My friend goes here for nails so I was excited to get my nails done here but I left a little disappointed . I walked in for a mani and pedi and removal for Gel-X. The pedicure I received was good and I didn't have any problems. When it came to my manicure, I asked for normal gel and for my old set to be removed. I showed her a picture of an inspo I had and asked if it was possible to be done on my natural nail. She said no because the removal would make my nails thin which is understandable so I told her just regular gel french tip. Instead the lady cut my nails too short and when I told her I didn't want gel-x she said my nails were already too short for regular gel so I was forced to get gel-x. I didn't want to leave empty handed because I came to get my nails done. While doing my nails she cut me twice, and made the pink way too bright and neon even though we agreed on a dark pink. I paid 135 and was a little taken back by the price. I did still leave a $20 tip but overall I don't think I will be going back.

Same weekend they were applied. Do not get service done.It was in within the 7 days too. They just do not want to accept the fact they did a terrible job for $110. Especially with quin!!!!!!!!!!!!

No response after I was told over the phone to send pictures and description so they can get back to me.

I went in for something very simple. Just a gel pedicure and clear gel manicure. I have never been so disappointed by a service before. I have one injured nail, it's on my pinky. A new nail is growing underneath. I told who was doing my manicure to leave it alone and she proceeded to cut the old nail off. This caused me so much pain. I repeated for her to just leave it alone as it is still healing and I don't want to risk infection and she continued to chip away at it. This caused me so much discomfort for the next few days. Causing it to bleed at work. The clear gel manicure over all looked horrible. Nails were cut and filed differently and she only did what seemed like one coat and the top coat. She then just DOUSED my hands in oil. And left them like that? I am so confused. The pedicure was OK however I just wasnt feeling the most relaxed. They keep chipping away at an insane amount of skin around the nail. Then she said I cut my own nails too short, but they look okay to me. And I still have enough nails even on my pinky for the gel to show. I don't understand the commentary. I reached out, followed the instructions to send pics through text and haven't hear back since. When someone comes in saying to leave a finger alone, I think it's important to listen. This should have been very easy and simple. Just something to make me feel put together as my nail is still healing. I couldn't even relax in my chair. All of this for 75 dollars. Not worth it, especially when given the opportunity to correct this or talk outside of a review. Lack of accountability. After an experience like this, now I know to expect way less from this business. Goes to show a lot about how your business is ran. Money hungry and quality is low.

I appreciate that the salon reached out after my initial review, but unfortunately their response did not address all issues I experienced. They questioned details I had already explained, including which technician worked on me. After providing all of that, the only resolution offered was to repaint the toe where the polish was visibly missing. That offer doesn't fix the larger concerns I raised: I paid for a $50 pedicure that was a full upgraded service. Instead, I received a basic pedicure with poor gel application, missing steps. Being asked to come back just for a polish touch-up would inconvenience me even more after an already incomplete experience. I stand by my original review. I did not receive the service I paid for, and the proposed resolution did not address the quality or customer care concerns I reported.

Came here to do my nails. I asked for acrylic almond French tips . When they called me, I asked the guy what I wanted, he said I'll do gel x, it lasts longer. lol so I let him do it, I asked for a mimosa, never got it, he finished my nails in like 20 min. $85 dollars later, my French tips were all crooked. Wouldn't go back.

I'm extremely disappointed with our experience. My daughter and I went in together, and when we met back at the front desk, I immediately noticed her nails were crooked and bulky. The shape was uneven and clearly not symmetrical. I calmly brought it to the receptionist's attention, who then called over the manager. I explained the issue and showed him exactly where the nails were crooked and thick. By this point, I was becoming uncomfortable because people in the salon were staring, and what should have been a simple correction turned into an embarrassing situation. The manager said the nail tech could fix them, but his tone was dismissive and unpleasant, which made my daughter feel embarrassed. When the nail technician came up, she questioned the issue again and began making excuses -- saying it was due to three layers of polish and that she didn't see them as crooked. Instead of acknowledging the problem, they were focused on defending the work. At that point, I told them not to fix it because if they genuinely couldn't see the issue, I didn't trust the correction would be done properly. What upset me even more was that no discount, partial refund, or apology was offered despite the obvious poor quality and the uncomfortable experience we were put through. We paid full price and left feeling frustrated, embarrassed, and unheard. I will not be returning.

