Amazing service and they really stood up to their name. We had several other plumbers come out telling us we had to pay $10,000-$20,000 to repair a our lateral sewer line in the street (would've had to get the city involved and take over a week to repair) and we had Done-Rite come out to give us a last minute quote... they were able to hydrojet the line (no one else could get through this one spot), identify it was just roots and then only had to put in a liner. They were done in a day. They saved us thousands of dollars, were extremely professional, and used the better quality materials. I'd highly recommend. read more

I had an issue with a toilet and called to have all 3 checked out and re-installed. Robbie came out, and assessed the situation and installed new flanges. David was friendly and nice. My gas bill was going higher each day, and after checking the meter, he said I had no gas leak. I asked him to snake my slow bathtub drain, and after doing so, he told me we had a broken pipe and he would need to come back the following week to dig under the tub and find the broken pipe. I gave him a deposit on the almost $4000 price. In the mean time, I poured a powerful cleaner down the drain which caused it to drain again. I called to say I wouldn't need him to tear up my bathroom floor in order to find the broken pipe. I was told the deposit was nonrefundable. Back to the gas leak - end of story. Five gas leaks were found by another plumber, and the final problem was a slab leak causing my water heater to run continuously. David didn't charge me for his time and efforts for his visit, but I don't believe it would have come to the $385 deposit I made on the bathtub drain problem. read more

We've had Done Rite come out 3 times now, all for different issues and had 3 different guys come out including Dave himself. Each time someone has come over, the service is not only great, but above and beyond what you would expect. It really is the little things that go along way. For example, we had Chris come over today. Not only did he fix the clog quickly, but cleaned the sink that had soap scum from being clogged for so long and also checked under the house (raised foundation) to make sure there was no leaking/holes in the pipes. Last time Dave was the one to come over and he cleaned our bath tub after the clog was fixed. You have a lot of choices when it comes to plumbers but the reason I keep choosing Done Rite is because of their customer service. read more

We have had Dave come out to the house several times for plumbing issues, and he is always out here on the same day and fixes the problem quickly. He even showed up on Christmas Eve for a plumbing emergency. He is an honest plumber who doesn't charge unnecessary fees, and in fact charges way less than most plumbers. We had a toilet clogged with a plastic piece that was not able to be removed. He tried so hard to remove it that it broke his snake. He did not charge us because the problem wasn't fixed. Toilet plugged. I called Dave around 9pm Friday nite. He was one of many i found on Yelp. Believe it or not, the guy I talked with before (he will name anonymous, although i am very tempted to reveal his name) after I asked a mere 3 questions, told me, " you are wasting my time"... Anyway, from the get go Dave had a very pleasant demeanor over the phone and although he quoted 35% more than the other 4 guys, I decided to go with him. He was prompt and showed up a few minutes before the appt time on Saturday morning. Right away, I got a liking to him and we had a great conversation. He did his thing ( i will not bore you with details). He did a great job. He was honest and final cost was very reasonable. The owner was great when I spoke with him to schedule the appointment, super friendly and accommodating. When Richard came out to perform the service the following day, he was beyond knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond educating me and giving me tips about my dishwasher, toilets, emergency shutoff valve, water temperature, and overall plumbing. Although I wasn't able to adhere to his recommendations at this time, I will definitely be calling them for any and all future plumbing needs. My parent's home had a bathtub spout leak and their toilet tank was also leaking. I talked to Sarah, who was very responsive and friendly. She emailed, texted, and called me back to let me know when their representative will be showing up. They gave me a window of 2 hours which is expected. Their representative, Robbie Riach, was punctual and friendly. He quickly identified the issues and worked quickly to complete the repairs. During the toilet leak repair, he noticed that the leak wasn't only coming from the tank, but from the bottom of the toilet as well. He removed the entire toilet, replaced the wax gasket, and reset the toilet for no additional charge. Their pricing is also extremely fair for the amount of work performed. Throughout the repair, Robbie took his time to explain the issues and was very thorough with making sure that the repairs were done properly. He was also very respectful of our household and removed his shoes before coming in. As far as I'm concerned, they just earned a permanent customer. read more

Thank you Richard for a great job and experience! Richard came by my home to perform a preventative maintenance assessment. I appreciate the fact that he was honest, showed up on time, and gave me a fair quote. Although he could have easily up sold me on more work, he was honest in recommending only items that truly needed service. He ended up changing 11 angle stops in my home that were corroded and needed to be changed with a 2 year warranty. We later found out that 3 of the angle stops were not tightly screwed in, which could have easily led to a disaster in the future. Thank you Richard for your help! read more

What an awesome experience!! Our upstairs bathroom sink decided to stop working (the water pressure was down to a trickle when we turned the sink on). I called Done Rite based on a quick Yelp search, and they confirmed a same day appointment. I got texts letting me know when Jason was on his way, and it took him under 15 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. Everything was straight forward and easy, and I felt comfortable with the entire process. Jason even called me earlier in the day, before coming over, to see if I could send him a picture of the sink because he wanted to be prepared with parts if necessary. My first time calling a plumber and Done-Rite exceeded my expectations. The first thing I had to decide was either call a large plumbing company or an individual plumber. A larger plumbing company may have great plumbers, but they may also have bad ones. The downside is you don't always get to choose the "best" plumber. I ran across a lot of voice automated menus and it took forever to reach someone. Repeated button smashing was getting annoying so I started looking for one plumber that I could get into direct contact with. With Done-Rite, you'll always get Dave. Called Dave because my faucet was leaking in the laundry room [even after turning the packing nut]. While turning off the hot water noticed it was leaking as well. Fixed both very quickly. He also showed me other issues that may need fixing in the future. Didn't pressure any sales and just told me to let him know if I need it to be worked on in the future. tldr; Great communication Quality work [provides warranty] Honest pricing for honest work All in all, a great guy doing great work. He will definitely get a call from me in the future if I have any new issues. read more

We had a problem with our main line that was backing up and flooding out downstairs bathroom.my husband called our plumber but was busy and couldn't come out till the next day. then he called Roto Rooter they told us it would be between 2 to 3 hours till they send someone out. well 3 hours gone by and I called to find out what's going on ? I'm told that I could take another 2 hours !!! Not happy at all and it's 5 pm so I get on yelp and searched for a plumber near buy( which I should have done that at 12 not at 5) anyway I came across Done Rite plumbing and call them they said that they will be out with an hour . My review's a little late as we had Dave with Done Rite come out in January, but I'm still just as excited about the service I received. We had a clog in our main line that was causing water to backup and flood our bathroom from under our improperly sealed toilet, so we needed someone to come out as soon as possible. I called a handful of places, all of whom told me how busy they were, and that they couldn't make it out for a few days. Dave seemed like the first person who actually got how urgent the problem was (we basically weren't using any water at all as we were afraid of anything going down the drain showing up again on our bathroom floor) and he squeezed us in before any of the others could. Once he was out, he was professional and got right to work. He scoped out the clog and was able to show me how bad the problem was, and gave me a few different options. Even though Dave gave me a handful of solutions (for both short and long term fixes) that varied in price, I never felt pressured or like he was trying to up-sell me. I didn't go with the more expensive hydro-jetting option, and instead did the regular old snaking option, knowing that it would be harder to get all the roots - but Dave did a fantastic job and actually was able to get almost everything. When we need our main line snaked again (and we will), I will absolutely use Done Rite. read more
