My friend goes here for nails so I was excited to get my nails done here but I left a little disappointed . I walked in for a mani and pedi and removal for Gel-X. The pedicure I received was good and I didn't have any problems. When it came to my manicure, I asked for normal gel and for my old set to be removed. I showed her a picture of an inspo I had and asked if it was possible to be done on my natural nail. She said no because the removal would make my nails thin which is understandable so I told her just regular gel french tip. Instead the lady cut my nails too short and when I told her I didn't want gel-x she said my nails were already too short for regular gel so I was forced to get gel-x. I didn't want to leave empty handed because I came to get my nails done. While doing my nails she cut me twice, and made the pink way too bright and neon even though we agreed on a dark pink. I paid 135 and was a little taken back by the price. I did still leave a $20 tip but overall I don't think I will be going back.

Same weekend they were applied. Do not get service done.It was in within the 7 days too. They just do not want to accept the fact they did a terrible job for $110. Especially with quin!!!!!!!!!!!!

No response after I was told over the phone to send pictures and description so they can get back to me.

I went in for something very simple. Just a gel pedicure and clear gel manicure. I have never been so disappointed by a service before. I have one injured nail, it's on my pinky. A new nail is growing underneath. I told who was doing my manicure to leave it alone and she proceeded to cut the old nail off. This caused me so much pain. I repeated for her to just leave it alone as it is still healing and I don't want to risk infection and she continued to chip away at it. This caused me so much discomfort for the next few days. Causing it to bleed at work. The clear gel manicure over all looked horrible. Nails were cut and filed differently and she only did what seemed like one coat and the top coat. She then just DOUSED my hands in oil. And left them like that? I am so confused. The pedicure was OK however I just wasnt feeling the most relaxed. They keep chipping away at an insane amount of skin around the nail. Then she said I cut my own nails too short, but they look okay to me. And I still have enough nails even on my pinky for the gel to show. I don't understand the commentary. I reached out, followed the instructions to send pics through text and haven't hear back since. When someone comes in saying to leave a finger alone, I think it's important to listen. This should have been very easy and simple. Just something to make me feel put together as my nail is still healing. I couldn't even relax in my chair. All of this for 75 dollars. Not worth it, especially when given the opportunity to correct this or talk outside of a review. Lack of accountability. After an experience like this, now I know to expect way less from this business. Goes to show a lot about how your business is ran. Money hungry and quality is low.

I appreciate that the salon reached out after my initial review, but unfortunately their response did not address all issues I experienced. They questioned details I had already explained, including which technician worked on me. After providing all of that, the only resolution offered was to repaint the toe where the polish was visibly missing. That offer doesn't fix the larger concerns I raised: I paid for a $50 pedicure that was a full upgraded service. Instead, I received a basic pedicure with poor gel application, missing steps. Being asked to come back just for a polish touch-up would inconvenience me even more after an already incomplete experience. I stand by my original review. I did not receive the service I paid for, and the proposed resolution did not address the quality or customer care concerns I reported.

Came here to do my nails. I asked for acrylic almond French tips . When they called me, I asked the guy what I wanted, he said I'll do gel x, it lasts longer. lol so I let him do it, I asked for a mimosa, never got it, he finished my nails in like 20 min. $85 dollars later, my French tips were all crooked. Wouldn't go back.

I'm extremely disappointed with our experience. My daughter and I went in together, and when we met back at the front desk, I immediately noticed her nails were crooked and bulky. The shape was uneven and clearly not symmetrical. I calmly brought it to the receptionist's attention, who then called over the manager. I explained the issue and showed him exactly where the nails were crooked and thick. By this point, I was becoming uncomfortable because people in the salon were staring, and what should have been a simple correction turned into an embarrassing situation. The manager said the nail tech could fix them, but his tone was dismissive and unpleasant, which made my daughter feel embarrassed. When the nail technician came up, she questioned the issue again and began making excuses -- saying it was due to three layers of polish and that she didn't see them as crooked. Instead of acknowledging the problem, they were focused on defending the work. At that point, I told them not to fix it because if they genuinely couldn't see the issue, I didn't trust the correction would be done properly. What upset me even more was that no discount, partial refund, or apology was offered despite the obvious poor quality and the uncomfortable experience we were put through. We paid full price and left feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and unheard. I will not be returning.

