I've tried their banana matcha (top tier), strawberry matcha (has real strawberry bits ), coconut matcha, ube matcha (seasonal), biscoff latte (off menu). All so very good! They also have many pastry options to complement your drink. All the workers are nice and are always hustlin to get the drinks out with a quickness since the line tends to be long during peak hours. Unfortunately no online ordering still due to said long line. Aesthetically pleasing and love their music choices. A definite must in Torrance!

My matcha was smoothly blended but definitely more on the milky side. My husband's tonic was refreshing and slightly citrusy, but not different than tonics we've tried at other shops. Due to the small space and random amounts of people standing around and just chatting and hanging inside the shop, I wouldn't come again unless it's a quick grab and go. Even then, not sure if it's worth the line or wait, but I guess some people seem to really like this place.

I believe ages ago this used to be a Happy Lemon, so this is an insane shift and change in what they offer and the vibes. It's very chill and a great place to hang out, catch up, or study and get work done. Lots of outdoor seating and a good amount of tables and small seating inside too. Ordering is done through a touchscreen kiosk and the drinks come out decently quickly too. Very efficient and friendly service. I got the: 1) Jade Peach Oolong Milk Tea: -I got this with no additional sugar and it automatically comes with their matcha tofu. Super unique and yummy topping. -Delicious white peach flavor, creamy and strong finishing tea taste. Reminds me of all of the aforementioned tea franchise heavy hitters that I know and love. Mai can hold its own. Without additional sweetness, this drink didn't end up tasting watered down or bland, which is super impressive. 2) Double Matcha: -I got this with their organic milk and it's their matcha on top of a matcha cream foam. I got this with no additional sugar (not recommend LOL), but I wanted to really see the quality of their matcha seeing how they won best matcha award and they're somehow in the same vicinity as Yamari. -If anyone even reads my reviews, I use a scaling method to rank matcha. If it's good matcha it's either a Yamari type or an Airoma type, and this scales much closer to Airoma, but it is VERY strong matcha. -This was actually the first time my friend and I got poisoned (like nauseous) from the matcha, meaning it's super high quality and strong. Never had this happened before, so you know that this is the good stuff. It might have been since it was a long day without dinner, or we might have needed it to be sweeter, but I can see why they won their award. I took a sip of my friend's Phin Drip Black Coffee and the Bac Xiu Marble Drip Iced Latte. Delicious coffee flavor without that "sourness" that some coffees have and even without added sweetness, it's not gross and bitter. I got some coffee to go for my dad and brother and they loved it too. We need one of these in the 626. New fav for the area. The last two times, however, the matcha and milk were already completely mixed together, there was barely any cream on top, and the drink tasted different from what I've had before. I'm not sure if this is an issue with certain baristas or overall consistency, but I do think management should make sure drinks are being prepared accurately and match what is shown on the menu. I also recommend checking your drink before leaving. Mine was partially covered by the cup holder, so I didn't notice the difference until after I had already left. I really enjoyed the Vienna Matcha before, so I hope they improve the consistency.

horrible person there, i don't know if he's the owner or he just worked there but there's definitely discrimination. i was in the shop first and h was helping me with my ticket, and as soon as a white man walked in & and then another asian lady he dropped my ticket and put it back in the case to help them. I told him to just finish what he started and he said" no I help them". even after protest from both the man and lady to help me instead he told them" I help you first". i was completely humiliated it's 2020 and we're still dealing with discrimination. Donut Den has great, light, fresh-tasting donuts. They open early in the morning and close early in the day, so get there before you go to work or school. The service is very friendly, and Ricky and Honda will remember how you like your coffee and your fave donut if you are a regular.
