Tried ordering online, website not clear on how to apply the "any two items for $6.99". So went to the store. They made me order on my phone to get the deal but they took a while figuring out how to do that. When I finally got the order in right, the dynamic pricing had upped the price to $7.99 for each. Decided that was still a good enuf deal and did Apple Pay...BUT, even tho I'm standing there inside the store, I had to enter my cars' make mode color etc first!! Did that. AND the order still didn't come thru to the store! This all took about 30+ min in the store. Still no pizza. This is a review that has been pending in my drafts. Let me just say that if I could give zero stars I would. A few weeks ago I helped babysit for a friend of mine so her & her hubby could enjoy a date night. (They have twin boys & their date nights are needed) We placed an order for 2 pizzas (1 medium cheese pizza & 1 flat pizza with cheese & olives for my friends MIL & I to share) & garlic knots. The scheduled pick up was at 5:15 pm. I arrived around 5:30 pm to pick up the pizza. I told the staff the name for the order pick up & I was told, "It's not ready yet, it'll be another few minutes" I waited another 10 minutes or so & then I was told by the same person that said the order would be ready soon if I could tell her again the name of the order which I did. She then says, " We did not receive the order". I called my friend that placed her order on the mobile app & she sent me the screenshots of her order confirming that the app said her order was ready, correct location & all!!! I was then told in a rude manner, "Well it's not ready, we'll work on it now" I could not believe this shit. While I was inside waiting I noticed just how playful the kids working here are: messing around, being chatterboxes, & 1 kid in particular was cussing up a storm. How unprofessional! Whoever runs this store needs some serious training on how to run a proper operation. The order wasn't ready until about 6:30 pm & it wasn't even complete, the two pizza's were given to us, but no garlic knots. I was told it'd be another few minutes & in my mind I said fuck that! There are two toddlers at home with their grandma starving (they played soccer on this day) probably being fussy with her, I needed to leave asap. I let my friend know what happened & she said to forget the garlic knots just take the pizza home so the kids could eat. She did contact customer support & was given a refund for the garlic knots. The cheese pizza was ok, but the pizza her MIL & I were to share came out horrible with barely any sauce, & burnt from the bottom. Truly a shitty pizza experience. This rating is for the "mass produced, corporate chain" style pizza places. I'm currently having a really bad as my dog is in the process of passing away so I had my family over for comfort and decided to order them pizza. Since my brain is not all there, when I ordered on the app it just got my current location instead of my actual home. I called the Yorba Linda location to see if they can help me and the lady over the phone was extremely rude and condescending to me ( I just can't believe someone like that has a job). She refused to give me her name and said the order number is Domino's #8390 & hung up the phone on me. I called another branch in Anaheim hills, they were extremely helpful and told me they have heard many complaints about the Yorba Linda branch. I have lived in Yorba Linda for 40 years. I ordered several items online tonight and mistakenly ordered bone in wings instead of boneless. We called and spoke to the MANAGER JENNIFER. We asked if they could be replaced and Jennifer was more concerned about proving we "ordered incorrectly" and said we must pay for new ones without wanting to hear why there was a mistake. As a newer user to online ordering I would imagine a "manager" would try to accommodate a customer who ordered several items from their menu to show true customer service. Apparently Domino's off Yorba Ranch Rd in Yorba Linda does NOT value their community. Please make sure customers to review your order thoroughly because this is not a customer friendly establishment and there is no tolerance for mistakes. With the inflation of prices everywhere one would think customers would be valued and not flippantly brushed off with no offer of customer service and more intent on proving you're wrong. But recently had horrible customer service from Jennifer at the store. She is extremely rude and calls back to argue about how wrong we are and its out fault. She has very rude attitude. This Domino's gets a lot of foot traffic - probably because it's situated in a predominantly residential area. But don't let the sheer amount of customers stop you, as they are incredibly well-staffed and efficient. I called about 30 minutes prior to pickup and my pizzas were ready to go when I arrived! Close Down!! This dominos has the hours all wrong. It's Sunday May 19th and maps, as well as Yelp says it closes at midnight, but I couldn't place an order because somehow they close at 9:45 pm. Not to mention they can't make pizzas correctly to save their lives. Last time I dealt with this dominos, I ordered delivery so I can enjoy a hot pie in the comfort of my own home. My wife ordered a handmade pan pizza and it was garbage. Looked nothing like a pan pizza. Had to put a pause on dinner, and drive all the way from the east end of La Palma just because the guy who was managing the place (who said I should trust him because he was in the military and his mom owns the place) had a super poor attitude when I called, insisting that there's nothing he can do because he made the pizza correctly. I showed the pizza to the employees that were there when I arrived, and they all agreed that it looked nothing like a pan pizza. He still said he made it correctly lol. He even went as far as accusing me to my face of asking the employees a leading question. I wouldn't have driven all the way back here if it was even half way close to what we ordered. Sadly this is the only dominos that will deliver to me, and I was craving some pizza. I love Dominos, but this specific location brings shame to the franchise. read more

