NOT a doughnut, girl, or really that much into sweets overall, but I had been wanting to try this place up for a while because of the fun flavors that are offered. The other reason I wanted to try it out was because this is a small business owned by a black female, and I always try to support our local business owners, but especially those who are women &/or minorities, as I am one myself! First off, the place is very clean, bright and inviting. I like yeast donuts over cake donuts, but I have to say that these were quite tasty and not heavy at all. I only got to try the one with the red drizzle and it was delicious, but my friends that I shared with all said their flavor was good too. She even has a food truck for events as well. Glad I stopped by, and I suggest you give her a try as well!

I love these donuts they are one of my favorite places to visit. The donuts are always made fresh and warm. They have lots of different varieties which makes me keep coming back. The customer service is always friendly and very welcoming. If you like the cake type of donuts with different flavors this is the place for you.

10/10 First-time customer here, and I'm thoroughly impressed! The only minor issue I noticed is that the donuts are quite smaller compared to regular donuts. However, I don't mind this at all and think it's a great aspect of the donuts. They were fresh, warm, and delicious. I've had the pleasure of eating countless donuts throughout my life, but these are undoubtedly the best I've ever had. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming and inviting. My family raved about the cake donuts, declaring them the best they've ever tasted.

Great little place It was my first time and I was welcomed by Matthew he took the time to explain the menu and all the different options. The place smelled so great. They make your donuts fresh right when you order them beautiful. It took about 10 minutes for my order, but I did order six different flavored donuts. and a frozen mocha, which was fantastic. Matthew also went above and beyond by taking my order out to my car for me as I have difficulty walking and use a walker(he offered).

I have been here once before and it was really good. We stopped by this go around and got donuts the rest were ok but the pineapple upside donuts ...they couldn't have been made right they don't look like the advertisement at all.

I discovered Donna and her donuts via the food truck. Donna was working the truck with her friend. Amazing donuts and delicious topping combinations! I was impressed how the donuts were fresh made to order and had an incredible consistency being soft and airy on the inside with a firm exterior to hold the toppings. We ordered strawberry cheesecake, cinnamon swirl, and pralines. All were absolutely fantastic. Warm and so satisfying.

Wow. Talk about a donut being worth every single calorie, carb, sugar, etc etc. Donna's Delicious Dozen is like a yeast donut and a cake donut had a baby and it is PERFECT! This is a must have and get them when they're warm! The donuts literally melt in your mouth and before you know it, you'll be in a sugar coma because you'll have eaten the entire dozen in one sitting. I made a lemon glaze + raspberry drizzle and it was gone in 3 bites haha. It was so good and not overly sweet. The Honey Blue is a blueberry glaze sprinkled with struesel and topped with a honey drizzle. The blueberry was not strong enough so it wasn't my favorite. The original glaze is delicious and a must, as well as the vanilla glaze. My sister had a GF honey drizzle with pecans and said it was good. The rest of the GF were for a friend who loves the cinnamon sugar option! The employees were very kind and patient as we chose our donuts and the service was quick. I had ordered the GF ones and they were ready about 30min before scheduled pickup. They send you a text when they're ready so that's awesome! The cafe area had the cutest little booths that were comfortable and clean. Forks and little trays are provided when you pickup your donuts. I cannot wait to go back!

This place is a DEF a fan fav amongst my coworkers! I'm not super close to the location but I wanted to pick up some donuts for my establishment for Black History Month since this is a black-owned business that I found on ExperienceColumbus.com. It was important to me to celebrate this in a way that acutally promoted a black-owned business. Ordering was easy, just a call! I drove quite a bit out of the way of work to pick these up and they were ready to go right when I was there! The person there when I picked up, seemed to be the owner.. not sure.. but just got that feel, was SO SWEET! She offered me some coffee on the house after she asked how I was and I answered with something along the lines of being tired but trying to wake up. The donuts were SUPER YUMMY! & staff remembered them and have asked about them since! The prices were VERY FAIR! So... I will def be back! Even though this business locations isn't super convenient, due to the quality and prices and service... I WILL be back! A+++!!!

