05/10/26 Ticket #91 Awful customer service and the wait was 48 minutes exactly on Mother's Day at approximately 5:00 pm and the line to order was probably about 20 customers. One customer had to return 3 x just to get his order correct and finally did BS and left without his correct order. It was a Holiday and should have been staffed accordingly. The Cashiers couldn't have taken our orders any slower and rolled their eyes if you ask anything about the menu items. If the breakfast items are not available at whatever time then don't display the sign; it's really very simple. The male Manager was just trying his best to make things right for many, many customers but the other employees definitely let customers down. Sycuan really really needs another Deli competitor. Rank and File can't do it all and obviously Double Down failed again. Ugh read more

This is kinda hidden if you don't know the property. I'm still renewing myself with the property and had no idea about this place. I find the prices very reasonable and the service is great. The donuts and croissants are huuuuge!! I always get the same thing, a hot dog which is $6.50 and not a bad price at all. With my discount it's just under $6. Can't go wrong with that. The hot dogs are perfect and just the way I like them. They taste like they have been cooked on a BBQ grill. They have the perfect snap and texture. The employees are always nice and efficient here. This is strictly for quick cheap eats, nothing extravagant. Had a $5 food credit on my player's card so figured I'd give this place a try for a late night snack since they're open 24 hrs. Opted for the Philly Cheesesteak at $11, so just over $6 out of pocket was definitely a great deal. Just a quick bite to go along with the complimentary soft drinks served next door. I'd say it was good use of the food credit but I don't think I'd go out of my way specifically for it again. read more

I eat there often. service normally takes 7-12 minutes.....but I have to give them a 1* for tonight as it took 27 minutes to get my order.....burger and fries 27 minutes.....(it's a walk -up counter, so standing around for 27 minutes is really annoying. After a long day of driving, I checked into the hotel and went right to the restaurant to get something to eat. I'm glad I did. The seats were comfortable. The TVs were at every booth and you could not look around without seeing the San Diego Padre game being displayed on TV screens. The service was friendly. The chicken tenders are smaller then before 2 weeks ago there where bigger and I am mad how the person that took my order used my money on the card with out asking me !!!! The frys where nice I would give that a 5 chicken. Tenders cuz there are not the same size. And it was not hot like they had made some head of time. This is a very basic fast food grill. We go here after playing, and we always get the Chicken Drummets with the Cajun Fries, also known here as regular French Fries, but we always tend to enjoy it. It is pretty good here to be honest and the fact that you don't need to buy soda or water here or any kind of drinks.
