Just writing this review makes me hungry for these donuts again. My husband picked these up for us while out running errands all the way back in April and I have been thinking about them ever since. He got there kind of late in the day so there weren't a ton of options left but we ended up with the Maple Bacon, Strawberry Cheesecake, Fruity Pebbles, and the Turtle. These are delicious cake-like donuts with the most incredible toppings and they are just the right size that you don't feel too bad about eating two of them. Highly recommend! read more

Let me first say I am not always the biggest fan of cake donuts. So if you aren't a cake donut fan...go there knowing that's your only option. Now with that said...these are so delicious. . Every once in a while I'll dip into a cake donut place like DuckDonuts and I always feel it's just too much. Let me say these are just as decadent, but I leave really enjoying them on a different level. Recently with COVID they have evolved into pre order for pickup. The timing was perfect. The donuts were still warm! All I can say is yum and support this local business!! read more

Amazing donuts! Probably not good for making sure your jeans still fit though. I thoroughly enjoyed my sweet treats. I wish the location wasn't so far from me so I could grab a delicious dozen on my way to work and share the goodness with my coworkers and friends. Absolutely love their donuts! Extremely fresh, still warm when you get them type of fresh! Donnas came highly recommended from a friend. When I saw they offered gf donuts it was a done deal! All the flavors were pretty great! The summer flavors were so good, particularly the key lime and one of the berry ones. The fruity pebbles donut was my childhood dream come alive- so good! I've never had gluten free donuts but these were great! You'd never know they were gf. The texture was like the classic old fashioned donuts. My only gripe is that the maple flavor wasn't my favorite and didn't taste like anything I could put my finger on. This bummed me out because maple donuts are my fave but nothing that will keep me from returning! The other gripe is having to order a few days ahead of time, however that's probably best so I don't get these all the time lol definitely will be a returning customer and would recommend to everyyyyone! read more

Fresh and delicious! Similar feel to Duck Donuts where the focus is on out of the oven fresh, cake donuts and the extreme variety of toppings and topping combinations available. We used to head out to Polaris to duck donuts but find Donna's just as good (if not better). If you are looking for a filled, yeast donut I'd venture over to Krispy Kreme or something along those lines but when it comes to cake donuts and amazing toppings this place can't be beat. I also have to give two thumbs up for the owner. Her and her staff absolutely work their butts off! I had to wait a little extra and she offered to give me my donuts free. When I declined (it was a sweet gesture but I should have to pay for these amazing donuts) she handed me a gift card when I left. Donuts are my thing so I'm a tough rater I'd give the taste and overall donut a 4 (which is great I'd give Dublin donuts a 1.5) but this establishment and the owner is a 5+. read more

