I love this location, the manager Dillion was a great guy. He took my order and was very nice. After I was finished with my meal I went to get another soda and they have one of those cool Coke soda machine that you can mix different kind of syrups! I was looking forward to grabbing food for dinner tonight. I never even got a chance to order. As soon as I entered, I saw a group of three people who weren't wearing masks (even though the sign on the door says you must), standing there talking and laughing. I thought for sure that an employee would say something to them. Nope. They just asked them to come up to the counter to order. I asked an employee whether or not they enforce the mask mandate. They said they do. I asked them why they were allowing the group to remain inside without their masks on. Their response was to ask me if I felt okay with them being in there without a mask. I said no. I looked at their staff and noticed one of them was wearing his mask under his nose. Obviously, they don't take the mask mandate very seriously. I decided to leave, but noticed they never asked the group without masks on to leave. With the number of restaurants that have had to close due to their employees testing positive, this was a ridiculous risk to expose people to. read more

Folsom CA location at Blue Ravine: - the Bull - It was a terrible experience that started with dirty forks from the fork bin; plate was dirty; very small portion of food, which had very odd taste - definitely everything was from a "can" ... there were only 3 chips on the plate; my wife and share the one dish - with tip total was $20 ; the food was just terrible, and the place was dirty, service was non-existent - and when we ordered, I strongly felt the people really didn't care - the last time I was at Dos was about 4 years ago - at that time, they were a great restaurant and a good meal - I will never return to any of these restaurants again... later in the day I was sick and felt their food was the cause. Please beware, keep your eyes open and think about what you're eating - and watch for cleanliness - sadly absent from this location. read more

I've been a loyal customer for years, but find myself questioning whether or not I will remain a customer. Long story short,but the store charged our card on an order and also asked for payment when we picked up the order. (One person placed the order and I picked it up). The manager said he couldn't cancel the credit card,but would have a cash refund waiting at the store it took two trips to get the refund since they were unexpectedly closed on Sunday. So ....my money was there today. Would you expect something as a token of appreciation for being a customer and taking two hours out of my life to get my money? read more

The food is pretty good here although the preparation is a little sloppy. They just throw it together in a big mound. I had the Yukatan chicken salad and it wasn't very evenly spaced and some ingredients were sparce altogether. Quite tasty and give you a large portion. It's a little unprofessional with a lot of young people working there and the male cashier was more interested in high fiving female co workers and messing around with his coworkers then paying attention to paying guests. Management would be wise to keep a better eye on this but I have been coming to this location for many years and the food it's still pretty good despite that. read more

My wife and I had lunch today around 1:30 not real busy but after about 20 minutes of not getting our food and after seeing about 6 people getting there food before us after they come in after us and their empolyee walking by us with other poeples food I had to go to the front and ask for our order. After about 10 minutes later we recieved our food. No apology from employee or from managment, two managers on duty. This place is VERY unprofessional. My friend and I visit frequently and today was the worse. My friend ordered nachos and asked to substitute the guacamole for extra sour cream the worker said yes she also ordered and additional side of sour cream when she got her order she did not have the additional side which she has gotten MANY times no issues she alerted this lady who grabbed the bag out of my friends hand and said let me check she then proceeded to argue with my friend over what she ordered and how she had what she ordered than asked her for her receipt but the cashier never gave it to her. The lady than walked back to the kitchen that is open and started talking Crap to her co-workers like we can't see her my friend said something and a man who never introduced himself of what his name or title is asked if my friend was okay all while the lady was still talking Crap my friend started to tell him the issue he did nothing but say it's above her pay grade to give sour cream lol lol okay never apologized. This was the most unprofessional customer service I have seen. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.....Also just to mention my friend never complains about anything so for her to say something it was bad. read more

Best place in town for affordable tex-mex food. The salsa bar is great .My favorite is the steak nachos covered in their hottest sauce . So simple , but so good . They also get your order out real fast. The only downside is the parking can be tough sometimes . Great staff. read more

AWFUL customer service. Of the three employees that "helped" us, not one of them were any little bit of friendly. The girl who took our order was super rude and did not smile or anything. When we told her we wanted no onions on our burritos, (because of an allergy), she sighed heavily and started tapping her computer screen aggressively. She was SO SO RUDE! The girl that brought our food to us didn't tell us that the plates were hot... so when she put them in our hands, rather than setting them on the table, we burnt ourselves. I said something like, "oh wow, I just burnt my hands, the plates are hot!," and she just walked away with the b*#chiest look on her face. Food was alright. Soggy, but it was okay. Usually I go here during lunch time. Its crowded. Parking is a pain if you go close to noon. Food is good and service is fast.

