I'm really disappointed with my experience at this orthodontic office. I had been in treatment, but after missing some appointments, they removed my braces. I understand that attendance matters--but what doesn't feel right is how everything was handled afterward. Before the original orthodontist left, I never had this issue and felt like my case was being managed properly. What's especially frustrating is that they won't provide me with retainers because they say my treatment wasn't complete. I'm not asking for a perfect result--I just want retainers to help keep my teeth from shifting and getting worse. I also feel like my concerns about my treatment weren't fully addressed, and I've been left without a solution to maintain the progress I already made. For an office that promotes "smile with confidence," this experience has been the opposite. I would have appreciated more communication, consistency, and a willingness to help me preserve the progress I already made. Overall, this has been a very discouraging experience. so now I have to go to another orthodontist to figure out this gap because they never had the time to fix it I guess.... read more

This office is so unprofessional. I have been trying to get in for a teeth cleaning since Feb 19. They have rescheduled me at least 3 times. At first I was understanding but this 3rd or 4th time is unacceptable. If you can't take people in at 530 pm then don't. Also, they had a week to reschedule but they decided to call me today at 440 to reschedule tomorrows appointment. Who does that? Unbelievable. If you don't want to work then don't schedule me that way I can save my time for a dentist who does. read more

If I could rate this place lower I would! Such shitty service. The man and lady at the front desk don't know what they're doing. Our appointment was supposed to be at 9:15 and Nasiri said ortho was running late. Typical thing we hear everytime we come here. They always run late. We then spoke to another lady and asked how long more we'd have to wait. She mentioned that the Ortho doesn't come in until 10 And doesn't know why we were scheduled at 9:15 if they don't have anyone to attend us at that time. UMMM HELLO?? You could've told me this instead of making us wait an HOUR for an ortho to attend us? There's no common sense in this office whatsoever. (BTW It is now 10:30 and we are still waiting to be attended) such a shitty place with shitty service, Don't come here unless you want to wait more than an hour to be seen!!!!! read more

Dr.Nasiri advised me of needing a root canal, about 2 years back. This was a tooth my previous dentist had let get to the point we were at after 6 years of "oh we'll monitor this cavity...". Not only did Dr.Nasiri perform this root canal, but she took 3 hours to do so, kept stating "I don't know if I can do it" and obviously becoming more frustrated through the course of this procedure. Not very inspiring when you're laying in that chair huh? After "finishing" the root canal, she stated that her staff would get back to me with an estimate for a crown. Here I am 2 years later, no crown, no information given about an estimate, and my tooth has been exposed the entire time with just a composite filling, and I sit here at my new dentists office who just stated they cannot correct her mistakes because she completely ruined the tooth. Now I'm 24 years old, and having to get quoted for tooth extraction and an implant. Don't waste your time with Dr.Nasiri, front desk staff is lacking, and her overconfidence in completing a procedure has led me to over $2000 cost out of pocket. read more

I came here because they told me I'd only wear braces for 6 months...I had them on for 2 years. I'd constantly be in the waiting room 45 minutes to an hour after my appointment time. One time I didn't get taken in till 2 hours after my appointment time. I went a year and 2 months without meeting or seeing an orthodontist. They only have one orthodontist and he only comes once a month. They took my top braces off first and I was confused because I still had a gap in my two front teeth. The orthodontist told me that my general dentist is supposed to fix that. So I went to my general dentist to get it fixed, but he told me my orthodontist is supposed to fix it because its an aesthetic feature. I went back to tell the orthodontist what my general dentist told me and he got very angry with me claiming that I was telling him how to do his job. I honestly just wanted my two front teeth to not have a gap. He then proceeded to yell at me and told me, as I was walking away, to "Get the hell out of here". Dr Nasiri heard the whole thing, and later called me to tell me if I were to come back to finish my treatment, I wouldn't have to see the orthodontist and that my first retainer replacement would be free, so I went back. They didn't even look great by the time I was done, I still had an overbite and crooked bottom teeth but they looked better than before and I was just over it. Two years later (aka now) I called asking if I can get my top retainer replaced since I lost them and now they want to charge me. I had told Dr. Nasiri my situation and she said she'd call me back, but she hasn't. I've called several times and no one is returning my calls. I wish I had reviewed them two years ago to save people the trouble. Not having my retainer replacement being honored was the last straw :( read more

I usually give adequate ratings on reviews, but this was definitely a bad experience. The Army Reserve Health Readiness sent me to this civilian dentist to be examined. Upon arrival I was here 10 minutes early to my 10:00am appointment only to find the door was locked. Not only did they not come on time, they came nine minutes late. I could somewhat understand if it was an earlier appt such as 7am or 8am, but not 10am. After I signed in the staff took about 10 min to get me into the chair, not a problem. The next problem came when the assistant tried to take my blood pressure. It took her three tries and she was not able to properly place the cuff. I am a combat medic and asked her if I could try, I placed it properly, and it read. The doctor was late also. She asked me how I was doing and never asked anything about current problems I was having with my teeth, which was the reason I came for this exam. She would've found I had a problem biting on the left side. She did a quick 5 min exam and was done. On a good note the doctor was one of the most beautiful dentist I've ever seen, but that doesn't cover up for the bad service I received. All in all, this place needs serious help and this is coming from a reviewer who is always positive. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone until they make some serious changes. read more

Waste of time and money They gave me an estimate of 2 years for braces and they are now in the fourth year because the girl who glued my brackets down "glued them incorrectly" I need them off by 2 months and they don't want to do anything about them and just because they couldn't fix one tooth they shaved it down as an easy fix this is horrible experience ever had an any dentist I also always set up my appt at one time and end up being taken in an hour after !! I hate leaving negative reviews, but it was frustrating. The following is what just happened to me, not including my kids. Let me tell you as soon as you walk in the reception area it has fantastic decor to hide the worst dentist service I have received in my life. I had an appointment, and once I waited for over an hour, I was taken inside to wait to see her Dr. Amitiss. She thinks she's a SUPER MODEL! She proceeds to tell me, "we have to reschedule because I forgot I had an appointment with someone and had to leave." She left indeed. At the second appointment, I needed a simple cleaning, which I thought she was going to do since I was there. She tells me to schedule an appointment with her hygienist, who does the cleanings. In total, it was over three hours of wasted time to get my teeth cleaned and had to leave work early. The front desk staff is amazing! Just for the record, I was not paid by Dr. Noleen. I had to change my dentist because I had different insurance that Dr. Noleen was not taking. I saw Dr. Amitiss's office and thought it looked very professional. I am glad I am back with Dr. Noleen. DONT come here for ORTHO they take hours cause there is only 1 person doing it all and schedule ALLLLLL their ortho patients on the SAME DAY!!!!!! So you will be waiting for hours and they don't pay special attention to your needs or make sure everything is going well u are basically in a assembly line. I had my first appt at this practice for a routine cleaning and was very happy with the service I received on all fronts. Once I filled out all the new patient forms Dr. Nasiri pleasantly greeted me at the front desk, asked if my teeth were causing any pain and then took me back to my chair. Since I don't have dental insurance I really didn't want the extra expense of x-rays. Dr. Nasiri honored my request to skip them which I appreciated as many other dentists I've been to forced them on me as a new patient so that was nice. Jessica was one of the best hygienists I've ever had...she was wonderful! She gave me a once over with the subsonic instrument and then went around a second time with a hand instrument....very thorough and gentle! Everyone from the front desk staff, Dr. Nasiri, and Jessica were extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional.