Not your regular glazed donuts. Taste warm, moist and delicious if you eat it right after ordering. The wait for 1 donut was around 10 minutes. Gluten free donuts also available. Friendly service and plenty of parking. Closed on Mondays.

Visited the Donna's Delicious Dozen food truck today and was blown away! They we're 2/$6 at the foodtruck, and were a little smaller than what I was expecting but my first bite erased any trepidations! I tried the Fruitylicious and Oreo flavors. (For other donut aficionados, I dare to say that Donna's cereal donut was better than the one I had at Voodoo Donuts!!) They came out piping hot, warm icing, perfect topping-to-icing-to-donut ratio, and were the perfect consistency. Despite a consistent line, the donuts came out quickly! The staff running the food truck had amazing customer service. I am excited to see that there is a storefront I can visit to get more!!

I got the assorted dozen with no bacon. They were so pretty I almost didn't want to eat them! I shared them with my coworkers and everyone loved them.

Best GF donuts in town. I ordered a half dozen of Donna's favorites and picked them up at Bottoms Up coffee shop in Franklinton. They were waiting for me right on time and boy they were good! The maple bacon was my favorite but they all delivered with a thin, crunchy outer layer and a moist but pillowy interior with a subtle vanilla-ey flavor. Just the right size and toppings so they weren't cloyingly sweet. They weren't cheap but when you are GF, a good donut is worth the money.

Starting work late today because I have a training refresher going back to my old department. Yes, I stopped in after my dental appointment. I blame the coupon given to me after the first appointment. Who would have thought... a dentist giving me a voucher for a free donut after a round of nitrous and polish with fluoride...? Yes, sir, please! It's not just because they have bacon donuts, ...but they have -warm- bacon donuts. I personally like this raspberry beret. It's fresh, it's endearing and yes... a tad bit comforting on these salty, wintry, dreary days when I'm in my solitude mode. Think of it this way: take fresh fried, drained, drizzled, sprinkled... first bite is crisp but also soaked in that multi-drizzle... fruity tang of raspberry with crunchy chocolate graham. Creamy sweet end of white chocolate chip so melted... it barely holds its form (you know exactly what I mean). I pulled a good hefty 115lbs on three solid sets among other things. This was my reward for pushing some heavy iron this morning. And while I would only do a seasonal single donut now and again...I certainly will come back here. Bacon is next...

While employees were nice, I can't say they were overly inviting. When asked about the bagged coffee beans and instant coffee, the employee offered very limited knowledge of it. I was unfamiliar with the coffee type so wanted more info. I purchased instant coffee and will research on my own. Biscoff Latte - not enough espresso flavor. The latte tasted like there was way too much milk. If I decide to return, I will order extra espresso shots as I didn't taste coffee. I understand lattes are made with milk but I prefer a balanced flavor of espresso in my lattes which I find typical at other coffee shops. My assumption is that the Biscoff flavor comes from the cookie butter on the walls of the cup. In order to taste Biscoff, you have to scrape the butter off the sides. Not what I was looking for. App & Pre-Orders: I was impressed with their app and ability to preorder. The app is very nice but according to the employee at the register - if you buy coffee beans or other merchandise, you cannot get points in the app. Not a deal breaker but would be nice if this was made possible. Interior Decor: I was impressed with the interior of this coffee shop. I thought it was bright, crisp and minimalistic. Loved the wall decor and lighting. I would not describe the space as cozy like other coffee shops but being different is good! Overall, I plan to give this place another try to taste the coffee in its true basic form - straight black coffee/espresso. I would also like to try the food options!

