    Fiery Noodles

I went to Doodle Noodle Bar with my brother and sister-in-law, who are regulars. It's also one of the few places open late at night in that part of Westchase. The cartoon-themed vibe is fun and playful. My sister-in-law ordered the fried rice, and my brother and I both got the Fiery Noodles soup bowl... and holy cow, it truly lives up to its name. The spice level is no joke (and I love spicy), but it was delicious. I actually went back again because I enjoyed it so much. I just wish they offered two spice levels for this dish -- it's that good, but I definitely needed a lot of water with it . Overall, great flavor, fun atmosphere, and a solid late-night option in the area.

One of my favorite Asian restaurants in the area. My boyfriend and I have been coming here since the opened and are never disappointed. They have changed the style to more table service which is nice. I always order the house noodles and add siracha, my favorite dish on the menu. We got the pork dumpling special this time to start and they were delicious and crispy. The decor inside is fun and unique. The food is always tasty and comes out fast. I've never had a bad experience here. Only dissapointment this past weekend was the bar was closed when we came. Bummer as they have some fun cocktails but we still love the place. Their pho is Soo good and definitely love their milk teas.

This place is both unique and delicious. The black and white 2D decor, fun sayings & giant panda on the wall are so whimsical! Our noodle bowls were huge and flavorful. There were many options on the menu to choose from and even the menu option to make your own noodle bowl. The staff were friendly. We had a very fun dining experience.

Not tasty, chicken tasted old. Was hoping for a better experience. Definitely have GF options. The portions are huge. Restaurant wasn't as clean as I would have liked. I will definitely not return.

First time here and it did not disappoint! Everything we got was so delicious. I got pan seared pork dumplings to start, which were delicious with a really great dipping sauce. I got The Vong Way Stir Fry which was really great, very deep and rich flavor. Love the cucumbers being there, added a nice touch. My husband got the Pork Belly Heaven Soup Bowl which was also very good. Service was also really good, didn't wait long for anything. Ambiance is great too, with really fun designs and concept.

Love these 2d look places! First time in one and it was well done. Love the puns and word play "made pho each other" etc along the walls. Even the chopstick paper was cute! I tasted the Vong Way which was a bit sweet for my taste but I also got the Pork Belly Ramen (forgot the name) and it was good. Very salty but flavor was yummy. Noodle was perfect texture. I would've preferred enoki mushrooms or something outside of the baby Bella looking mushrooms but I appreciate the effort! Although the pork was thick and different from the usual thin sliced meat, I enjoyed the texture and taste. I was missing that soft boiled egg but still a good amount of food for the $12-14 you're paying! I had plenty of broth left over which I'll neutralize the saltiness at home with more unsalted chicken broth and add my own ramen and toppings! My cousins got the pho which everyone liked. He said he liked the pho more than the ramen broth. Plenty of oxtail in that bowl as well since it's $22 ish. The dumplings were kinda basic. Good but you can get the same satisfaction from frozen dumplings. The krab Rangoon (see photo) looks thick and crispy! I should've gotten that. Great polite service and they were able to accommodate our larger party along the wall. My family got Thai tea and they really liked it. It looked like a good creamer to tea ratio (on the deeper orange side versus too much creamer and being light colored). Would def come back!

Server was very nice and explained the menu well. The decor was cool, however the food was mid at best. All the sauces were obviously poured straight from supplier bottles. The pork, ponzu, and kimchi tasted off and old. The rice was made with too much water and mushy. The pho broth had no flavor it was lacking essential spices and depth of flavor. It required so much hoisin sriracha and lime to make it palatable. The matcha and Vietnamese iced coffee were very low quality. Viet coffee lacked sweetened condensed milk and was very grey in color. While we dined pest control came in to assess an estimate. My partner refused to eat any more than 3 bites of the Peppa pig bowl due to off flavors and it upsetting her stomach. Tofu and Pork had 0 seasoning. We both left with stomach aches. Very poor experience. Server deserves a tip but want refund.

Oh Soo Good, spicy as heck.

I'll be fair giving 3 stars because some of the food was actually really good. Specifically the Vong Way and the House Noodles sub for udon. Here's my complaint.. I ordered the Oh Soo Good due to the 1 spice rating... the ish was 3+ even coming from my husband whose spice tolerance is very high. He order the Vong Way which was 3 spice rated and it was less spicy than mine? I mean you can even tell in this picture how spice the Oh So Good is. Anyways... if you can't handle spice definitely do NOT get that. But listen my husband LOVES spice so he thought it was good. *side note I asked if they could just make it less spicy and they said no lol which you'd think just throw less red pepper flakes in there maybe?

Omg! Doodle Noodle Bar is one of the cutest restaurants I've been to! I went during lunch so there wasn't much of a crowd. The interior is super cute! It reminds me of a coloring book. The food is the most important part, right? It's good!!! The food is really good and they serve alcohol! This is place is also kid friendly so bring the kiddies but leave crayons at home (LOL).

First off, the atmosphere is very cool. I love the 2D art of the entire restaurant. I ordered the dumpling bowl and used Offline. Food was plentiful and delicious! They also immediately knew what Offline was and were very pleasant.

