Love me a good powdered lemon jelly donut! Brings me back to my childhood when my mom used to bring us a dozen donuts in the morning and I would run to get the powdered donut before my sister. Donuts are always fresh and delicious - never stale. Staff is always quick and friendly. You can really tell this donut shop is filled with locals from the community as they would know their regular customers by name. Great little donut shop and love to support small as often as we can. Will definitely be back! read more

It sucks that everyone else had a better experience than me. I waited close to 20 mins for a bacon egg & cheese croissant and from seeing all the other reviews I can concretely say that they provided me with old food/ less than a subpar sandwich. I am a mother that was taking her children to school and they requested that we stop for donuts. I dislike that I can't trust ppl to not judge me and provide me with terrible service/ food and I say this because I am wondering if maybe the fact that I had on my husbands baggy clothes I might have given off an appearance that I deserved to be served eggs that were grey in the middle. To be honest I dislike receiving this type of service from a group of women that seem to pride themselves on their looks. Either way I think a review is warranted so that if for some odd reason I end up here again I get fresh eggs that doesn't make me want to vomit; simply bc I'm a human being spending my hard earned money (over $30). I shouldn't have to be a repeat customer in order to get fresh food. read more

My go-to is their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. It's huge and comes wrapped like a gift. The bacon is always crispy and the ratios of fluffy eggs n cheese are just right. TL:DR - Great staff, great prices, great donuts I wanted to do something nice for the people that rehab my dog so I swung by USA Donuts And Crossaints based upon the reviews and was not disappointed. They are located at a strip mall at a busy corner and it's small parking lot is packed with all the people dropping by to pick up donuts. Do not despair because people are always coming and going, so wait a second and you'll get a spot. They have all the classic donuts that you could want, old fashion, crueller, long johns, eclairs, chocolate dipped, sprinkles, etc. At the time of writing this you could get a dozen donuts for $20. The size of the donuts were larger than your Dunkin Donuts and they smelled fresh. In less than 5 minutes I had picked out a dozen that I liked, paid, and was back in my car. The lady that helped me was super nice and was quick to get my order together. Overall, I would definitely come back and suggest everyone else do too! read more

First time I came in was a year ago. I had just moved into the neighborhood and was excited to try the local donut shop. I went in at night, I bent down to look at the selection and I see a baby roach on the glazed donut. The workers eyes widen in panic as she removed the SINGLE donut the roach was on. I left right away never went back. Baby roach, meaning there's definitely an infestation, and to only remove the one donut. read more

24 hour donut shop! Yes please. So I saw that there are a few USA Donuts around LA but this was my first time. I needed a place that was between Beverly Hills and Sherman Oaks and this was perfect. I saw some recent bad reviews but decided to risk it anyway and it was all good! Sunday at 9am there were plenty of donuts to choose from and I got myself a ham and cheese croissant with an iced mocha with whip. They are Covid ready with requiring and with plexiglass between customers. Also before I forget - knowing that we are in a pandemic, respect people's space please. I was waiting in line and giving the woman in front of me a good 6 feet of space and a guy walks in and goes in between us. Are you serious? I had to check him by saying hey I'm waiting in line and what he did was super rude. He claimed he had a pick up but that still didn't warrant going around me. He ended up messing up his order and left but damn. People have no etiquette nowadays. Do better! Anyways this place had good donuts. Easy parking. There's even a 76 across the street if you need gas too. read more

With so many around, you can't always trust a local donut shop or especially one that is franchised for decades yet still lasts. USA Donuts locations haven't always given me the best location or product, but this morning I had such a great experience I will definitely be back. I came by around 7:00 to a rather busy store, but the display cases were completely full with a huge variety of donuts, croissants, muffins, and pastries. I was greeted and helped by a gentleman who was extremely friendly and with everyone before and myself, he worked super fast to get orders out. I ordered 2 ham and cheese croissants; 1 cheese danish; 2 old fashions; a giant chocolate bar donut thingy; a honey bun and I was given another free old fashion donut! This totaled $14 I started with the ham and cheese croissant first which is HUGE. It's fluffy, dense, flaky, buttery, but the only downside was the filling - there was too little ham and cheese, the cheese almost not there and just one slice of ham. I'm not expecting a deli style sandwich but maybe an extra slice of ham and some more cheese would help! Still tasty though. The cheese danish was okay, the pastry itself was a bit dry but the cheese filling was delicious! My coworker also ate a croissant and loved it, another ate the chocolate bar and couldn't believe how good it was! Later in the day I had a bite of the old fashion and honey bun, both of which were DELICIOUS! The honey bun was soft, butter, sweet, and glazed nicely. The old fashion was cakey but not dense, and they had the pumpkin spice flavor which was perfect! I'll definitely return! read more

Get their breakfast bagel and you will be a very happy camper. My friend introduced us to this little hole in the wall donut place raving about their breakfast bagel and he was absolutely right. They don't skimp on the ingredients and their bagels are chewy and super flavorful... if you like garlic, they pack it on. It is very well priced and quickly made. This place used to be amazing with fresh donuts and really good coffee. Looks like it is now under new ownership and with a serious drop in quality. The coffee was burnt and each of the 3 donuts I bought were far from fresh. Staff was friendly and there was plenty of parking, but if you are looking for a fresh donut this isn't it. read more

