No response after I was told over the phone to send pictures and description so they can get back to me.

I went in for something very simple. Just a gel pedicure and clear gel manicure. I have never been so disappointed by a service before. I have one injured nail, it's on my pinky. A new nail is growing underneath. I told who was doing my manicure to leave it alone and she proceeded to cut the old nail off. This caused me so much pain. I repeated for her to just leave it alone as it is still healing and I don't want to risk infection and she continued to chip away at it. This caused me so much discomfort for the next few days. Causing it to bleed at work. The clear gel manicure over all looked horrible. Nails were cut and filed differently and she only did what seemed like one coat and the top coat. She then just DOUSED my hands in oil. And left them like that? I am so confused. The pedicure was OK however I just wasnt feeling the most relaxed. They keep chipping away at an insane amount of skin around the nail. Then she said I cut my own nails too short, but they look okay to me. And I still have enough nails even on my pinky for the gel to show. I don't understand the commentary. I reached out, followed the instructions to send pics through text and haven't hear back since. When someone comes in saying to leave a finger alone, I think it's important to listen. This should have been very easy and simple. Just something to make me feel put together as my nail is still healing. I couldn't even relax in my chair. All of this for 75 dollars. Not worth it, especially when given the opportunity to correct this or talk outside of a review. Lack of accountability. After an experience like this, now I know to expect way less from this business. Goes to show a lot about how your business is ran. Money hungry and quality is low.

I appreciate that the salon reached out after my initial review, but unfortunately their response did not address all issues I experienced. They questioned details I had already explained, including which technician worked on me. After providing all of that, the only resolution offered was to repaint the toe where the polish was visibly missing. That offer doesn't fix the larger concerns I raised: I paid for a $50 pedicure that was a full upgraded service. Instead, I received a basic pedicure with poor gel application, missing steps. Being asked to come back just for a polish touch-up would inconvenience me even more after an already incomplete experience. I stand by my original review. I did not receive the service I paid for, and the proposed resolution did not address the quality or customer care concerns I reported.

My friend goes here for nails so I was excited to get my nails done here but I left a little disappointed . I walked in for a mani and pedi and removal for Gel-X. The pedicure I received was good and I didn't have any problems. When it came to my manicure, I asked for normal gel and for my old set to be removed. I showed her a picture of an inspo I had and asked if it was possible to be done on my natural nail. She said no because the removal would make my nails thin which is understandable so I told her just regular gel french tip. Instead the lady cut my nails too short and when I told her I didn't want gel-x she said my nails were already too short for regular gel so I was forced to get gel-x. I didn't want to leave empty handed because I came to get my nails done. While doing my nails she cut me twice, and made the pink way too bright and neon even though we agreed on a dark pink. I paid 135 and was a little taken back by the price. I did still leave a $20 tip but overall I don't think I will be going back.

I'm extremely disappointed with our experience. My daughter and I went in together, and when we met back at the front desk, I immediately noticed her nails were crooked and bulky. The shape was uneven and clearly not symmetrical. I calmly brought it to the receptionist's attention, who then called over the manager. I explained the issue and showed him exactly where the nails were crooked and thick. By this point, I was becoming uncomfortable because people in the salon were staring, and what should have been a simple correction turned into an embarrassing situation. The manager said the nail tech could fix them, but his tone was dismissive and unpleasant, which made my daughter feel embarrassed. When the nail technician came up, she questioned the issue again and began making excuses -- saying it was due to three layers of polish and that she didn't see them as crooked. Instead of acknowledging the problem, they were focused on defending the work. At that point, I told them not to fix it because if they genuinely couldn't see the issue, I didn't trust the correction would be done properly. What upset me even more was that no discount, partial refund, or apology was offered despite the obvious poor quality and the uncomfortable experience we were put through. We paid full price and left feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and unheard. I will not be returning.

I came in for a refill and walked away so happy with my new fruit nails. I love the TV that shows the nails they've done in the past. And I always remember to have a cup of their fruit water.

I'm honestly obsessed with my nails!! They came out sooo cute, exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail is amazing and you can tell they really care about their work. The service is always the best everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. They take their time to make sure everything is perfect, which I really appreciate. On top of that, the salon itself is super clean and well kept, which makes the whole experience even better. You can tell they prioritize hygiene and professionalism. Overall, I always leave happy and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!!

Came here to do my nails. I asked for acrylic almond French tips . When they called me, I asked the guy what I wanted, he said I'll do gel x, it lasts longer. lol so I let him do it, I asked for a mimosa, never got it, he finished my nails in like 20 min. $85 dollars later, my French tips were all crooked. Wouldn't go back.

I came here for a gel x set and while the nails themselves came out really nice -- the design is clean and exactly what I asked for -- I can't help but feel the price was steep. $105 for medium gel x felt overpriced compared to other places I've been. Service was quick, which I appreciated, but the overall experience could have been better. At another salon I visited in Houston, the receptionist greeted every guest warmly and made sure to offer drinks, which added a thoughtful and welcoming touch. Here, I didn't notice that same level of attentiveness or hospitality, and it made a difference in how the visit felt. If you're looking for fast service and quality design, this place delivers. But if you value the extra touches and a more inviting atmosphere for the price point, there are definitely salons out there that do it better. By the way they don't give you an estimate of price. So make sure to ask before. And for kids if you wouldn't want gel on them make sure to ask for regular polish.