Always a solid experience coming here! Having been to both of their locations, this location definitely feels more spacious and has more parking. The food is still the same good quality. Service is also fast, friendly, and efficient. As for ambiance, you get the same whimsical experience, like being in a comic book/anime world. I got the pork belly noodle bowl and it was delicious. Large chunks of crispy pork belly and a generous portion of noodles and a sweet Thai chili sauce to go with it. Overall, a unique experience to take friends to! :)

Took myself on a solo date to doodle noodle bar. I sat at the bar alone and ordered 2 appetizers, spring rolls and wontons. They were good but average - nothing to brag on. Drink was cute but not strong at all. This place is super aesthetically pleasing. I didn't get any good pictures of myself here since I came alone, but I highly suggest having a mini shoot since that is what you're paying for the aesthetics lol.

My partner got the spicy tonkatsu and I had wanted to do the "make your own ramen" option. I really wanted wagyu but didn't like the toppings it came with. So I just made my own, though it was very costly to add more toppings, so I just chose 2. Overall, the experience was okay. After being here a few times, Jubao Noodle Bar is where it's at and truthfully do fine by itself without the casino. So at this point, you should already know that Jubao Noodle Bar is located within the Seminole Hard Rock Casino & Hotel - Tampa. However, it should be recognized that navigating the casino floor does get frustrating. The easiest point of reference is to first understand that the base casino floor is essentially separated into two parts (Part one is where the curved escalators and hotel towers are at and part 2 is the larger part, containing the Hard Rock Cafe and the majority of the table games). Jubao Palace Noodle Bar is located right after the point where the hall from part one connects to part 2. Clear as mud right? Now that you've successfully navigated here, it should be noted that the line and wait can get ridiculous. Not sure if there are specific times when it gets super busy, but it seems like it doesn't die down after lunch hours hit. The small size and amount of tables doesn't necessarily accommodate to the traffic. Be prepared to wait. Speaking of tables, there are several regular tables that seat up to 4 patrons, however the majority of the seating are high tops and bar seating. Don't be alarmed if you get paired at the high tops with other random patrons. The menu itself is very simple, but I can assure you that you can't really go wrong with any of the choices. My "go-to's" are usually the roast duck noodle soup (with egg noodles) and any of the fried rice (crab is the best though). They do offer snow pea leaves which is a Cantonese cuisine classic. It's a great restaurant that is overshadowed by the venue that it's located in.

My latest birthday he picked Hales Blackbrick as he knew I never had dim sum before so thought a nice dinner with higher end dim sum would be just the trick. Walking into the place was a little crazy for me because I had been to that location when it was previously owned by others and I could still see some of the same things from before, though I gotta say, for turning it into a high end restaurant, some of the things they left should have been removed to fit the setting and price point. We started out with their family tradition egg rolls that is over 100 years old. We did the dim sum tower as we figured that would be the best way to try multiple styles and then we ordered the fried rice, which Ben knowing me knew I'd rather have it with the lobster option BUT I actually was fine without it because that would mean the fried rice would have been $50.00, but since it was my birthday, he ordered it anyway. Now, since I had not had dim sum before I am not sure if it was just theirs or if all are like this but ours were very watery when we would bite into them. I basically held up a small plate under my chin so that I didn't get any juice on my face or clothes. Didn't seem right to me and even Ben mentioned it and I know he has had them a few times. Also, out of the 3 different styles we got, it was difficult to make out which one was which as they were pretty bland. The rice was good but the small meat of the lobster tail was not worth the extra costs they charged for it and as I thought, the plain rice would have been fine with me. The best part about my evening was obviously my date and his thoughtfulness he put into planning our evening out.

We checked out a bunch of different restaurants, but they were all booked up. So, we ended up booking Wagamama for our dinner on Sunday night. After finding roadside parking near the restaurant, we checked in at the register and were shown to our table. Our server greeted us and provided us with menus. Following a discussion among ourselves and with our server, we began our order with a lychee martini and a coconut drift for drinks. For appetizers, we selected the Bang Bang Cauliflower, which our server highlighted as a very popular option, along with chicken pot stickers. For our main courses, we ordered the chicken pad Thai, Karage Chicken Strips for our toddler and the chicken firecracker dishes. Our drinks arrived first: a Lychee Martini and a Coconut Drift. The Lychee Martini contained a significant amount of vodka, so much that my spouse could only manage two sips. The Coconut Drift was better, but it still had an excessive amount of sugar. We got our Bang Bang Cauliflower appetizer. However, upon tasting it, we found it wasn't cooked properly. It tasted like they simply coated the cauliflower with sauce without properly cooking it. We were disappointed to have to return it. Following that, our chicken pot stickers arrived. The chicken pot stickers were just okay, without anything particularly noteworthy about them. They weren't even properly cooked around the edges. Both appetizers we ordered turned out to be disappointing. Our dinner arrived and included Pad Thai and Chicken Firecracker. Both dishes were just alright; they could have been better. Compared to how other reviews described them, they didn't live up to the expectations set by those reviews. We couldn't get the Chicken Karage Strips we wanted for dinner. We ended up having to comp the whole thing because even though the restaurant wasn't that full (only about 70-75% empty), we had to wait a super long time for the food to be ready. Our visit to Wagamama was so disappointing that we may not return. We were unhappy with the food, the service, and the atmosphere.

No complaints, the egg had a runny yolk which means it was not overcooked like many I have had in the past. The bibimbop sauce is delicious with just the right amount of kick. The plate was heaping, but spouse said the beef was a little bland, but some of the bibimbop sauce took care that. Son and spouse took leftovers with them. We were kind of disappointed in the items they did not have, but the lady waiting on us was nice and we realize they are a small business and when things are busy, it is easy to run out.
