**June 2024: Sunday Morning Visit** I've had my fair share of donuts and let me tell you the donuts at The Donut Hub have some of my favorites! They have more of a malasada taste to it, so it's more light and fluffy than a traditional one. I also really like the citrus treats as they add a nice tartness to the bite and balance out the sweetness of the frosting. The Lemon Blueberry is the most popular here, but I really enjoyed the candied orange on the Orange Circle Signature. The shop is simple and clean, and the owners are very positive and friendly. I would be happy to come back and enjoy more donuts here!

Donut hub is close by my work, and I've been meaning to visit the shop. I finally was able to visit the shop on an early Friday morning at 6:30 am. I needed a pick me up, for a work meeting. The donut shop is located on the corner, in a plaza with ample parking. The store is very cozy and spacious. I was the only customer at the shop, and the owner greeted me warmly. I wanted to try their special donuts. Unfortunately, the owner informed me that he only had the lemon blueberry and hibiscus donuts. He had to wait for his wife to come in. Aww bummer, I'll arrive a bit later next time. I ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich on a bagel, and a lemon blueberry donut. He asked me if I wanted the hibiscus donut, but I told him I wasn't a fan of hibiscus. While he was in the back, I sat on one of the chairs. It didn't take long for the food to come out. We had a little chat, since I thought he was Vietnamese. He was telling me a bit about his family background, which was nice to learn. Also, he threw in the hibiscus donut and donut holes in for free. I didn't expect that, but it was greatly appreciated! I enjoyed the flavorful taste of the sausage breakfast sandwich. Also, I liked that the bagels were thick. I only tried the lemon blueberry donut, and I'm in love. The donut was so light and airy, with the right amount of tartness from the lemon. I also enjoyed the fluffy donut holes. The price of the donuts are affordable. I'll be back to try more flavors of the donuts!

Simon and his wife are so friendly and welcoming with big smiles. They go above and beyond to make us feel special! We usually get Boston cream, blueberry, and sugar donuts along with mango smoothie. You can't go wrong with any of their fluffy donuts, but our favorite is the sausage egg breakfast burritos. Perfect combination of salty and savory. No wonder we keep finding ourselves every weekend at this best donut shop in OC!

Donut Hub has the best Donuts and sandwiches in the Orange area! I work across the complex from them and have been getting their food the last 6 years. The donuts are always fresh and the sandwiches are delicious. Simon, the owner, and his wife are both wonderful people and deserve all the support for their small business.

I just can't say enough great things about this donut shop!! Their donuts are ALWAYS fresh, and they also offer breakfast burritos, which are really good, and breakfast sandwiches which are my favorite - and for just a little extra you can get your sandwich on a croissant - YUM! (*Just a note: they put Mayo in their breakfast sandwiches, which I really like - but some might not. So if you're not a mayo person, be sure to ask them to leave it off) They also have smoothies - which I haven't tried yet. Now that it's been warming up, I'll have to give it a try. You can't beat the freshness of the donuts and hot food, but also the friendliness of the owner, Simon. He'll always greet you with a smile and is just a very kind guy! Ok, so I know I have already mentioned this in my previous reviews, but their apple fritters are on point - crispy and sweet on the outside, and moist and apple-y in the middle. And, if you're lucky to get one first thing in the morning, it will also still be warm - YUM!! And also be sure to get a dozen donuts holes if they still have some. They are fresh and light and so tasty!! Enjoy!!

I've had Donut Hub bookmarked for a while now because of the high reviews and the delicious looking speciality donuts, so I was excited to finally be able to try it. Unfortunately, when I went, they completely ran out of speciality donuts already which was a bummer and surprising because it was only noon. I guess this place is just really popular and you have to come early to get what you want. I still ended up ordering the lemon filled donut and I really liked that! Even though it's more of a traditional donut, they do it really well here because the actual texture of the dough somehow tasted better than your average traditional donut. Alongside this, the jelly had more of a natural citrus taste to it instead of an artificial one. This makes me want to try the speciality donuts even more but with that being said, if they're out of those when you go, I still recommend picking up a traditional donut because you won't regret it. The store overall is the size of your average donut shop and is clean and brightly lit with a few seats if you choose to eat there. There were two ladies working there when I went and they were both so kind and sweet. The store is located in a small plaza and finding parking was not a problem.

Reasonably priced specialty donut shop with some interesting flavors. Although not as exotic as Sidecar, this place offers unique flavors at better price, and also carries less expensive traditional donuts. I got Lemon Blueberry, Nutella Bliss, Tiramisu, and Orange Circle. First three were equally good, although I would give slight advantage to Tiramisu for layers of flavor. Orange Circle was my least favorite, even though it's the signature flavor here. However, this is mostly due to me not liking orange flavor desserts in general. I probably wouldn't have gotten this if it wasn't the signature flavor.

