Located on the 2nd floor in the Fashion Show Mall in Vegas. This was on our things to do list in Vegas. We had experience this before while vacationing in Punta Cana last year. So, what the heck we decide to do it again. When you check in on Yelp you get a discount. Nice clean space and decorated nicely. I deducted a star off because one of the young ladies. She had a funny acting attitude, and I don't deal with that kind of behavior. My thing is if you don't like people get a job that doesn't deal with customers. The fact that she was standing outside the business doors with an unpleasant face. The other young lady was very nice and explained the process to us and was very attentive. Yes, I made sure to ask how they clean the water after each customer. The information was very informative. Fish pedicure is definitely a fun thing to do. It will leave your feet feeling soft and so smooth.

Let me start by saying the customer service was superb. The agent was knowledgeable and very accommodating. However I will say this is not for me as I'm ticklish the fish nibbling on the dead skin was a lot for me. It did not hurt. I will say that my skin felt smoother afterwards and I only did a 10 minute session. I like the vibe in the spa as it is soothing and inviting.

Had to go to the Fashion Show mall yesterday to do some returns. My mom and I stopped by Dr Fish Spa. I've had this done before but it was her first time. The shop was very clean and the lady running the shop was so polite and made sure my mom was okay while we were there which I really appreciated. If you have not tried this before you should. Yelp gives you $15.00 off of you check-in. It feels like the fish are kissing your feet. The fish don't have teeth. Next time I will do it for 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes. My feet are so soft. Thank you little fishes!! I also heard Shaq goes in there all the time. I'm trying to meet Shaq so I will definitely be back.

This experience is not something i would have thought i would ever do but i was on vacation and my feet we're actually hurting from the shoes i was wearing. I was with 4 other people and we all decided to do this together which made the experience better. we did the 15 min plus the iconic detox. if you are easily ticklish this might be a lot for you. My experience at first it's very ticklish but you get used to it after a couple of minutes. I would do this again.

It was worth an experience. Staff is friendly. Not very clean to me as they don't replace the water after each person. Which I get as that can be exhausting. But still, gross. They spritz water on your feet then wipe prior to putting your feet in. My opinion does not make any difference. The cost of it is way overpriced of $65 for 30 minutes. Thankfully, Yelp has a $15 off of a 30 min service. Still very overpriced. The experience was cool. It tickled at first but got used to it. I will not go here again based on the price and way they "clean" your feet prior to. Getting a pedicure was cheaper than this. But again... its the experience.

I'd been wanting to try a fish pedicure but my friends weren't interested. I stopped in on my last day in Vegas. I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee. She was able to get my pedicure started pretty quickly and was great about making me feel pampered, engaging in conversation and taking great care of me. The location is very clean and has a calming, vacation-like vibe. The water was cool, which was soothing during the high temperatures. It just felt like a massage. It wasn't weird or creepy at all. My feet were very soft afterwards. It was a nice 15 minutes of relaxation. I'd do it again.

At first I was skeptical about tbis knowing our oandemic world and such but I was wrong. The location is very beachy amd cleam. Each spa station was well kept, cleaned a d sanitized. They make sure the water a d fish is cleaned a d gas a cleanung filter ststem that cleans every 5 mins. The experience was fun and ticklish for sure. The fish really did a great job cleaning my feet. My friend and I came in for some self care and decided we absolutely had to try the fish and the ionic detox. From the minute we walked in we were warmly greeted and welcomed in. No appointment is necessary and we just walked in. If you are in Vegas this is a must! Their service is amazing and Kim and Tre' are the best. Very professional and very attentive to your needs and explained the whole process along the way. By the way Tre' gives THE best foot massage ever and that's saying alot because I am always getting pedicures. Give your feet an orgasm! They're thank you for it!

Had to support this black owned business! I'd head of these fish spas but there aren't any near me so I was pleasantly surprised to run across one in Vegas. These service was amazing and it's very affordable. Everyone seems to love their job. The experience was interesting. The tiny little fish immediately come over and start kissing your feet. It feels like your feet are in a champagne bubbly bath. I'd love to go again next time I'm in Vegas.

My mom purchased a Groupon for two which included a 30 min fish experience and 30 min ionic foot detox which was a great deal! Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and attentive. Being that it was our first time she did a great job of explaining the process and what our experience would entail. The fish treatment was fun! Tickled at first but then once I was used to it I felt like I was soaking in little tiny bubbles. It was enjoyable and different for sure. The ionic foot detox was ok. Not much to it. The reason for only 3 stars is first the seats you sit in for fish treatment are very uncomfortable. There's no back to it nor is there any arm rests so you tend to slouch. Second, the music playing was more like going to a club then to a spa. It was good music but way to loud and not relaxing at all. That with the glowing flashing lights really did not make it relaxing at all. read more