Now, this isn't just another coffee chain. Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea was founded in Ann Arbor by first-generation children of Chinese immigrants, and you can feel that global influence all over the menu. It's not trying to be trendy--it's rooted in something real. A mix of European café staples and Asian-inspired drinks that actually make sense together. Order of the day: * French Vietnamese Au Lait * Egg & Cheese Biscuit Let's start with the drink. The French Vietnamese Au Lait is their signature for a reason--dark roasted chicory coffee meets sweetened condensed milk. Rich, smooth, slightly indulgent... and yes, I completely forgot I don't usually drink regular milk. That's how good it was. The egg & cheese biscuit was a smart add. Made to order, warm, and surprisingly satisfying for something quick. Not overly heavy, but enough to hold me over while taking calls. The setup leans more drive-thru convenience, especially with its proximity to hospitals and office hubs--but don't overlook the interior. There's actually plenty of seating if you want to sit down, reset, and get a bit of work done. YE Gurl says: Sweetwaters hits that sweet spot between familiar and globally inspired. If you're tired of the same coffee rotation, this is an easy upgrade--especially for that French Vietnamese Au Lait alone. Just... maybe remember your dairy limits before you get too comfortable.

Quarter noticed that Sweetwaters is still in the shopping center, so I decided to make a quick detour and get a iced tea. My kids and their friends are always hurrying about carrying Matcha teas. I've never had one. I was feeling adventurous so I decided to get one. House I drove up I noticed they featured a Macha special day drink. on their drive-through menu board - a Matcha strawberry. It looked good, but it also said that it was available in different flavors. Options?!?! I love options. -mango being one of them! So, I asked the girl taking the order if a mango Matcha was any good. She says it depends if you like mango. I was getting the feeling that she does not I don't know. well, I do (a-lot) so I tried it. I don't know if it's just that I really do not enjoy Matcha or if Matcha and mango is a combo one should just avoid... I fear both may be true with me... initially I thoroughly did not enjoy this Matcha. The Green of the Matcha was a bit much or this "olds", I mean... Come on it really looks like something yucky It's the same color as something we just won't mention. but I was willing to continue to give it a shot but when you add the orange of the thick purée the color whisper, particularly alarming and upsetting. Still I was determined to give it a go..., mmmmmm , no. I am joking. It wasn't mmmmmm But I didn't throw it away. I kept giving it shot after shot. And you know what??? once I swirled it around and around and around and mixed everything all up, it wasn't awful. In fact, if it didn't come in a clear cup, I think I might've liked it. That's for the business itself: It was easy to see from the road and it was equally as easy to get to. They have a drive-through in the back, which is how you enter the parking lot so that's a plus. They have two menu boards easy to see manual items even when you're behind a car that's ordering (that's a plus). The staff was helpful and polite. The drink was presented well. It didn't have an abundance of ice and very little product. The drink was quite balanced appropriately. I asked for their equivalent of Boba and I got a decent amount. The pricing is a little high. I think my drink was eight dollars, but I feel like it was worth it. I don't usually say that. And I'm shocked that I'm saying that because I now now I don't love love love love love Macha. So would I come back? Well, I think I would. Actually, I know I would Ps: it's a 70-30 chance if I would get this again, which is a higher average than I would've initially thought. Good job Sweetwater.!!!