This is my moms favorite spot for breakfast sandwiches or sandwiches. The sandwiches are always very yummy & they attend & serve you quickly with great customer service. Hey, this is the local donut spot to go to in Sherman Oaks and Van Nuys. It's a regular donut spot, not the trendy gourmet ones that have been popping up -- but it's really good and run by some of the nicest people. I'm a big fan of the maple-glazed old fashioned. They also make excellent breakfast sandwiches on croissants. This place is extremely affordable and very good. Don't let the faded sign out front dissuade you. read more

This place is built different! I came in not as a customer but a delivery driver to pick up two orders. At random, I'm not sure if the worker was the owner or just an employee (fellow Asian with glasses), but he randomly gave me a free donut and I wasn't even a direct customer. Donut shops are a dime a dozen and are literally everywhere. None of them have a specific flare that draws you to them as they all feature similar items. This one is located very conveniently on my way home when I pick up my kids and they love to occasionally stop in a get some donuts. The donuts have always been fresh here and they do have other items such as sandwiches and boba etc. It's clean and smells good inside. My only pet peeve is the fee when you use card. Otherwise they'd get 5 stars. read more

We have received USA Donuts & Crossaints via delivery a couple times now, friends and family know we love sweets and they have sent them to us as a surprise. Overall - staff is friendly and service is quick. It is very easy to order online and you can easily select your preferred donuts or have them create a mix for you. The donuts are good old standard donuts, done well - and not oily. Some highlights: Original chocolate glazed Raspberry filled danish Maple Bar French Crueller Apple Fritter Ham and Cheese croissant The apple fritter and ham a cheese croissant were big and really delicious, the apple fritter is pretty sweet. My favorite is the ham and cheese croissant, it's hearty, filled with ham and the cheese was nice and melted. They offer one with jalapeno, ham, and cheese, I think I'll try that one next time. I have yet to stop by the actual storefront but the staff have been great on the phone, the service good, and the donuts delicious - we'll order from here again! read more

This place has the best BEC I've ever had in my life, perfectly scrambled eggs on a thick sausage patty with bacon you can tear into on (in my case) and everything bagel is everything I could ever want in a breakfast. Used to come here at least twice a month . For the first time ever their donuts disappointed horribly. We got chocolate glazed that looked amazing , a custard filled chocolate glazed and 2 sprinkles . The chocolate glazed ones were horrible !!!!!! The bread tasted as if it had chemicals . I thought it was just me until my husband mentioned it . I'm so upset at The fact that my toddler had one of these. Thank goodness he only bit off all the chocolate off of it. My favorite local donut shop, they are friendly and clean. Love the breakfast sandwich on croissant and the turkey sandwich on French roll. Donuts are yummy, so are the smoothie/milkshakes. Best Yummy jellies! Ok, I will admit to having only had 2 of their donuts, so far - the raspberry jellies & the lemon jellies. While we were already in line paying for our order, the owner or manager approached us and informed us that outside food and drinks were not allowed because the restaurant is kosher. Although he said he would make an exception this one time, he approached us again while we were waiting outside for our food. We had chosen to sit outside because the restaurant was crowded, loud, and stuffy inside. Despite us not causing any issues, he again insisted that the smoothie could not be on the premises and began explaining that his license could be suspended due to association rules. We politely told him it wasn't a problem and decided to take our food to go. I understand businesses have policies, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily confrontational, especially considering the drink was for a toddler and we had already spent nearly $70 at the restaurant. Between the mediocre food, high prices, and rude customer service, I would not return. There are plenty of better dining options in the area.

My friend called ahead to book reservations or get on waiting list, hostess let us know they are fully booked but welcome to come early to try to get a bar seat that is first come and first serve. On the phone call they let her know they will be showing World Cup and love island at 6:30 when the game ends. When we arrived at 5:15 hostess let us know they are fully booked only bar and bar chairs against the wall are available. Valet Parking is for people with tables ONLY. Metered street parking is your only option. Neighborhood parking is permit only. Once the World Cup España vs Uruguay match and Love Island was being shown same time they only changed 3 TVs/ projection screens to Love Island while the ending of WC match aired. Volume was not changed they even provided subtitles since the audio was still showing the WC game. Once the game ended all TVs were switch to Love Island. And when love island episode ended they switch back to the next WC match. Everyone leaving negative reviews exaggerating the switch up to Love island are over reacting. Game changer social media promoted both World Cup AND Love Island watch parties. The Iron Sheik cocktail and the Margarita flight was very good. We had the Calamari and GCB Classic Flatbread with Chicken . Staff super friendly. Will be back for the Love Island Finale.

Soft, squishy, exactly how she likes it. She looked at me and said, "Dad, how come you haven't brought me here before?" I told her that sometimes, for great things, you have to wait in life. I don't think I'd go back, I'd rather just go somewhere else.