I'm honestly obsessed with my nails!! They came out sooo cute, exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail is amazing and you can tell they really care about their work. The service is always the best everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. They take their time to make sure everything is perfect, which I really appreciate. On top of that, the salon itself is super clean and well kept, which makes the whole experience even better. You can tell they prioritize hygiene and professionalism. Overall, I always leave happy and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!!

I came here for a gel x set and while the nails themselves came out really nice -- the design is clean and exactly what I asked for -- I can't help but feel the price was steep. $105 for medium gel x felt overpriced compared to other places I've been. Service was quick, which I appreciated, but the overall experience could have been better. At another salon I visited in Houston, the receptionist greeted every guest warmly and made sure to offer drinks, which added a thoughtful and welcoming touch. Here, I didn't notice that same level of attentiveness or hospitality, and it made a difference in how the visit felt. If you're looking for fast service and quality design, this place delivers. But if you value the extra touches and a more inviting atmosphere for the price point, there are definitely salons out there that do it better. By the way they don't give you an estimate of price. So make sure to ask before. And for kids if you wouldn't want gel on them make sure to ask for regular polish.

I could not be more amazed and impressed as a customer by this place. The vibes are great. The customer service was beyond. They offered free water while I sat and got my pedicure done. I used to come to this salon regularly for a nail tech named Tin, who was incredible. I saw him at least 5 times, and he was truly the best nail tech I've ever had. This review is not a reflection of him. Unfortunately, I no longer see him working here, and I can only hope he's moved on to a better place. I continued going after Tin left, and every single visit without him, something went wrong. The staff clearly does not understand how to do dip powder without gel on top. On one visit, I asked for a pink and white French tip with dip powder, and instead they used clear dip powder and painted the French tip with gel, completely ignoring my request. Today was the worst experience I've had. I came in for a classic manicure with normal lacquer polish. I had extremely long, natural nails that took months to grow. I clearly told the nail tech that I wanted to keep my natural nails, just make them shorter. Without checking length or asking for confirmation, he took out nail clippers and cut my nails all the way down to the skin. At that point, the damage was already done. I was disappointed but didn't complain in the moment because there was nothing that could fix it, and I didn't want extensions. The rest of the manicure was just as bad--each nail ended up a different length, and it looked sloppy and rushed. He then applied five thick coats of regular lacquer polish, one right after another. He was about to send me home until I pointed out that the polish was obviously not dry. Only then did he bring out a fan. Unsurprisingly, the polish never dried, which is exactly what happens when you apply that many thick coats. I asked for everything to be removed, went home with bare nails, and they still charged me for the service. In the photo, you can see the uneven nail lengths--I did the polish myself afterward, and it looks better than what I received at the salon. The saddest part is that I can't get back the natural nails I spent months growing. This salon lacks skill, attention to detail, and respect for client instructions. read more

This place is awesome! I have been coming to this location for a couple years now, and each time I am so happy with the service. Everyone is so sweet and lovely, making it a great time throughout the whole experience. Kat and Ann are my go to people here. Kat is amazing with gel x extensions, designs are always on point and super fun to talk to. Ann is a miracle worker with pedicures, efficient and quick and so so sweet. Came in right at opening on a Sunday for a manicure and pedicure and was greeted nicely in the front. But sadly didn't have the best experience. I think Mimi was my pedicure lady and it felt very rushed. I think she had an appointment after me and took me before her scheduled appointment which was why she rushed. She cut my toe also. My service was for 40 mins and I was here no more than 25. My manicure was ok also done very quickly. 2 stars because I am semi happy with results but didn't have the best experience. I had an appointment to get my lashes done by Mary, I get there on time, 15 minutes later the front girl at the desk asks me if I need anything else, I said no cause I was just there to get my lashes done so 20 minutes passed by so I asked when is Mary going to do my lashes and the front girl says ( I asked if you needed anything else, so I responded with that's why I answered no cause all need was my lashes done) she went to check she comes back and says I had to wait 10 more minutes. I heard a she had a walk in to do her nails . It's my first time coming here and I really like the work of the technicians. They did an amazing job on my nails and my pedicure. I believe that there's a lot of improvement that can be made starting from when entering the receptionist can be a little bit more friendly I believe you're supposed to be offered a drink with your service. I seen many customers never receive or offered anything. The place definitely needs a deep cleaning whether it is someone walking around picking up , whatever cups are left , sweeping the floors, picking up towels cleaning out the nail section emptying out the overflowing . I believe the aesthetic of this place is giving an experience of luxury, but it's very lackluster when you walk in and it's a mess everywhere. I would definitely come back just because of the nail tech but not because I feel im in a luxury nail spa. read more

