Overall the food was ok and service ok. Very busy when we arrived. Put our names on a waitlist. If you go have a drink nearby while waiting, your table may be given away. Nice lighting, quite loud, busy, upbeat, on a corner a block away from downtown winooski. Lots of street parking and garage nearby if need be. We got the chicken wings appetizer. Wings were ok but on the dry side and not too flavorful. The bibimbap with beef, which was fairly good flavor wise and portion (large portions), but very salty. I forget what my partner ordered but he said it was a little too greasy/salty for him to want to keep what he couldn't eat for leftovers. The weirdest part of the meal were the drinks. They told us they'd just started their cocktail menu so all the drinks were new to them and us. I got a "spicy cocktail" that had sriracha in it and unfortunately all I could taste, or see (drink had so much sriracha in it that it looked like a Bloody Mary) was sriracha. My partner got a bright green drink which was much more mild and tolerable. Overall not memorable food, but also not bad. Good place if you're looking for a quick bite and/or heavier salty fried food.

Amazing new Korean spot! Donwoori has incredible food, great service, and a fun, vibing atmosphere. The menu has tons of great options and everything we tried was delicious--especially the chicken wings, which were beyond amazing. Definitely worth a visit!

Second time patronizing Donwoori. Food is good but unfortunately, as seems to be the way now, their politics are front and center as you enter. Not my style, best of luck.

We've eaten here twice and the food is delicious! Bibimbap is great, my son loves the Korean fried chicken and we liked the kimchi pancakes although they might be crispier if you don't get them to go. The restaurant is really cute, service was easygoing and friendly and the place has a nice vibe, but only two 4-top tables.

Honey Butter Korean Fried Chicken

Honey Butter is such a good flavor and I'm so happy that there is a place around here that serves it!

We were looking for a quick dinner in Hanover after a long day of helping my mother-in-law move…read more She recommended Sushiya which apparently is relatively new in Hanover. I skeptically thought "how good could sushi be in New Hampshire and especially if not run by Japanese folks?" I was glad to be proven wrong! We ordered a variety of different kinds of sushi rolls and sashimi and everything was super fresh and delicious, including the following types of rolls: avocado, california, shrimp tempura, tuna. We also ordered the bi bim bap in the hot stone bowl which was good, not the very best I've ever had (comparing to eating dolsot bibimbap in Seoul, HMarket food markets), but we ate almost all of it and took the rest for leftovers which were polished off the next day, so perhaps even very good! The meals all came with complimentary banchan (small side dishes) of cold bean sprouts, broccoli, pickled spicy zucchini, flavored boiled peanuts (my least favorite banchan), and miso soup. Loved the bean sprouts and broccoli and they brought us more when we finished the first round. Next time we're in Hanover we'll visit Sushiya again for sure!

Im korean and im here for 4 weeks and i miss home so much but this place has genuinely made such authentic korean food that i crave it all the time when im in my dorm. Its literally the exact same as some places in LA and Korea and i couldnt ask for anything better. I love the waiters there and I enjoy conversing in korean with them, i would 10/10 recommend this is definitely the best place in hanover for amazing comfort food and food all around ps i genuinely dont believe any of these rwviews lower than 4 stars-- ur in the middle of nowhere and this restaurant is doing its best to provide and i think its amazing

Despite the packed house, servers were friendly and reasonably attentive, and while the food came out slow, that's to be expected. I wouldn't say it was unreasonable at all considering the volume, AND they were churning out a ton of to-go orders. No televisions in here, which I loved, and a great vibe. Tons of people just having a great time. Great non-alcoholic drink menu. About to celebrate three years of sobriety, and I truly appreciate that. The food was good-great, depending. My wife got a salad with pulled pork and I got the brisket. Both were just "fine" and the meats desperately needed sauce. The brisket was pretty dry, which was disappointing. We also split a side of the smoked mushrooms, which we thought were good, and the pasta salad, which was unfortunately quite bland and not very noteworthy at all despite using pasta from the acclaimed Gallus. Now here's the sleeper: the dry rub wings were incredible. Some of the best I've ever had! Don't miss out on these just because they're on the appetizer menú. If I came back I'd just get a double order of these bad boys. Sweet and smoky and cooked to perfection. Absolute 10/10.

We both ordered a cocktail that I cannot remember omg on the holiday menu but it came out with a slightly burnt rosemary which smelled delightful. For our meal we started off with the cheddar beignets and that was the star of the meal!! Sooo different and yummy. The tater tots were a pleasant surprise of deliciousness. The trout roe and chive crema paired excellently with the smoked char and tater tots. So good! On arrival to the table it looked absolutely great. It was crispy with an actual crunch when bitten into, moist on the inside, and not seasoned at all. The chicken isn't brined but it would have been helpful and would have actually been seasoned/flavored if they would have seasoned the chicken prior to putting it in the batter and/or into the flour. The buttermilk biscuits were so good and even more so with the honey I ordered alongside it. They were flaky, layered, and thick like I like it. The service was great! Really pleasant and friendly staff.
