The beautiful aroma was wafting through the car as I drove home, only making me more hungry. Hot home, opened the box to reveal this thing of beauty. Now, if it only tastes as good as it looks... Wow! Absolutely fantastic! I asked the owner to make it well done and the undercarriage was just the way I like it. Crunchy, the perfect chewiness, the dough is made dense enough to hold up to the wet and heavy topping. Perfectly constructed Grandma pie . I had a nice conversation with the owner. Very cool guy. I will be going back to try all the other pies (and there are many). You can probably eat there every day and not have the same thing for a month. My next selection will be one of the Detroit style pies. They looked delicious. Finally, a great pizzeria in Westchester. We've been deprived of a top quality version of this popular "American" staple for far too long.
