I originally left a positive review but decided to delete it after this incident. I had a gel pedicure here (unfortunately I don't remember the technician's name). During the cuticle cleaning, she left a deep cut on my big toe that left alot of bleeding. At first, I assumed it would stop on its own, which it did for a while. later at work I noticed the toe was still bleeding, swollen, numb, and beginning to ooze clear pus. Since I work in the emergency department, I had access to supplies to properly clean the wound and apply antibiotic ointment. Manicures are fine here given that I've only been here twice, but I will Not be returning for pedicures due to this experience. read more

Extremely, extremely horrible experience -- genuinely one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. The most basic set of nails that were asked to be done (an almond French tip Gel-X) came out SO bad it was honestly embarrassing. The shape was uneven, the nails were all going in completely different directions, the polish was messy and crooked, and the entire set looked extremely rushed and sloppy. It looked like zero care or attention was put into the work. When we brought it up to the front desk, a young girl who clearly cannot handle any type of situation on her own had to go get the salon manager. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing what was very clearly wrong, he immediately started making every excuse in the world. What makes this even more ridiculous is that the staff themselves literally admitted that the nails did not look good -- yet they still continued to defend the work and make excuse after excuse. It turned into an uncomfortable and unnecessary back-and-forth instead of the staff simply being professional and fixing their own mistake. There was absolutely no accountability, no urgency to make things right, and no real attempt to provide decent customer service. And don't be fooled by the "complimentary drinks" they advertise. The young girls working there offer you drinks, ask what you would like, and then never bring them out at all. It feels disorganized, careless, and completely unprofessional. This place is extremely unorganized and unprofessional. The staff are defensive, unwelcoming, and clearly not trained to handle even the simplest customer concern. There is absolutely no accountability, no customer service, and no pride in their work. Save your money, your time, and your patience. I would never come back here and would strongly warn anyone thinking about booking an appointment to go literally anywhere else. read more

I just wasn't sure if the $35 pedicure was necessary because I was told that $25 pedicure doesn't include nail polish removal but the other one does despite it not stating it on the card. My sister and I walked in right after opening with no appointment, and the place was completely empty. We asked if they had availability for nails and lashes, and they immediately said yes, twice, even after I clarified that we didn't have an appointment. They did my sister's nails first, and only after taking our money and time did they suddenly claim they had no availability for lashes and tried to push us to book another day. During my visit I had went through the back door I noticed flies landing on and flying around the drinks being served. I also saw metal nail tools, like nail nippers, being cleaned directly over the cups that are later given to customers. This could allow debris or bacteria to get into the drinks, which is a serious health concern. I hope the salon improves its sanitation practices and follows proper hygiene standards. My friend goes here for nails so I was excited to get my nails done here but I left a little disappointed . I walked in for a mani and pedi and removal for Gel-X. The pedicure I received was good and I didn't have any problems. When it came to my manicure, I asked for normal gel and for my old set to be removed. She said no because the removal would make my nails thin which is understandable so I told her just regular gel french tip. I used to come to this salon regularly for a nail tech named Tin, who was incredible. I saw him at least 5 times, and he was truly the best nail tech I've ever had. This review is not a reflection of him. Unfortunately, I no longer see him working here, and I can only hope he's moved on to a better place. I continued going after Tin left, and every single visit without him, something went wrong. The staff clearly does not understand how to do dip powder without gel on top. On one visit, I asked for a pink and white French tip with dip powder, and instead they used clear dip powder and painted the French tip with gel, completely ignoring my request. Today was the worst experience I've had. I came in for a classic manicure with normal lacquer polish. I had extremely long, natural nails that took months to grow. I clearly told the nail tech that I wanted to keep my natural nails, just make them shorter. Without checking length or asking for confirmation, he took out nail clippers and cut my nails all the way down to the skin. At that point, the damage was already done. I was disappointed but didn't complain in the moment because there was nothing that could fix it, and I didn't want extensions. The rest of the manicure was just as bad--each nail ended up a different length, and it looked sloppy and rushed. He then applied five thick coats of regular lacquer polish, one right after another. He was about to send me home until I pointed out that the polish was obviously not dry. Only then did he bring out a fan. Unsurprisingly, the polish never dried, which is exactly what happens when you apply that many thick coats. I asked for everything to be removed, went home with bare nails, and they still charged me for the service. In the photo, you can see the uneven nail lengths--I did the polish myself afterward, and it looks better than what I received at the salon. The saddest part is that I can't get back the natural nails I spent months growing. This salon lacks skill, attention to detail, and respect for client instructions. read more

My daughter asked for a regular pedicure, I also requested regular pedicure for her which costs $25. . The nail tech preceded to provide a $50 pedicure service without my consent . By the time I noticed what was happening, I asked the nail tech what service she was providing, She pointed to the most expensive one. I corrected her and told her we wanted the classic one. Why would a 12 year old require a jelly pedicure service? The nail tech went on to say my daughter pointed to that service but my daughter stated "no I wanted the regular pedicure". This was my daughter's first pedicure so she was unaware as to what was extra. I talked to someone in charge and they said they could only discount it to $35 due to the "misunderstanding". I was extremely frustrated because I'm a loyal customer and i felt taken advantage of. If it really was a misunderstanding, they should've honored the price that was requested and counted the loss. I understand that a misunderstanding is actually possible, but that is where you should honor your customer and correct your mistake, not have the customer pay for their workers' mistakes. I went in just for a pedicure. Everything was going great until she start cutting down the sides of my big toenail, and she kept pulling until I was bleeding quite a bit. She then told me that it was because I "had an ingrown toenail", but she never even asked let alone I'm not sure nail salons are in the practice to do that. She then put nail glue in the cut area to put it back together because it was bleeding too much. They booked me for 6:30, so 30 before they close but they absolutely rushed to get my toes done, a bunch of people closing around me while I was still in my service and it was very uncomfortable, making me feel like a burden because of the appointment time they confirmed. I used to visit another nail salon but found this close to my chiropractor. The salon has a grand style to it (although you can tell some of the furniture is starting to show its age). The customer service from Winter was amazing. She was dedicated, patient, and went the extra mile to take care of me. The prices are cheaper than the place I used to visit and you get a refreshing drink (spiked or non spiked- your choice). I had the iced Vietnamese coffee . Now I've been coming here for years. I've reviewed this place multiple times, but this past time when I went in 12/21/25 was a very disappointing experience. I went previously in November to get my thanksgiving nails and all I get is my nails painted. Nothing else, and I paid 50 now even just for that was a little much but whatever they always take good care of me so I didn't mind. This time I went back to have my Christmas nails done since I got a bonus from work and they wanted to charge me 80 for a design. No acrylic just my natural nails, now considering the fact I had just went a month before hand and the price was significantly cheaper I was shocked at what this girl was telling me. 80 just to get my damn nails paint plus 50 for my toes charged me extra for a damn French tip. I'm not paying 150 dollars when I'm not even getting acrylic are you kidding? So me and the lady met in the middle and she told me she would charge me 50 but she couldn't do the exact design she would have to tweak it down. So I agreed and boy should I have just walked out. They don't even look close to my reference pic or even cute at all, the chrome nails look so unfinished and don't even have the small gems it shows in my reference pic because I guess they ran out of that size. And the gem they put on my bow nail design is huge! It looks so stupid and I hate looking at it. I also requested for PINK GLITTER TOES WITH FRENCH TIP and the guy gave me a pink base with GREEN AND ORANGE GLITTER. I don't know if he was color blind or just didn't care. 110 dollar total and I hated everything about it.