The nail techs are rude when you try tell them they hurt you or how you want your nails. They also weren't friendly when I tried telling them how I want my nails. Had to tell them how to do my pedicure. They cut me and overall it was not worth the $100+ These were supposed to be my birthday nails. I am so upset. read more

I used to visit another nail salon but found this close to my chiropractor. The salon has a grand style to it (although you can tell some of the furniture is starting to show its age). The customer service from Winter was amazing. She was dedicated, patient, and went the extra mile to take care of me. The prices are cheaper than the place I used to visit and you get a refreshing drink (spiked or non spiked- your choice). I had the iced Vietnamese coffee . The front desk staff could be a bit friendlier. Not bad or terrible, but smiles never hurt anyone. I will definitely come back here for my next pedicure. This is my new spot for pedicures. read more

Don't bother making an appointment here. I've been coming for months. They either book you with the wrong person or on the persons day off or have you wait 1-2 hours when you have an appointment. I'm currently on 2 hours waiting to get my wedding nails done and I don't want to see a new person because they are my wedding nails. The manager here never seems to care about the clients. Now I've been coming here for years. I've reviewed this place multiple times, but this past time when I went in 12/21/25 was a very disappointing experience. I went previously in November to get my thanksgiving nails and all I get is my nails painted. Nothing else, and I paid 50 now even just for that was a little much but whatever they always take good care of me so I didn't mind. This time I went back to have my Christmas nails done since I got a bonus from work and they wanted to charge me 80 for a design. No acrylic just my natural nails, now considering the fact I had just went a month before hand and the price was significantly cheaper I was shocked at what this girl was telling me. 80 just to get my damn nails paint plus 50 for my toes charged me extra for a damn French tip. I'm not paying 150 dollars when I'm not even getting acrylic are you kidding? So me and the lady met in the middle and she told me she would charge me 50 but she couldn't do the exact design she would have to tweak it down. So I agreed and boy should I have just walked out. They don't even look close to my reference pic or even cute at all, the chrome nails look so unfinished and don't even have the small gems it shows in my reference pic because I guess they ran out of that size. And the gem they put on my bow nail design is huge! It looks so stupid and I hate looking at it. I also requested for PINK GLITTER TOES WITH FRENCH TIP and the guy gave me a pink base with GREEN AND ORANGE GLITTER. I don't know if he was color blind or just didn't care. 110 dollar total and I hated everything about it. I wish I would've said something to the manager instead of just getting uncomfortable and mad and paying and leaving. Hopefully someone can see this and fix this disaster. read more

I had a very bad experience, the person that did my pedicure filed my callus too rough and cut my toe. It's been 9 days since this happened and my toe hasn't healed even though I've been treating it with hydrogen peroxide and antibiotic. I wanted to try a new place to get my feet done and possibly a manicure. It was around 11am on a Tuesday. I walked in and there was no waiting. I was seated within 3 minutes of walking in. The water was warm, the seat was comfy and I thought I had found a good new spot for my nail needs, but no, that's not case. The nail tech removed my old polish, clipped my nails, sort of trimmed my cuticles and as she was getting the sides, she cut me! She sprayed something on it and continued. After the polish was on, she put some sort of oil that tingled on my skin. The entire thing was done in less than 20 minutes which was fine by me because I had somewhere to be, but the next day, the cut was infected!! I had to heal it quick! Not going back nor do I recommend this place to anyone! This place gets 2 thumbs down from me read more

