No, I am NOT pregnant. :-) just cravings like most people have. Walked in this morning around 10am & was greeted by couple of employees. Both very nice, sweet, helpful and kind. They have so many different donuts, croissants, sandwiches, hot and cold coffee, espresso, latte, bottled drinks and more.. They have an indoor and outdoor seating and the place is super cute and very clean, chill and you get what you pay for. I got a dozen donuts from them and tried one on my way home and it was just decadent, fresh, fluffy and the frosting isn't overly sweet. Has parking and a restroom for their customers! Will definitely return next time I am in the Encino area. Established back in 1960 & Winnie/the owner of the place took over ownership in February of 2023. Give this donut shop a try and you will be very satisfied!!:-))

The next morning, I opened the box and realized how small the donuts really are for the price. Compared to Randy's Donuts, there's really no comparison. Further, they become a bit hard. There's also another donut shop south of the boulevard on Topanga Canyon (I believe around 4872 Topanga Canyon Blvd) that does an excellent job. If you go too late, they're usually sold out -- which says a lot. Sometimes driving a little farther for better quality, larger donuts, and fair prices is absolutely worth the trip.

Donuts are always fresh and delicious - never stale. Staff is always quick and friendly. You can really tell this donut shop is filled with locals from the community as they would know their regular customers by name. Great little donut shop and love to support small as often as we can. I am a mother that was taking her children to school and they requested that we stop for donuts. I dislike that I can't trust ppl to not judge me and provide me with terrible service/ food and I say this because I am wondering if maybe the fact that I had on my husbands baggy clothes I might have given off an appearance that I deserved to be served eggs that were grey in the middle. To be honest I dislike receiving this type of service from a group of women that seem to pride themselves on their looks. Either way I think a review is warranted so that if for some odd reason I end up here again I get fresh eggs that doesn't make me want to vomit; simply bc I'm a human being spending my hard earned money (over $30). But for those of you who prefer the Asian leaning desserts, fear not for they still offer chewy mochi donuts and even boba! While mochinuts are generally my favorite donut, it's hard not to love the Dubai chocolate donut they sell here. It is gorgeous and stuffed with that pistachio cream and kataifi crunch we all love. My husband isn't a huge fan of sweets but swears this is the best donut he's ever had. $7 isn't cheap but neither are pistachios! I've appreciated that they're open fairly late and that they can make fresh donuts for you if they run out on the display. I've yet to try their hot dogs (the hot Cheetos battered one looks intriguing) but the last time I came here a huge group of people ordered them and it looked good. I prefer sweet over savory most days and Dulce Mochi definitely satisfies my sweet tooth! Anyway, this is all to say that they have something for everyone :)

Donuts being pumped out by the dozen and little treasures such as their FRESH orange juice being perfectly displayed in their case. They are very fairly priced and offer such a huge selection. I really enjoy the apple fritter, maple bars and breakfast sandwiches. Its all made with love and honestly we need to bring back this type of business. It's very homey and they display excellent customer service and have a strong sense of community. They value your business and support and you can see it through the demeanor in all the employees. Love this place and highly recommend!

My husband fell in love with them in Portugal and he's been craving them ever since we got home. I'm happy to say that the pastéis de nada at Natas Pastries are just as delicious as the ones we had in Portugal. Their other breakfast food was delicious as well. I had the All American Breakfast, and the potatoes were incredible! My husband had the Breakfast Burrito with linguiça, and he loved it! We sat outside on the patio, which is a lovely place to enjoy a meal, and all of the staff was so friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back to try other things on the menu, as well as more pastéis de nada!

I decided to try a variety of pastries and ordered an apple strudel, chocolate covered peanut butter bar and a large chocolate chip cookie. They had a very wide selection to choose from. My daughter ordered a lemon bar, slice of lemon cake and a small chocolate chip cookie. My first impression of the desserts that I chose was that they were sweet. I could feel the graininess of the sugar in the chocolate covered peanut butter bar. The strudel was tasty but light on the apple filling. Between the chocolate chips and sugar the cookie was sweeter than what I usually like but still a good cookie. I tried my daughter's lemon bar and I liked it. The things I tried I'm thinking 3 stars, my daughter liked the things she bought so averaging it out maybe a solid 3.5 stars rounded up to a generous 4 stars. Service was okay. Natas has a wide variety of pastries. I think the other items on the menu are more well received. I'll need to go back next time I am in town to try out some of other menu items.