I come here often to grab a dozen donuts for my clients and I've never been disappointed. The various flavors are fantastic and there are so many great options- from traditional to adventurous. They package them in a neat box with a nice sticker too. The staff is very friendly and there's never a long wait. read more

Was there this morning with my son and we shared a bacon maple and salt caramel. Enjoyed them both so much we also tried the orange creamsicle and a glazed old fashioned. Gotta say you folks in Orange County are really spoiled when it comes to great donut shops. The SF Bay Area is a wasteland when it comes to exceptional donuts. Liked the bacon on the bacon maple was smaller pieces and not just a big strip as I have had before. The salted caramel seemed almost decadent, and the glazed old fashioned was just downright a great donut. Lucky I don't live close by or I'd be eating way too many donuts. read more

This is an outstanding establishment with incomparable donuts. The owner is extremely friendly and warm. The creativity and attention to flavor detail is superb. Donut store with several people waiting in line chooses to work on one smoothie and ignore customers as they stack up. Server just standing watching the blender as customers wait is not good for business. At least acknowledge customers and let them know you are not going to serve anyone for a while. read more

My family and I love this place the green smoothie is my husbands fave. My go to is the Jalapeño croissant. Last November we ordered 2 boxes of donut holes to bring for my daughters classroom bday party. She was able to pick the color and decorations. It was the perfect bite size snack for 3 classrooms of 2nd graders. They were all super cute and delicious!!!! read more

Best donuts I've had in forever!! Dounut Hub made 3 dozen dounuts for my daughter's baby shower. Six different flavours. My favorite was the Reeses Peanut Butter Cup. Daughter's favourite was double Berry and hubby's favourite was pistachio. We picked them up 6:30 am, and they were ready on time. Packed up beautifully and ready to go. So important for any event. The dounuts stayed moist and yummy all day. They are beautiful little pieces of art. Not smuched or smeared. Just tasty beautiful deliciousness. The shower was yesterday, June 9th. Today we finished the last few and they were still moist. Can't say enough good things about the selection, friendly staff, and tasty dounuts. read more

I love this shop! I am on a low carb diet (which is working very well for me) and I am always on the hunt for low carb coffee drinks. This shop is marvelous.....they are so friendly and accommodating, I ordered a low carb iced coffee and said I liked it strong....the owner made it and had me try it to see if I liked it. It was perfect! I see a very successful thriving business for years to come. They have a gourmet and a standard array of donuts. They serve breakfast and lunch too. My son-in law had the club sandwich, it was huge and delicious!! read more

PSA: There is free wi-fi here! Great donuts: soft but also good amount of chewiness. Lemon blueberry donut was really good... none of that cloyingly sweet flavor in their glaze. Both lemon and blueberry flavors were on point. The customer service is excellent as well. The person helping us was so nice and explained the different donuts even without us asking. Perfect place to grab a donut, coffee, and hang out a bit! read more

This is worth going out of your way for, but they also deliver for those stuck at home with a seeet tooth. The Best donuts I tried were their maple bacon, green tea donut, the blueberry lemon cake donut, the s'mores donut, and last but not least the hibiscus donut. They are thee locals donut shop in this area. Em why you ask? How do I know? Because I witnessed some clients walking up to the counter and they said not a word but, the man serving went and got him a donut without any words exchanged. They see their locals and know what you order before you ask. They have teas, too. I tried the restaurant style Thai tea, it did have my local Thai eatery feel to it. I enjoyed the service even though I went at 10am they still had donuts and in the back, if you ask they have donuts you don't see, that are missing in the case. This is not the place to go if you are on a diet or need a vegan specialty items because you will want everything in the donut case. I spent near 40 dollars and it was worth it. They slang masks and protective gear for your PPE life too. First time there so it may be different when I go back next time. I'll keep you posted. read more

