I did leave a $1k deposit,as I would like to have him complete my intensive oral surgery. Again,so far great service and understood my pain in my mouth and my wallet. She did not sound truthful. 3. Her rationale was because I was early and that they don't normally have patient coming in early. After I repeatedly complained about tooth pain he would give me the runaround. The crown would constantly fall and they would charge every time they had to glue it back on. On another note, I started Sure Smile aligners about 2 years ago with Dr. Hoai Hanh Nguyen at HQ Dentistry and am almost done with the treatment. I had braces in my teenage years, but never wore my retainers so my teeth had shifted and I had issues flossing due to overcrowding. Dr. Nguyen offered me an affordable treatment plan and gave me an opportunity to straighten my teeth and restore my smile from before. Also, during my Sure Smile treatment, I went ATV riding about a year and a half ago and sustained an accident. Dr. Nguyen came to the rescue and completed an emergency root canal on one of my teeth and luckily, I have not yet experienced discoloration on that tooth. Thank you HQ Dentistry for helping me with all of my dental care needs! If you are thinking about getting braces or are looking for a good dentist, come to Dr. Nguyen for a Sure Smile (similar to Invisalign) consultation. She has done wonders for me.

Went in for a general cleaning as a new patient since my insurance changed as a result of a new job. I have Delta Dental HMO now, I made sure to review my coverage before going in for a cleaning since I saw reviews of people warning against this prover trying to charge fees that are covered by insurance. Still decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I have no complains for the front desk gals or the tech that took my X-rays. But as soon as Dr. Hanna evaluated me, she said I would have to pay a $45 fee. I was already charged a $5 copay when I checked in with the front desk. I told Dr. Hanna that I had checked with my insurance and the cleaning should be free (D1110 Prophylaxis cleaning), she said no and continued to want to charge me $45 claiming it was due to me having HMO insurance. I said in that case, I didn't feel comfortable proceeding and that I would talk to my insurance again. Called them the same day and confirmed I should not be charged for a 6 month routine cleaning. I immediately changed dentists to Dentist of HB down the road from Pavilion Dental and during my first visit, they broke down everything they would be doing upfront and confirmed $0 charge for my cleaning. Definitely recommend them if you have Delta Dental. Be warned again Pavilion Dental.