I order pizza from this Domino's about once a week and this will be my last time. 3 of the 5 employees are not wearing masks, including the manager, even as they are making the pizza. This is after the statewide indoor mask mandate was reinstated yesterday. I doubt that 60% of the employees have dispensation to not wear a mask. None of the employees at this Domino's had been wearing masks once the mandate was removed, even though employees at most restaurants continued to do so. I am currently eating the BEST made pizza I have ever eaten from a chain. Just looking at this pizza, it doesn't even look like dominos. I can't even explain , so I've added a photo. It's clearly made with the freshest ingredients and I don't know what he did to make this taste so different but listen dominos, you need Gary to train everyone that works for dominos to make a pizza. Other than that, I usually order from this location because it's closest to me. I was told that they would not honor the special which I explained to the be speckled Manger was just advertised on the T.V. all day. Sorry, butt Dominos has lost a customer and oh yeah, when you look at the reviews on the corporate website and Yelp it appears that they do NOT care a damn about the customer. All I wanted was pizza. At 11:10 PM on Thursday October 27 my friends and I went to Domino's just to get pizza. Just pizza. The Domino's was supposed to close at 12 AM but the guy saw us pull in and decided to close up early just as we arrived. We said "whatever" and decided to go to the Domino's in Anaheim Hills that was also supposed to close at 12. As we were leaving 2 cop cars proceeded to pull into the parking lot and follow us down the street and pull us over. The cops were chill but they were saying that the Domino's worker called the cops on us because we were, "sketchy". I had one of the worst experiences from this Dominos Pizza than I've ever had from any of them ever. I love their pizza but this experience was horrible. The timing was great as well but when I went to open the door I looked at the driver looking for my pizza and this guy points to the ground where he had sat my pizza. Never in all of my experiences have I had a driver put my pizza on the ground. So I asked the driver why would he put my pizza on the ground and he says, well it's on a pedestal (a small piece of cardboard) and reaches his hand out for my money. Well if you are required to put my pizza on the ground on a piece of cardboard, why are you reaching for my money? I ordered 2 pizzas and chicken wings online. The estimated time for delivery was 30-40 minutes. After an hour it hadn't arrived, so I called the store. I was told that it was on the way and would arrive in 10-15 minutes. I said I was surprised that the delivery was double the estimated time and would've expect a call regarding such a delay. The manager said the tracker is wrong all the time and they were too busy to call. I requested a refund and he said he would only refund if I canceled the order. When I pointed out the food was already made and on the way, he said he would call the driver and cancel the delivery. I told him my kids were waiting for their food and he refused to refund the order. I asked how to file a complaint and he told me to look it up online. I asked for the corporate phone number and he told me he didn't have it in sight. I told him I would wait while he gathered the number. He told me again he didn't have it and said to just leave a review. He was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful, especially as a manager. The food arrived 10 minutes later. We've had late deliveries, incomplete orders, and missing toppings from this Dominoes location, so we try to carryout from a different store when we can. I had a ton of trouble using the BOGO coupon on the website, so I called for some assistance. The coupon itself is deceptive as it says "Carryout and Order Online," which I assumed meant I could order and have it delivered if I ordered online. You cannot, as the manager, Jasmine, very clearly informed me when she said to me, "I don't understand what's difficult" on the phone, followed up by, "You'll need to order online next time" because they're trying to encourage online ordering. I understand it's busy, but to be condescending to a customer is not the right approach, and I told her that over the phone. She did follow up in location and said she didn't mean to be condescending, but a manager should probably choose her words more professionally. The pizza, however, was delicious. Understand busy and covid, so I offered to pay half for the pizza, manager said "NO", delivery left with an uneaten pizza.