Great customer service. I made the order the night before to pick up at 9:45. I arrived right on time, and the donuts were ready and still warm. They have great flavor, and good toppings. I felt the dozen was a little expensive hence wanted to give a 4 star. They get a 5 star because they are local small company trying to make it and give back to the community. These donuts are amazing! And if you're local, they are now offering delivery. What I really liked about Donna's is that they offer a menu of options, but you can also "make your own" donut with the toppings you like best. I don't see that very often at local shops. I've been a customer since day one and have always been wildly impressed with Donna's Delicious Dozen - donuts are amazing, the coffee is delicious, and the people are the best!! My mom has Celiac Disease and has really missed donuts. Today, I placed an order for six gluten free donuts on the website (which was effortless). Gluten free donuts are near impossible to come by, and to be honest, our expectations were low, but hopeful. THESE GLUTEN FREE DONUTS ARE AMAZING!!! You would never know they were gluten free!! There are few GOOD gf treats, but I am SO excited my mom can now enjoy a warm, delicious donut!! When I went to pickup the order, the employee was making them in the back in a separate, gluten free location. I was so pleased with their attention to safety with the GF donuts! I live in Gahanna and on a whim decided to place an in-person order for 1/2 dozen donuts for my boys. The base donuts were pre-made and in a case so I was slightly worried about freshness but the donuts were delicious, hot and tasted every bit of fresh. The staff working were very friendly and helpful with navigating the menu. The chocolate iced cream filled and was better than I expected. As well as the Cherry powered donut. My boys loved the fruity pebbles and 8 mile donut. I gave it 4 stars because while they were delicious my donuts looked nothing like the pictures on social media. It's easy to see in the picture that the cream and jelly filled donuts were lacking in the fillings. Also the cinnamon swirl was way to strong and the glaze didn't have the classic cream cheese flavor. While I understand staffing is difficult these days as well as details and training varies from employee to employee, I specifically decided to come here a so I could write Yelp review of a local donut shop and was simply disappointed in the presentation of my donuts. This is the best donut place I have ever been to. I came out to Ohio for college and found this gem and EVERYTIME I visit I have to come back. They have the best gluten free donuts I've ever had. It's so hard to find food I can eat, and this tops it. Today we had a hiccup with the online order system and we were refunded. They handled the situation with care and consideration. I wanted to try this place because word of mouth and my grandson wanted some donuts and this place is not far from my daughters condo. First off it sits off the street so you can miss it if you don't have GPS or no the area. The donuts are served to your liking or you can choose from there creations they are fresh and warm. Okay I know folk are going to compare this place to Duck Donut's but let me just start off by saying this place tastes much better. Now if you know me. I take my reviews seriously so I'm not gonna just say something just to say it. The actual cake donut itself taste so much than most of the other create your own donut concepts. I have to admit I wasn't expecting this to be the case but was pleasantly surprised. The customer service is fine. It almost feels like either they have family working there or brand new staff personal is extremely nervous and apprehensive about making your donuts. They are extremely careful to the point that ordering one donut can take as long as ordering six somewhere else. They are a newer so I'm sure this will pick up in no time. Every time I have ordered these, whether it be online ahead of time, or in store that day, the donuts are absolutely phenomenal! Clean beautiful fast and friendly. I love that this is close to my home. The donuts are warm and customizable. They have lots of options on their menu. Woman and minority owned makes me so proud to be there. Easy to order a dozen of assorted donuts. They have more option than their well known competitor. I've been waiting for this place to open and I'm so excited that it has!!!! These donuts are AMAZING! The menu has some of the most delicious donut concoctions in the city. And what else? They are MADE FRESH WHEN YOU ORDER! We had the Or We Oh Orrrreo, a Fruity pebble donut and a glaze. I asked the manager to customize my 4th one. It was a fruity glazed donut that was SOOOO GOOD! We never made it to the car! We ate them as we walked out!!!! If you are in the mood for a delicious donut experience, do yourself a favor and make the trip to Donna's! Please try this place immediately! The donuts were hot and delish, and the selection of flavors is plentiful. The only negative I have is it's so hard to not buy them all. Welcome to Donna's! The freshest donuts in central Ohio! We're a locally owned and operated donut shop in the Gahanna/New Albany area of Columbus. We make all of our donuts to order and offer a variety of icings, drizzles, and toppings to choose from. This text read "I got you a donut from CBus". curiosity peaked. Yet the person who wonderfully got me a donut I will not see until Friday. Oh no. what will become if my Donut offering? No worries they said. They shall leave it at my employers for me to enjoy Tuesday morning. Now this is going to be 48 hours after initial procurement of donut. skeptical of its condition I was. Yet I believed. Like this donut was Santa Claus and my gifts would be there and great. Oh my was it ever. A maple bacon donut. I have never in my numerous trips around the sun. so many I no longer have hair and AJ Hawk was a freshman as I a senior. This donut made it from CBus to Sylvania, Ohio. Right next to the soon to be mural capital of the world...Toledo. Now this donut was left and forgotten at two different households. Before it was delivered to me at noonish today by a dear dear friend. Now to the donut. It was simply marvelous. 48 hours. Hundreds of miles in cars. Yet it tasted fresh. The bacon, whole well cooked pieces, still crispy. The cream inside. A surprise. I was not expecting. It too was like it had just been shoved inside the soft donut canoe. Exquisite. I got a few to try and they were all pretty good. I'm impressed that they have so many flavors available and they tasted pretty fresh. I like warm donuts but not sure when you can get fresh donuts here but their donuts are good! The pricing isn't too expensive for the flavors and size of the donuts. I asked about a couple of the varieties in the display counter and those answers helped me make my selections. We ended up with 6 different varieties. A maple cream stick, donut stick, apple fritter, raspberry jelly filled, a buckeye donut (for my hubby) and a chocolate espresso donut (for me). The price was quite reasonable and the people working were very friendly. I also ended up getting a bag of coffee beans after talking with our server and getting her recommendations. She even gave me a sample of one of them they had brewed. We paid for our items and headed out. Several people came while we were there. In fact our friends missed getting to try the espresso donut because someone's that jumped in between us bought the last of them. After trying it when we got to our car I can see why! DELICIOUS!! Would go back for it alone. My husband didn't even wait until we got to the car to try his Buckeye donut and he loved it. Their apple fritter was better than one I bought earlier that morning from a bakery. I didn't think the raspberry jelly filled had nearly enough filling. It easily needed tripled. I say that as someone who worked for three years in a bakery and filled donuts. All in all this was a great stop and if we're in the area again we would definitely drop by to see what's being served.

Snagged an extra large house dough and some Italian pepperoni to make pizza for dinner too. The real star of the show was the lobster tail, crisp croissant style pastry loaded with a dense Italian cream and powder sugar. Overall fantastic treats at a great price served by fantastic people.
