He also balked at my KBB trade-in value even though my trade had low mileage. They use a dealers' "black book" and offered me $900 less. By now, I was done so I went to get my keys. (Why not just let me drive it while I was there? ) If everything was to my satisfaction, the sale could be done electronically.
