan pizza. It was a greatly improved crust from the last Dominoes I had a long time ago. It is not as fluffy and bready as Pizza Hut's pan, but I liked it better. The topping were not generous by any means, but got the job done. The cheese was adequate. I also got the boneless chicken chicken poppers. They were fairly good quality, and the dipping sauce was good. I got a 2 liter of cherry coke as well. Actually, this was what tipped the scale in favor of Dominoes. Papa John's here sells Pepsi only, blech! read more
