The lady I spoke to said they were located by Sees candies by the old Forever 21. I was able to find it easy when I arrived. I was looking online to see what I may want for Mother's Day. I found the perfect necklace and earrings. I love butterflies and hearts. Pandora brought my favorites together and I had to have it. Plus it was 30% off, even better. With my necklace, earrings and 2 year Pandora care my total came out to $153.81. Not bad at all for these beauties, very great price. I cannot wait to wear them. First glance the store was pretty busy, but very clean. They had so many employees working which made our visit very quick. On May 7, I went to get my rings inspected, which I get done every 6 months as part of the ring insurance we have. I had my engagement ring and a Disney ring set to be inspected and was helped by a nice older gentleman. He had a hard time pulling up my information based on my husband's phone number, but was able to pull it up with the pictures of my receipts that I had on my phone. After inspecting my rings, he cleaned them and I went on my way back to work. However, when I got back to the office, I noticed a chip in the center stone of my engagement ring and wasn't sure if it happened after it was cleaned or the time span between me leaving the mall and getting to my work desk. I was bummed out and didn't feel comfortable wearing my ring out of fear of the stone getting damaged more or falling out completely with how close the chip was close to one of the prongs holding it down. So on May 10, we ended up back at the same Zales after getting advice from a Zales location in Santa Anita mall to see what can be done. We were helped by Julia, who listened to our story and gave us options to pick to help get the stone fixed. We decided to have it sent by Zales to get an estimate on the stone replacement and were offered a protection plan that would help us in coverage for damage beyond the diamonds covered in our current insurance, which included resizing, prong adjustments, and damage to the center stone. We didn't pay for the protection plan yet since we wanted to see what the jeweler would say about the ring first when they receive and inspect it themselves. Julia was really patient with us and helped to make sure our information is updated, including adding my receipt pics to our profile on Zales so I wouldn't have to worry about showing the info for future inspection requests. We are hoping the ring gets to its destination safely and grateful for the help we got.
