Also had them replace the wood trim around the top of this zero clearance fireplace. It took about two weeks for the fabrication of the new stainless steel chase cover. This wasn't an easy install, 28' up on a 8/12 pitched roof. David, the project manager showed up with two workers and got the job done in about five hours. They did a great job, removed old chase and wood trim around the top, installed new chase, wood trim and painted all new material to match existing house color. I had three other chimney companies come out and give bids, none really seemed interested in doing this job, all were looking for masonry work or a bigger project. I would use this company again for any type of chimney repair work.

However, I decided to text a picture and ask if he repaired this type. Of course he does!! We scheduled appt. in the same week. The problem with ours was the pilot kept going off & on for several months then completely went off. Asher immediately found the problem. I think it took more time to unscrew the face plate. There was a loose wire causing all these problems. Asher explained why this happens. He only charged me for the service fee. Asher is honest & professional. I do not have a chimney . took weeks to get new fan/blower they finally came very much in a hurry the installer. never told me how to turn off fireplace. very hard to get a hold of company. had another company come and check my fireplace (Glowing Hearth and Home) excellent company. told me they installed the wrong blower hence why it sounded like a car running! new company was awesome they cleaned gave me a remote and blower for only 500+$. again do not use Chimcare!!! owner is very rude and told me they did correct . would not refund my money of 572$.