If I could give no stars I would... ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT!! I didn't and I got a pedi and they charged me $129!!!! The pedicure took 2 hours! I asked if the lady doing my nails was new... nope...she just didn't know what she was doing someone had to step and takeover her job, I have a lot of acrylic on my big toe & she over cut my toe and the French looks crooked . I was supposed to get my hands done too but never did because I have a baby at home and couldn't take another 2 hours for my hands! She didn't even clean my feet right. Never again!!! read more

I've been here twice. The first time I had an appointment- I had to wait. Okay. Saturday, busy. Fine. They had a sign outside saying they had a grand re-opening discount but wouldn't honor it since it was expired but the sign was still up- huge banner. I told them they should take it down then- false advertising and all- receptionist didn't care. The tech cut my toenail, I bled and burned. Fine. The tech who did my acrylic was fine, those lasted fine but the work was okay. Then I gave them another chance 3 days ago. I had an appointment again. 45 minutes in, still waiting. Finally someone comes up to me (not the tech lady I requested but a guy again) and he does my pedicure, quickly. Roughly. Doesnt put lotion or anything, he doesn't put anything between my toes and I have to put on my own sandals when I'm finally released from the chair after sitting there for more than an hour (where I was told to wait and where he had started my mani but then moved me over to the table, thankfully. Why do they like to do manis at the pedi chairs, super uncomfortable for the client!) Anyway they don't have my mani color and don't tell me but try to bring me a ton of other colors to match so I'm saying no I want 428 and finally they say we don't have it. Okay let me look at the book again. So I do, I choose black, can't go wrong with black. Turns out you can. We finish finally (almost 2 hours after I arrive) I tip and pay and go home. 2 days later I realize my fingertips look gray. And my gel polish chipped. Okay well my nail broke so my bad. But my toenail was also smudged and my heels and so dry and cracked prob from the quick pedi with no lotion so it looks like I didn't even get a pedi cuz my toes all look dry and gross. I'm annoyed. I call and tell them about my gel polish they tell me to come in. I do after work, the owner says she can't see anything, of course and says the top coat can come off from typing and scratching and doing stuff with our hands. Sure okay but in 2 days? I mean, it's been 2 days and I hadn't even gone to work when I saw it and I've had black before many times this has never happened to me. They agreed to fix my broken nail and my smudged toenail and top coat and would charge me for the broken nail only. Then the owner came to talk to the tech who had originally worked on me 2 days before who knows what they were saying, most likely talking crap about me, or not, who knows she was clearly annoyed but she said she wouldn't charge me but to tip him. I said she could charge me I would tip him anyway but she said no just tip him. I already had overtipped him Saturday so now I had to overtip him again today. But well, I had to even though I had zero intention of coming back again. They did fix my broken nail, which I appreciate and my smudged toenail which I don't think was my fault and I didn't even complain about the rest of my feet- I mean I spent all this money for my feet to look the same, but I didn't appreciate being blamed for the top coat coming off. It's been 2 days. Get better products or do a better job. Gel top coat should last. That's why we pay a lot of money, otherwise I'd just do it myself at home. Also, I've never in my life had that experience before so that's just insane. Now I'm afraid to scratch or type of touch anything at all. And to top it off they had a discount again for 10% off online for services of $50 off but all of a sudden it was for next time. It didn't say that anywhere online. The girl on the phone was really nice, the place is really pretty, but I'm not coming back here again. It's expensive, they don't honor discounts and honestly, the quality of work isn't good. And worse, they make you feel like crap when you speak up for yourself. And since they are servicing us and we are spending our money here, we should get what we pay for. read more

I just left Royalty Claws 10 minutes ago. Overall it was a pleasant experience. We didn't wait long too long to be assisted. Leslie did my pedicure. I absolutely loved it. She did an amazing job. I got the #2 of the pedicure list and thoroughly enjoyed it. I will be going back to Leslie. Unfortunately my gel mani wasn't as great. The polish is bumpy and uneven. Around the cuticle the polish isn't well placed. With past gel manicures I never had so many bumps on them. read more

So upset. Waited exactly two hours for a pedicure. I was desperate because I have an event and needed a nail place to go to that does the Gel X nail extensions. I called and asked this place specifically if they did them and the lady answering the phone said yes! I asked again once I got the the salon and again she said yes they do have Gel X. Well come to find out 2 hours later they don't. I said fine I'm desperate so acrylics are fine. They started my pedicure and took lots of people in for nails (not pedi) before taking me even after I repeatedly kept checking in with the same lady who was manning the phone. So annoyed and ended up just doing a pedicure because no one would start on taking of my old acrylic set much less my new nail set. Place is beautiful but so very unorganized *facepalm! read more

a friend called earlier today to make an appointment but was told I can jst walk in for pedi and full set. they started to do my full set as I was getting my pedi but then stopped when I told her I wanted a chrome star on one of my nails. second lady comes and I told her to make things simpler i'll jst do french tip, she then stopped doing my nails because she said she couldn't find any similar base color to the one I wanted they then told me to wait for somebody to do my full set. I waited about 20 mins and realized that nobody was tending to me so I jst asked for what they started to be removed. pedi was ok but customer service not so much :( read more