I am not a Starbucks person - at least not for the drinks, normally. I find the locations are…read moreoften convenient places for me to meet up with people. That has been my prior experiences - except when it was a pit stop en route to my mom's house in Cleveland - where I'd work there for a couple hours after driving most of the way up prior to dawn. Anyways, for some unknown reason, I was simply obsessed with the Lavender Oatmilk Matcha Latte drink. I think it was the colorful photos I saw. I'm a purple girl who is also into health - so the green and purple were my jam. SPOILER - the drink was green - no sign of purple. I did my research and found the caloric intake in consuming one acceptable - unlike some of the other Starbucks fru-fru abominations. The times I do drink a Starbucks drink - it's a black decaf pour-over. So it was go big or go home. Extra big Lavender Oatmilk Matcha Latte for me. Around 300 calories and $6.75. Fortunately, I had a gift card someone had given my husband - someone who didn't know he was strictly a Mountain Dew guy. I put in my order and no wait in line. It was mid-afternoon and I figured I'd be quickly served. It blows my mind the drive through lines I see wrapped around Starbucks at all times of the day! Anyways, the gift card covered the cost of my drink and I found a spot to wait. About 5 minutes later, my drink was ready. I got it and headed out the door. I had finished running errands and would enjoy on the way home. It had a definite lavender and matcha taste. No question about it. The cream added a sweetness that was critical to my liking it - more of this later. I did find that I only took a couple sips on the way home. After getting home, I had yard work to do and this puppy lasted the entire time. Those were some hard core ice cubes that refused to melt. I was determined to drink every last drip - ice meltings and all. Overall, I'd give it a 7 out of 10. Definitely a love/hate thing I'm guessing. You either enjoy these tastes or not. I decided I liked them. As a result, I Googled how to make one and went about securing the ingredients. Matcha latte powder - available at Kroger. Lavender syrup - lavender in the spice section at Kroger and was able to make with Stevia I had on hand. And then I bought sugar free cool whip to add some creaminess. And bonus - I bought myself a frother (also at Kroger). I don't know if it tastes exactly the same - but I'm find it drinks the same as the original. I make one in the mid-afternoon rather than eating a snack - and it lasts the rest of my workday. I recommend you give it a try if it sounds like your jam - then figure out how to make at home to save on $$. I figure mine cost about $2 for the same size - the only real costs were Matcha latte powder ($1 a serving) and the lavender spice ($3 and it will go about 8 or so servings and the syrup is only good for up to 2 weeks in the fridge once made). Probably all TMI but worth writing about.

My husband got the Korean BBQ Scotch Egg (so different but very tasty), BBQ glazed meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes, lemon chilli green beans (he normally doesn't like his vegetables, but he said these were so fresh and tasty), and Espresso Martini Pot De Crème. I had the Italian Wedding Soup (very good but did not have the meatballs), Pasta Bolognese (pasta was cooked perfectly and drained properly, so it did not water down the sauce!), and Apple Pie Mousse. I also got one of their mocktails called Brambleberry Tea. I could have easily drunk a couple of those! I forgot mention that they pour some nicely chilled water from a bottle that they leave on the table when you sit down. That is a nice touch for us since that is our choice of beverage when we eat. We were treated so warmly by everyone from the time we walked in until we left. Our server, Tyler, asked if we had been before (and this was our first time), so he welcomed us and asked if we had any questions. He was attentive during our time and even asked my husband if he needed any more sauce for his meatloaf. Marvin, the manager, stopped by to see how our first experience went and wanted to invite us back by gifting us coupons for an appetizer on our next visit. Thank you! The atmosphere was rustic and casual. I loved the picture frames hanging (used like walls) and lots of exposed bricks. The bathrooms were clean, well-stocked, and warm. We are looking forward to coming back to try the regular menu!

Good luck we're trying to find somewhere to park as this is in inside of a consumer Square, and all…read moreof the parking spots were filled, I guess the day we came they were very busy. This was our first time here and there was a line we came in and said we needed a table for two. They asked us if we had a reservation. I said no she said it's best that you make a reservation so that was like a bummer. she told me that they had two table tops or we could sit at the bar because there was no tables available so we sat at one of the table tops. It was very loud and overstimulating, but the employees were very nice and pleasant and well dressed. Our waiter explained the menu to us and we ordered chicken wings and flatbread. The flatbread was hard for Me, and all of the toppings were like in the middle of the pizza, but for Ace he loved it. I asked for my wings to be extra crispy. They was not extra crispy and they had a sauce on there. That was very nasty. I didn't eat the wings. The table beside us was very disrespectful because the young man was a little drunk and the young ladies that he were sitting with kept yelling at him and telling him to calm down and told him he was doing too much so it kinda was like overbearing for us we just wanted to leave because he was talking very loud. He was talking very aggressive. He was just obnoxious and I could tell the waiter was getting annoyed as well. We paid for our food and left. Is this a place that we will come back to probably not but I'm glad that we got to experience.