Food: Great! I got steak tacos and they were delicious. Service: You pretty much serve yourself, so great!Price: Excellent! For three people (including a beer a person) it was $34. Not-so-good: You don't get chips and a bowl of salsa like other places, but they do serve chips with some orders and there is a "salsa bar" that is somewhat good. I wish I could have had a big bowl of salsa though. Tips: When you walk in, don't wait to be seated. You are supposed to order yourself and seat yourself. Good food for a chain, relatively cheap prices. There are two reasons it does not get a 5 star review--the new Coke machine and their lack of fresh brewed non-flavored/non-sweetened tea. Up until a few weeks ago, this location had the standard drink dispenser--the one with one button/spigot per drink type. Then, they got the huge refrigerator-sized all-in-one drink dispenser from Coke. The one where you can choose cherry, vanilla, chocolate, lime, etc. flavors for every drink you dispense. Sounds great. The problem is that those pungent flavors get into everyone's drink even if you didn't select it. It's as if the flavors permeate the drink lines and bleed into the soda. It's not as strong a flavor as if you had selected, say, lime yourself, but it is still there marring the flavor of an otherwise delightful Coke. I really am disappointed in Coke for putting out these devices. I've never been to a restaurant that has these things where the soda is as good as it was from individual dispensers. And, since there is no good fresh tea option here, that leaves no good options other than beer... read more

When it comes to creative cooking, unique & flavorful salsas & seasonings, fresh, quality ingredients, and value, Dos Coyotes has no equal in the Sac metro area. I frequent the Folsom & Roseville locations. Service is always friendly and efficient, ambience and decor recall the cheerful, inviting, and relaxed vibe of my favorite Mexican beachfront resort. To be clear, this is not a full-service, sit down dining experience. It is a superb example of burrito-bar & taqueria fare done in fine style: colorful ceramic plates, real table and glassware that does not land in a landfill after the meal. Bravo! The airport location is a franchise, so flavors and consistency vary slightly from the main restaurants, but I'm still grateful to have this bright light in the local dining scene available at the airport. Purists looking for traditional dishes from a specific region of Mexico should be forewarned: this food draws inspiration from Southwestern & California Cuisine, so creativity & freshness trump hard-nosed notions of "authenticity." The real icing on the cake are the reasonable prices: Dos Coyotes leaves Chipotle & Co. in the dust on value. Highly recommended on every front! read more

Quesadillas are to die for! They do not have a bar in this location but they do have this cute little salsa bar where you can mix different ones to create your own. Customer service was friendly and quick. Its a great place to go for a quick meal. This place was sooooooo incredibly disgusting not only was it expensive $27 for 2 burritos and 2 drinks it gave me such a sour stomach. Husband had some watery chicken burrito filled with tons of beans barely any meat and I went with the Ranch Hand Burrito covered in the most foul tasting sauce I've ever had in my life, potatoes that tasted dirty and what was supposed to be brisket but I could barely see anything but potatoes in there. The manager came over asked if I wanted to try something else I told him this was our first time so I had no clue as to what to get, he offered to make me a new steak burrito it was no better. The steak had good flavor but was basically nonexistent which was sad because they had the opportunity to make the experience better but just slopped together something new in a hurry. Another downside is ice refills are given at the counter if there is a line you have to wait, soda machine is one of the cool futuristic pick a million soda combination type of machines, aside from variety it lacked carbonation and with a line full of kids playing around on it made refills impossible. Not impressed, with this location at least. I'll possibly give the Elk Grove location a shot but there are way batter places I'd rather spend my money. read more

I always get the Adobe salad with steak. It's not that I don't want to try other things, it's just that the salad is so flippin good that I don't want anything else. They give you a ton of food and the steak is so heavenly. My mouth is salivating writing this review. There is dressed field greens, shredded carrots, jicama, grape tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream and of course, that steak!! Oh my! I usually get the crispy tacos and love the food here overall, but the service is inconsistent. I often feel rushed when ordering and have to make sure I get in that I want a drink or else they're already wrapping up the order. Unfortunately, I also often have my order come out wrong. The cashiers sometimes seem unaware of what is on the menu. It's really too bad because the tacos are amazing and the food is made quickly, but I hate having to wonder what the ordering experience will be like. read more

Had lunch there yesterday. Ordered an asparagus quesadilla. It was just okay. The little salad that came with it was not very good. Had little appeal by the way it looked. The quesadilla appeared almost burned. After eating this, I don't think asparagus goes well in this dish.