I'm honestly obsessed with my nails!! They came out sooo cute, exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail is amazing and you can tell they really care about their work. The service is always the best everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable the entire time. They take their time to make sure everything is perfect, which I really appreciate. On top of that, the salon itself is super clean and well kept, which makes the whole experience even better. You can tell they prioritize hygiene and professionalism. Overall, I always leave happy and will definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!!

I came here for a gel x set and while the nails themselves came out really nice -- the design is clean and exactly what I asked for -- I can't help but feel the price was steep. $105 for medium gel x felt overpriced compared to other places I've been. Service was quick, which I appreciated, but the overall experience could have been better. At another salon I visited in Houston, the receptionist greeted every guest warmly and made sure to offer drinks, which added a thoughtful and welcoming touch. Here, I didn't notice that same level of attentiveness or hospitality, and it made a difference in how the visit felt. If you're looking for fast service and quality design, this place delivers. But if you value the extra touches and a more inviting atmosphere for the price point, there are definitely salons out there that do it better. By the way they don't give you an estimate of price. So make sure to ask before. And for kids if you wouldn't want gel on them make sure to ask for regular polish.

Walked in for a man pedi, there was one girl ahead of me and one who had a appointment with a specific person... i sat for 5 mins & 2 other woman came in also as walk ins and were taken before me because they only were getting one thing done? After waiting 20 mins I was sat down to do my pedi and the water was cold, the person who did my nails did good but took them about a hour and a half to just do my pedi which was only gel nothing crazy and I originally wanted French but I was over the entire wait etc. They never had someone come and do my mani and when they finally tried to get someone I was already there for almost 2 hours so I told them nvm because it was already not the best experience. Very clean place though, friendly staff , lots of staff but it is a little hectic. Also parking is very limited infront so you will more than likely have to park behind the building. read more

When doing a pedicure they normally have you pick which service you would like, my daughter has never gotten a pedicure before, and asked for the regular service, no scrub, no gel, nothing extra, just to clean up and paint. The lady doing her pedicure asked which service she wanted , my daughter said regular. The to say OK and, age the most expensive service even thought she didn't ask for it. I ended up having too pay full price ($50), again even thought she never asks for the most expensive service. VERY FRUSTRATING read more

I had a really good experience here today compared to the last time I was here. Cindy was so sweet and attentive. She did a beautiful job with my nails. My only complaint is that when I got seated I asked another lady (I think the owner) how much it would cost to do my inspo picture and she told me $100. When I went to check out they charged me $111. I didn't say anything because if that is how much the work and service cost then I won't argue the price however I just wish they would honor the price they quote especially since I'm already spending a lot. *$111 was for manicure only I did not get toes done* this was not Cindy's fault and I will still go back again to her. read more

I normally don't ever leave a bad review, but the service was poor. The pedicure was done in 15 minutes, no cuticle cleaning no massage. It was a nail Clip and a rinse. The polish finish was sloppy. I did bring it up to her attention and she didn't seem to care. Management was not thorough full to excuse the shop for a bad service. Don't get fooled by the courtesy drink no one offer us anything and it's very loud. If you are looking for experience and a quiet relaxing place this is definitely not the place to go. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Sorry :( hope you can improve. read more

This is my second time going into this shop. While the service was good I will say that I am very frustrated 3 days after going. I received a gel pedi and a gel mani, while my pedi was great my gel mani was a waste of money! The very next day it started to peel I was so shocked! I pay more for gel to make it last not for it to start peeling the very next day. It's day 3 and I am upset over how fast they began to peel. I highly recommend this place . It's such a vibe with beautiful aesthetics. I will most certainly return. It's clean from the floors to the furniture. I love the cute bar waiting area. I feel like the prices are reasonable. I did the classic pedi with gel polish and full set simi long with French tip$130 total. My nail tech made a mistake on my nails but he made up for it. I had a complimentary ice coffee which was delicious. I felt bad cause I don't have cash today for tip only my card and I don't like leaving the tip on my card. Everyone is really nice here. I found my new favorite nail spot. Only con is I think the booking site can be better when I booked through there they don't give you the option to choose any available staff so the person who I picked was not coming in today which was an issue for me but it would make things easier if you just had the option to pick any available staff read more

