Wow, all of their locations are pretty damn good. Stopped here to get a croissant breakfast sandwich but the line was backed up and I only had 15 min to spare before my doctor's appt check in time. Ended up grabbing just a 1/2 dozen: 2 mini cinnamon rolls, 2 glazed, 1 maple bar, and a Boston cream. All were FANTASTIC & this is now my 3rd fave donut shop. My faves in order: 1. Best donut shop I've been to in years. I have even found the elusive, yet stupendous, cruellers here, (they said they only make them on the weekends). Everything I've tried has been excellent. They also make croissants and bagels. What's great is that they have breakfast sandwiches which come out quickly and are hot. Way better option than driving through a fast food breakfast place. I have to add that any negative reviews I've read are absolutely ridiculous. It is very clear by those reviews that since this establishment is in an upscale neighborhood, they have a lot of Karens going there who leave totally absurd reviews. Lol. For example, one lady complained that the tip screen won't automatically move to the next screen, so she was forced to leave a tip. You do realize you can leave 0.00, right? Furthermore, if you're apparently a regular who is fortunate enough to live in that wealthy community, consider supporting your delicious, local establishment and being so kind as to leave .50, $1, etc. Donut hesitate to go here, donut stop on go, and donut touch all the mighty cruellers, leave some for me! read more

I give it a zero rating, had to hit rating one to rate. They open at 6 AM, never fully stocked with a variety of donuts. Pricing is too high. I asked for jelly donuts for a variety to bring to work, no jelly donuts available for another 30 min. One would expect if they open at 6 AM, they would be stocked and ready to serve their customers. This is second time this has happened in the last month which I think is absolutely WRONG and they need to fix it ASAP. The SKIP TIP button on the "computer" does not work. I was just getting a coffee (did not receive great service) which I did not think warranted a tip, I tried several times to click the button and it did not work. I was forced to tip a certain percentage just so I can pay and leave and this is on top of the 4% they charge for using your card. read more

So it's a little surprising that a cheap place like this was allowed to lease a location here. That being said, for a "strip mall donut shop" these were excellent. Even their raised donuts tasted good. Service was also patient and friendly. Donut Profile - Buttermilk Bar A gilded brick of buttermilk dough with a heavy load of glaze on top. One of my favorites from any donut shop and Donut Touch did a good job with theirs. I am torn between 2 and 3 stars but today's experience confirmed my 2 star experience. One star for it's close location to my house and another star for when we are able to get our donut of choice, it's been tasty. The negative review is for the consistent lack of donut availability. I'm always here in the mornings and on several occasions most of the donut trays are empty. If I got there in the afternoon I'd understand the lack of selection but really at 740am?! They also switch up the types of donuts they make that day so you don't know what to expect and they may not have the one your looking for. If they know they have a lot of customers in the mornings especially weekends, I don't understand why they don't make more ahead of time. I have a busy life and I'm not going wait 45 minutes for them to make a new batch. Also you're name has "donut" in it, shouldn't that be your priority rather than asking me if I'd like a bagel instead? I think they're trying to save money and only make enough donuts for the day but then you end up losing customers like me because there's no donuts to buy!! Tip: go to Sesame donuts in Carmel Mountain (in the same complex as Olive Garden). It's about 7 mins away and they always have a full stock of EVERY donut selection and are cheaper. Their donuts may be a tad pricier than smaller non-chain mom & pop donut shops, but to my surprise, their donuts are also noticeably larger than the ones people randomly bring into the office! The cake donuts are especially moist and flavorful, topped with an ample amount of glaze (and sprinkles, if you so desire). Their old fashion, which is my husband's favorite, was also larger than your norm. This is our go-to donut shop, a hidden gem in 4S ranch and our favorite place for donuts. We've been to a few other local mom-n-pop places (i.e. Sesame Donut in Carmel Mountain and Peterson's Donut in Escondido--both are 24 hour places), but love this place the best for the fluffy, freshly made, just perfectly sweet donuts. I like the crullers and the kids get chocolate sprinkles while my wife likes the twists. There's something for everyone. They have occasional theme donuts for the holidays with special sprinkles and when movies come out (Minion donut was a favorite in the past). You can order a huge "birthday cake" which is a large glazed donut that we've also enjoyed for the donut lovers in our family. The staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable. Service is fast but sometimes there is a line (which is a good sign that they are a well-loved place). -------------------TL;DR------------------- PROS: great quality, always fresh donuts, friendly and fast service. prices are reasonable. The donuts don't feel "heavy" in your belly once you've eaten them, like some of the other local places' donuts. CONS: Location is a bit out of the way, hidden in a small shopping center off Dove Canyon (but maybe that's good, since it can be our little secret). Not open 24 hours a day. Really nice owners ! They're located in the same center as Starbucks , Carl's Jr. Parking can be tough during peak hours. They also serve sandwiches here as well. I bought the half dozen donuts for $7. Not the cheapest but no biggie . They don't have a huge variety to choose from but it was around 11a when I visited . You can choose from most of their donuts for the $7 option but some are extra (maple bacon , etc). I bought seven different donuts for some co workers and we enjoyed all of them . I liked the chocolate glaze as it was nicely fluffy . Overall a nice donut shop that I'd visit again if I was in the area . read more

This place should be called donut YUM or donut heaven. The donuts are fresh and fluffy and tasty! It's not typically in my diet and I actually avoid them when I can. I picked up 3 dozen for a meeting this morning and I could not help myself and needed to eat one. Maybe it's because I haven't had one in ages or that it is simply that good! A half dozen runs you $7.00 and a dozen runs you $13.00 so it is definitely a higher price than most mom and pop donut shops. I usually go to RB donut and it's much cheaper but the quality is different. These guys also have a cronut!! If you've never had one, you are missing out. I had one from Paris baguette in Mira Mesa and this is a different variation. The ones there was A bit greasy and sandwiched with some cream. This one is small and dainty but you get the crunch and flakiness of a croissant and the sugary goodness of a donut. I ordered a blueberry coffee- a bit different and maybe I just don't like flavor coffee. Anyways, glad I finally tried Donut touch and not glad that I consumed so much sugar and fat first thing in the morning. read more

Walking in around 2:30ish, there were still a good variety of donuts available to oogle at and contemplate for our dozen. We settled on a few cruellers, red velvets, some fruity donuts, a jelly donut, and a few chocolate sprinkled donuts. I saw bagels too, but I controlled myself this time :) Now, typically I'm a crueller fan (the donut with ridges) and not so much of a donut fan, but I have to say... the red velvet was my clear winner!