This is such a great donut spot!!! My sisters and I always get their green smoothie and breakfast burrito. Their breakfast burrito is so so good!!! It's a must try. Also we ordered a custom order of donuts for my aunts birthday and they came out amazing! The staff is super friendly and always go out of their way to remember their customers names. Finally tried this place after getting home from vacation and I went back twice in one day! My husband and I got the Vietnamese iced coffee, mint iced coffee, berry smoothie, club sandwich, orange donut and lemon donut. I'll speak on the items I got. Vietnamese coffee was delish! I tried my husbands mint coffee and it was amazing as well. Love that it had actual mint in it. The berry smoothie was delicious, my little guy loved it as well, can't wait to try the other smoothies as they all sound great Now the club sandwich, me oh my is it yummy! The avocado, thick pieces of turkey, all the other taand top it off with the yummy jalapeños on the side, yum yum! Going back today to get another sandwich! The owner Mandy is SUPER sweet as well and she did a great job with the decor! I'm looking forward to many great outings here with my fam. Awesome! Pretty and clean inside and so so so friendly! The donuts are amazing as well. Of course they have all the delicious traditional donuts like maple bars, sprinkles, orange glaze, chocolate, sugar, old fashion etc. When you are craving a donut or dozen you have to atleast try one of their specialty donuts and be adventurous or else you won't get the full experience. Hibiscus donut was perfect amount of tang and sweet. Matcha donut was soooo good not too overpowering. Oreo creme is bomb. There was one that my dad loved it was the perfect combo of sweet and salty and had pretzel and potato chip and chocolate. My personal fav? Tiramisu donut. SO AMAZING. The owner was telling me how she makes them pretty much out of inspiration and ideas that come to her depending on what she's craving. She was telling me about a Reece's cup that sounded amazing ! so i come in and the cases are empty. the minimum wage worker kept saying " oh we sold out". so if you sokd out why dont u restock your supply?! then a girl comes out and says shes making like 2 different choices outta like 5. the girl just stands there. so i get a matcha green tea which was awful. the green frosting was gross. when i was eating it it made my teeth hurt. donut was dry and bland nothing special. what they had left looked dry and not appetizing. yep peace out! i aint comming back read more

Their donuts are so yummy! Got their blueberry lemon, very berry, crumb, and maple bacon donuts. All were delicious. Didn't really enjoy their vietnamese coffee though. Taste kind of watered down. read more

This place just opened up close to home so I stopped in at 7:30 this morning to pick up some donuts for the office! Its really trendy & clean inside. I liked the vibe. The lady who helped me at the counter was friendly & sweet. She was chatting with me the whole time. She picked out the donuts for me:) I'll definitely be back! Donut Hub is a great find! I was tasked with sourcing donuts for the fam bam today and yelp did not disappoint. Donut Hub is a nice and clean establishment with high-quality donuts. We tried the raspberry cheesecake donut, lemon-blueberry, and traditional glaze. All were great, but the raspberry cheesecake stole the show! Overall, we loved this place and will be going back. The owner and staff are very nice and their pride shines through in their product. Show Donut Hub some love and roll through. You'll love it! read more

The cashier came out from behind the counter (without me even asking) to get me the bag of jalapeño chips that I ordered (which was very nice since the place was packed and the chips were on the far wall). The sandwiches are huge! I got a 6" tuna and my husband got the 10" Cortina's Special. Both were loaded! I had to eat mine open faced and I could only eat half! Unfortunately, the whole wheat roll was delicious, but the tuna was a little too much on the sweet side (I have a similar complaint with the tuna at Board & Brew). If you're in the mood for a good tuna salad sandwich, I suggest Jersey Mikes. If you're in the mood for any other kind of sandwich and don't mind waiting, go to Cortina's!

I will say the most underwhelming part of that was the lemon ricotta pancakes due to the ratios for the pancake pancakes and lemon ricotta. Overall, my experience was spectacular. I cannot wait to go back to Bluestone Lane to try other menu items.

These are reasons why it didn't add up 1) empty seats inside but had a line since 3pm and beer was released at 4pm 2) I don't think the people going for younger would just order one beer and not try other RR beers? 3) only one guy working beer counter and having to clean the tables and make sandwiches? 4) 12 oz pours of beer and keg with about 1984 oz would make it 166 beers. No way they sold 166 beers in an hour with one person working the bar and shop empty in an hour. They could have posted on their instagram or socials that they sold out but failed to do so. I'm sure a lot of people all night were disappointed to see that they didn't have it or post anything about it.

At first I was hesitant to try this new Donut shop. Why? Well, I had seen other shops open and disappoint and disappear. Now the difference at the Hub is that they offer a great variety of donuts, drinks, and of course if you don't have a sweet tooth, the Hub has "BOMB BURRITOS"(The works). As for their croissants they are tasty too. Now I can say that the feeling that I had, being disappointed. That's gone. I can say the Hub is here to stay in Orange and if you haven't visited, I highly suggest you try them out. read more

The owner did offer to make new ones on request but I was in a hurry so I just picked out whatever is in the glass case. I brought it to my office and tried one but one of them tasted slightly stale so I didn't even finish that one.