I purchased a groupon deal for a couple and on the requirements, says that would have to make an appointment. The guy there said that would only need to call at least 30 minutes in advance. Well, called at least an hour in advance and the woman put me on hold for a long period of time. In background hearing laughing, jokes being told and was hung up on. I called back and was told that they don't accept groupon on the weekends but never stated that when I purchased. She said its suppose to. She also told me if I wanted to use the deal, would have to come back on sunday. I asked is sunday not a weekend? If there is a way to give negative stars on professionalism, I would. Hope shes not management or a franchisee. Its guaranteed money. I did get a refund back from groupon and will contact corporate about this. read more

I used a Groupon for the 30 minute fish and 30 minute detox, it was worth it. At first the fish sucking at your feet tickles and feels funny. After a few minutes I got used to it. The detox was relaxing. My clear water turned to rust water, which was good. Had a very pleasant experience. I would recommend the Groupon and experiencing the fish spa. read more

Me and my husband had a wonderful experience here. Eva was so informative ,helpful and kind. In the beginning the fish tickled so much but felt so good at the same time, as time progressed I couldn't even feel the fish I was in feet heaven. I would definitely recommend going. This was such a fun and crazy experience! I've seen it on tv years ago and always wanted to try it. So me and my mother in law decided to try it out! At first it's a little ticklish and it feels like something is crawling on your feet and ankle. But after awhile you can't feel it and they dont have teeth so it doesn't hurt by any means! We also did the foot detox and whoa! That's all I have to say lol! If your visiting or a local I highly recommend coming and at least trying it out!! I wanna keep doing that detox! It was pretty crazy! Plus it leaves your feet feeling amazingly soft!! read more

Got a Groupon for this place, called and made an appointment for a Sunday at 1pm. I wasn't completely confident in the interaction I had over the phone and that proved true! Arrived on the day and time of the appointment and Garra was CLOSED!! I waited a bit just to see if anyone would show up and during that time there were several other people trying the door, peering in the windows, and double checking the website to confirm hours of operation. After tending to sone other shopping and checking back more than an hour after my appointment was scheduled I gave up and went home. Very disappointed and certainly won't plan a day around that experience again. read more

I was in Vegas for New Years Eve 2020 and decided to check out Garra Fish Spas. With not much to do, I decided to treat myself to a foot fish biting experience. So this seem like a good idea when my daughter asked me after a few drinks while we were visiting Las Vegas. It took me a while to work up the nerve to actually put my feet in the water, but once I did it was OK. Not sure I'd do it again, but I can say I did it. We also did the foot detox which was cool and gross because the water turned a horrible color. It was a great experience and my feet are super soft from it, so it was worth it. read more

I stayed at Planet Hollywood for my anniversary and came across this place by all the shops, and I'm definitely impressed that someone came out with this idea for a business, I hope it grows, they don't have places like this in California. I had little fish nibbling dead skin off my feet, they first clean and wipe your feet down before they dip your feet in the water, and there's health benefits to it, Yahss helped me and staff was friendly. read more

Amazing & relaxing experience... Definitely recommend this treatment a day or two prior to your regular pedicure for extra softening results. King was professional, respectful and had no issues addressing my concerns. Highly recommend if you're looking to try something different that is practiced in multiple countries. High filtration ensures clean waters, feet are cleaned prior to.. the main question of what it feels like would be that comparable to putting your feet in champagne bubbles. Feels great read more

I believe first impressions are very memorable. So, I called to make an appointment and was left on hold over 11 minutes till I finally hung up. That already gave me a bad taste in my mind. But when we arrived and had the experience, the young lady, who I believe was the same one who left me on hold, really redeemed herself with her great personality and gave me suggestions on other services I was looking for. My husband surprised me with an appointment here, and once we arrived, I thought maybe I'd treat myself to getting my nails done too. My husband had already booked a package for both of us. I will say they definitely try to upsell bigger packages, even when you already have services booked, and there were added charges that weren't clearly explained unless you asked. My husband originally wanted a basic pedicure, but they convinced him to upgrade to match mine. Fine -- we decided to just enjoy and treat ourselves. My technician told me that gel polish was included with my pedicure, so I agreed to do it. Later, when we received the bill, there was an additional charge for the gel. My husband mentioned that I had been told it was included, but they said it was still extra. Okay, fine. I then asked the same technician if she had time to do my nails. She explained she already had another appointment and would place me with someone else, which I completely understood since it was a last-minute request. I told them I wanted something simple, nothing extravagant. I was quoted a price that seemed different from what was listed on their website, so I politely asked why. She seemed bothered by the question and explained it was because I wanted a certain shape. I said, "Oh okay, I understand." I then asked the difference between two services because they sounded very similar on the menu. She explained it, but then added, "That one is more expensive." Maybe it wasn't intended that way, but the comment felt unnecessary after my husband and I had already spent a good amount on services. I understand this is a high-end salon, and maybe these kinds of charges or questions are normal for their regular clientele, but personally it came across a bit judgmental and uncomfortable. At that point, I simply asked if they could remove what had already been started (just one nail on one finger), because I no longer wanted my nails done. I felt uncomfortable and didn't want to sit through the appointment feeling like I had to prove I could afford to be there. I actually left crying because of how judged the interaction made me feel. Maybe I'm just a tired-looking mom trying to treat herself, but being made to feel judged for asking simple questions really changed the experience for me.