I rated this nail a two because it is a nice salon. However if your getting your nails done by anyone but Steven or Victoria it is not work that the amount they charge. I went here Since I had an even and my normal mail salon was further away. Went in for quick full set should have taken less than an hour instead two hours sitting for my nails not even to match the old set color. He kept going off my mail to the skin with the drill. I originally got my full set at my normal salon $65 with the tip included here they wanted $55 for a fill with the BEGINNER TECH wow won't be coming back here! read more

I've tried so many nail places in town but never got good experiences like Royaltyclawsnailbar. I've been here every three weeks to get acrylics and pedi done since I found this place two years ago and never get disappointed (i'm very picky too). It's always clean and the inside looks gorgeous. The girl in front desk is so nice too. If you want to try a new place for nails, you should come to this one!! I def recommend it to everyone!! read more

I had been in early in the morning to get a pedicure that I was happy with. I had originally asked for a new set with gel x but while I was waiting for a technician station I got a phone call to pick up my car from the mechanic so they said they would expect me a little later. I got back around 4:40 and waited about 20 ish minutes. She started doing my nails and asked about length and I said short but stopped cutting them because she was going to "file them anyway" but now they are so much longer than what I wanted. as the time got closer to 7 she started rushing and slicing my skin and the work is just sloppy. After $89 I'm not happy with them they look nothing like I asked for. read more

Unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed my perception of this place. I came in for a pedicure and, at one point, used Google Translate on my phone. To my shock, the technician doing my pedicure was making insulting comments about my legs and feet, calling them "ugly" and saying they looked "smashed," as if I had just come back from the field. I initially tried to ignore it, but when I asked for a specific polish, she continued making the same comments. I eventually confronted her and the girl at the front desk, and instead of addressing the situation professionally, they both became upset. It's incredibly disappointing and disrespectful to speak about clients this way--especially right in front of them. Customers come in to feel good and receive a service, not to be insulted or belittled. No customer should be disrespected or feel unsafe during a service. I will not be returning

When I walked in I was hit by the smell of nail polish fumes, it was a bit overwhelming but I got used to it after a while - beware if you are sensitive to smells. The manicure / pedicure itself was decent, the edges could be a little bit cleaner but overall solid spot, especially for the value.

I recently visited the salon and found the overall vibe to be nice and cute, and I appreciated the complimentary drinks offered. However, there were several issues that detracted from the experience. I had booked an appointment online with Peter, but when I arrived, the two young ladies at the front seemed disorganized. One instructed me to sit and wait for Peter, while the other discreetly suggested calling another client before attending to me, despite the fact that I had an appointment. This confusion was frustrating, especially since I usually have no issues with the other two young ladies who work in the mornings; they are always professional and provide excellent customer service. While waiting for my pedicure, the male staff member at the front repeatedly offered me drinks, which felt unnecessary, especially since I'm pregnant. After declining, he informed me that Peter wouldn't be able to do my nails as scheduled, which was disappointing given my prior booking. I had encountered a similar problem during my last visit when I had to wait past my appointment time. I even requested a different technician to avoid additional delays, but my concerns were ignored by both the male staff member and the young lady at the front. To make matters worse, I ended up waiting for nearly 45 minutes, despite being told it would only be five. Additionally, when it came time to pay, there seemed to be a discrepancy in pricing--I was charged $30 for a classic pedicure instead of the advertised $25. On a positive note, the owner is very nice and attentive when she is present, as are the two young ladies who typically work the morning shift. Unfortunately, the inconsistent service from the other staff members led to a less enjoyable experience overall. I hope to see improvements moving forward, as I have loved this salon in the past. read more

I was disappointed with my visit here and felt the service did not meet basic expectations. When I first arrived, I was seated in a massage chair that wasn't working. When I asked about it, the pedicure employee dismissed my concern with "it doesn't matter." Only after I insisted was I moved to a functioning chair. I had requested the Lavender Infused Pedicure, but the technician (Nicki) repeatedly tried to upsell me to the Jelly Pedicure and other options despite my polite refusals. This made the experience feel pushy rather than relaxing. Since the polish colors available weren't what I wanted, I opted out of nail polish. To my surprise, the pedicure was cut short lasting only about 15 minutes with no trimming, filing, or cuticle care included. Yet, I was still charged the full regular price. I ended up going to another salon right after to get a proper pedicure, which included everything that should have been done in the first place. Unfortunately, I left here feeling like I paid for an incomplete service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements. read more