The place is super nice inside which made me super excited to try this location for the first time. But I was super disappointed in the service. I've been getting gel builder for a little over a year now and I have never had the gel burn that bad. To the point where I was getting teary eyed and pulling out my hand a shaking it from the pain. I couldn't even last a few seconds inside the machine to cure. And the pain continued through out the service, I couldn't even relax and enjoy it. This was really weird because I've had gel builder applied many times and I've never had to deal with that much pain. Before the application I had brought it up to the technician that I felt she had thinned out my nails too much while removing the previous gel. The grit on her tool was thick and she had it at a high speed. She applied a lot of pressure down when removing. I'm one to always care for the quality of my nails and before she applied it, I did a check and my nails were flimsy and bendable. Which I've never had before. She claimed my nails were just thin but I came in with strong super long natural nails and came out with thin and short throbbing nails. I can't even scratch because my nails are so thin and raw. My nail beds physically hurt and are throbbing. I've gotten many gel builder applications and fills, and I have never had this terrible of an experience. I will definitely not be coming back. read more

"Somebody pinch me, I must be dreaming." are my exact thoughts after leaving this nail salon. Seriously they are the best around! From the way they greet you at the door, to their patience when waiting for you to choose your musings, all the way to their hospitality with serving our complimentary mimosas. Simply put, I felt like royalty after coming here for my first time. Tom took such great care of me and nearly tore up the nail shop looking for a specific orange color I needed to have for my Mexico trip. I recently visited the salon and found the overall vibe to be nice and cute, and I appreciated the complimentary drinks offered. However, there were several issues that detracted from the experience. I had booked an appointment online with Peter, but when I arrived, the two young ladies at the front seemed disorganized. One instructed me to sit and wait for Peter, while the other discreetly suggested calling another client before attending to me, despite the fact that I had an appointment. This confusion was frustrating, especially since I usually have no issues with the other two young ladies who work in the mornings; they are always professional and provide excellent customer service. While waiting for my pedicure, the male staff member at the front repeatedly offered me drinks, which felt unnecessary, especially since I'm pregnant. After declining, he informed me that Peter wouldn't be able to do my nails as scheduled, which was disappointing given my prior booking. I had encountered a similar problem during my last visit when I had to wait past my appointment time. I even requested a different technician to avoid additional delays, but my concerns were ignored by both the male staff member and the young lady at the front. To make matters worse, I ended up waiting for nearly 45 minutes, despite being told it would only be five. Additionally, when it came time to pay, there seemed to be a discrepancy in pricing--I was charged $30 for a classic pedicure instead of the advertised $25. On a positive note, the owner is very nice and attentive when she is present, as are the two young ladies who typically work the morning shift. Unfortunately, the inconsistent service from the other staff members led to a less enjoyable experience overall. I hope to see improvements moving forward, as I have loved this salon in the past. read more

I was disappointed with my visit here and felt the service did not meet basic expectations. When I first arrived, I was seated in a massage chair that wasn't working. When I asked about it, the pedicure employee dismissed my concern with "it doesn't matter." Only after I insisted was I moved to a functioning chair. I had requested the Lavender Infused Pedicure, but the technician (Nicki) repeatedly tried to upsell me to the Jelly Pedicure and other options despite my polite refusals. This made the experience feel pushy rather than relaxing. Since the polish colors available weren't what I wanted, I opted out of nail polish. To my surprise, the pedicure was cut short lasting only about 15 minutes with no trimming, filing, or cuticle care included. Yet, I was still charged the full regular price. I ended up going to another salon right after to get a proper pedicure, which included everything that should have been done in the first place. Unfortunately, I left here feeling like I paid for an incomplete service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements. read more

The nail polish quality was really good and you can tell they care about their work because my nails came out clean, smooth, and beautiful. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, which made the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable.