Your feet are sprayed with water and wiped down, then you go in with the fishes! The water is nice and lukewarm, which is fine for me - I hate hot water. After the session ended, Kim gave our feet a quick rub down and we were on our way again. Can't wait to do it again.

The ladies at the spa check in where all so friendly and spoke so nicely you instantly felt relaxed. The spa and the nail area are wonderfully calm, beautifully, and relaxing. I was escorted to the nail portion and met my technician and given my champagne. My tech was sweet, curious of my time in Vegas and genuinely took her time and care for my dear overworked hands. I was even able to keep my nail file afterwards. The surprising part, was after I was done and went to pay I could access the rest of the spa. I sat in the meditation room for awhile, had some fruit infused water and thought deeply about just spending the rest of my afternoon tucked away in that gem of a place. If you've never sat in one of those quiet relaxation rooms, you have no idea what you're missing. I sat down and instantly was whisked away, my muscles melted and I sank into my chair and was blissfully at peace. It was more than I am used to paying for a gel manicure, (120 after tip) but I'd do it again in a heart beat... and maybe schedule that massage. Oh, and while I was at it, consider booking my hotel room. Beautiful place!

Plus, she asked me if I wanted a mask very very quietly and did not mention the $50 up charge so make sure you find out about that upfront if there's going to be any up charges and they make it clear for you. When she asked me, I assumed there would be an up charge, but they really should mention that and probably before you start so it's not an interruption during the service. Came back in April 2025.... Kim is gone they said...so I had a new masseuse. This time I selected the welcome home massage for 50 minutes which includes a foot scrub and hot stones at the end. I came on a weekend so it was $200. Auto 20% gratitude added on to all services.

It was loud (not a biggie) so we got some great ol fashioneds at the bar, then inched our way to center dance floor where we didn't stop dancing to the band til 1 pm when they stopped.....we had so much fun, we (and others) wanted them to keep playing. This was probably the most satisfying experience for me in Vegas. I get pedicures every so often but I've always wanted to trying something like this for a while now and let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint. The gentlemen that helped me and my boyfriend out was super kind, generous and really informative about the overall experience. Nonetheless, it was about 15 min of little fish eating your dead skin but the outcome was unbelievable. It doesn't tickle as much as you would think, however, it feels more like vibrations and bubbles. Also, they don't have teeth if that helps you guys out too for people who may be curious!!! Definately did not know what I was getting myself into, but the outcome made me 100 times more exciting and satisfying. Will for sure come again when I'm back in Vegas. Also, its the only fish spa on the strip, definitely would recommend trying this after a long night out walking the strip. read more

My wife was planning to take me to this place for months. She was hoping I would be terrified of the thought of little fishes eating away my skin. Fooled her...I really enjoyed my experience. Eva and Aerial were so nice and Informational because I wanted to know what the HELL was the fishies doing. The vibe of this place was great. Sitting there, letting the little fishies (and one big one) eat away while listening to hip-hop or music from where I live. I had to purchase a gift card so I can share it with my co-workers. Not my first fish spa experience, but my first in the US! It's much more expensive here than it was in Vietnam, but that's to be expected. I could not refuse the experience when we were immediately greeted and welcomed in to check out the spa. I have to say that the staff here is incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodating. I'm not a huge gambler or partier, so this was honestly the highlight of my Vegas trip. Treat yourself to this fun experience of getting your feet gently nipped by little fish. Just Came here with my family and it was so cool ! Only my girlfriend and little brother did it but they loved it ! My girlfriend said her feet are very soft and it was a great experience !! Bz bee is so welcoming as soon as we walked in & we got to spin the wheel which we won BOGO. Perfect for me and my daughter!!! Shes just the bomb.com with the customer service. Our first experience trying this, so tingly and the fishes just attack, so it's like all tingly massages in every spot of your feet! She moved us to the best tank of fish for the best experience. Got the $35 for 15 minutes and it was amazing. This isn't the first time I tried a fish spa, but this one was overall the best. The fishes have no teeth, so it doesn't hurt. It feels as if you feet are falling asleep. King and the crew were amazing; very helpful, professional, and personable. They make you feel welcome and laugh with you. Just left and got the 30 min fishy foot spa. It was a fun experience! Something different and everyone was very nice. Jada and Josey were very helpful and jada even gave us insight about where the fish are from. Jada recommended I get these special socks that make my feet really soft after I told her I had issues with my heels and how hard they get. Overall the experience was amazing!