5 stars A beautiful salon with a welcoming vibe and really kind staff! They even offered me coffee and water, which was such a nice touch. I got my acrylic nails done last minute by Kat, and she absolutely nailed it (pun intended)! I was a little nervous going in because I wanted something simple yet abstract--but Kat completely understood the assignment. The design came out so pretty and exactly what I envisioned. I had a great experience at Downy Nails and Lashes. It was my first time here! The salon was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They offered complimentary drinks and also gave out a Christmas. They took their time and didn't rush. I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this salon. My niece needed her prom nails done and I researched and found this place and also found Sam! She was so attentive and very communicative. She offered us suggestions and patiently worked with us as we trialed a few colors to get the perfect shade for my niece. Overall, everyone in the nail studio was nice and Sam impressed us enough to come back for seconds! She proceeded to map my brows and immediately started threading without giving me a mirror and asking me for approval of the shape . So I had to stop her and ask if I could see before she continues threading and by then it was already too late .. all the hair that I'd been attempting to grow back was gone and my brow was back to looking thinner than my natural shape . I began to tell to just stop I don't want the service anymore . Lord knows how long it will take to grow back my brows it's been about 6 months since I started the growing process . By brows are naturally super thick and I wish she was more trained to know that u do not remove any hair before asking the client if they are satisfied with the shape first ! If there was a rating less than 1 star I would give them that . Super upset and she didn't even offer a discount for my lip wax .

While sitting in the chair, I started feeling itchy. At first, I thought it was nothing, but then my foot (which was in a sandal) and hand started itching too. When I looked closer, I noticed bumps forming. The salon looked clean, so I was confused about what caused the reaction. During threading, my hair kept getting caught and pulled several times because it wasn't tied up, and the threader eventually asked me to hold it. Afterward, she gave me extra aloe vera and ice, saying my skin was "sensitive." I didn't take the ice because I had to drive, but once I got home, I saw how bad my neck looked. I've never had this kind of reaction before from threading anywhere else. It's been a day, and even after applying aloe vera and ice at home, my skin is still irritated and covered in bumps. I'm not sure what happened, but this was not a good experience and left me really uncomfortable. I actually cried on my way home due to how bad it was originally.

It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.

I recently visited the salon and found the overall vibe to be nice and cute, and I appreciated the complimentary drinks offered. However, there were several issues that detracted from the experience. I had booked an appointment online with Peter, but when I arrived, the two young ladies at the front seemed disorganized. One instructed me to sit and wait for Peter, while the other discreetly suggested calling another client before attending to me, despite the fact that I had an appointment. This confusion was frustrating, especially since I usually have no issues with the other two young ladies who work in the mornings; they are always professional and provide excellent customer service. While waiting for my pedicure, the male staff member at the front repeatedly offered me drinks, which felt unnecessary, especially since I'm pregnant. After declining, he informed me that Peter wouldn't be able to do my nails as scheduled, which was disappointing given my prior booking. I had encountered a similar problem during my last visit when I had to wait past my appointment time. I even requested a different technician to avoid additional delays, but my concerns were ignored by both the male staff member and the young lady at the front. To make matters worse, I ended up waiting for nearly 45 minutes, despite being told it would only be five. Additionally, when it came time to pay, there seemed to be a discrepancy in pricing--I was charged $30 for a classic pedicure instead of the advertised $25. On a positive note, the owner is very nice and attentive when she is present, as are the two young ladies who typically work the morning shift. Unfortunately, the inconsistent service from the other staff members led to a less enjoyable experience overall. I was disappointed with my visit here and felt the service did not meet basic expectations. When I first arrived, I was seated in a massage chair that wasn't working. When I asked about it, the pedicure employee dismissed my concern with "it doesn't matter." Only after I insisted was I moved to a functioning chair. I had requested the Lavender Infused Pedicure, but the technician (Nicki) repeatedly tried to upsell me to the Jelly Pedicure and other options despite my polite refusals. This made the experience feel pushy rather than relaxing. Since the polish colors available weren't what I wanted, I opted out of nail polish. To my surprise, the pedicure was cut short lasting only about 15 minutes with no trimming, filing, or cuticle care included. Yet, I was still charged the full regular price. I ended up going to another salon right after to get a proper pedicure, which included everything that should have been done in the first place. Unfortunately, I left here feeling like I paid for an incomplete service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements. read more
