The office is clean and nice and the receptionists have always been very friendly. Here is the best part: Dr. Syn. Talk about a neat guy. So knowledgeable and understanding. He explains things to you, helps you through the decision process, and has the experience to back up what he says. Don't be alarmed when his exam table turns into a transformer and all of a sudden you're in the most awkward position of your entire life wondering how you got there and when it will be over... He still makes you feel at ease and is very empathetic. I bought two of his books... One for me and one for my boss at work. I don't think he saw the humor in that at all. I know there are facilities that you can go to, but I wanted to be able to be in my own home, in my own bed, in the surroundings I was familiar with. I think this really helps settle your mind when your body is working so hard to heal. My doctor's office highly recommended Era Health and Wellness because I was hoping to find a private nurse to come help me in my home. Kitura, the coordinator, immediately contacted me and made arrangements for one of their expert nurses to assist me as well as arranged for all my transportation needs to and from my doctor visits. Kamerina was my nurse. She made sure all my routine was followed as prescribed by my doctor. She did everything you can expect from a nurse at the hospital without the need to wait for immediate attention when you're in pain. This was extremely comforting. She went out of her way to make sure I was not in any stress and even went on errands to pick up prescriptions and meals. Kitura, also even prepared one of my meals, having been trained at a culinary school. This was a special treat for sure. Having put the worst part of my recovery behind me now, I cannot imagine doing it without the help of Kamerina and Kitura. They were incredible! If I even have the need for private care, I will definitely hire them again.

Kitura was so helpful and easy to deal with. There was many moving parts to the surgery and she was there with me every step of the way making sure that everything was covered. She also helped me figure out what items I would need to make my recovery easy which was great. As far as the nurses, I had two, Judith and Ambar. Both women were extremely kind and caring. They took such great care of me and instructed my husband on how to care for me so he knew what to expect when I got home. My husband didn't even have to come to the surgery center for pickup; they handled EVERYTHING. I am so grateful for their care and can not recommend them enough!

I made an appointment for a lipo B shot since they had a deal for it. I paid for a total of 6 shots. Booked my appointment for a 2nd shot on a Saturday at 11:15am. I showed up to my appointment and the clinic was closed. I called multiple times and waited outside until 11:50am. No one showed up or answered the phone. I ended up sending a msg on Instagram and was told the clinic didn't open until 2pm. Why would they schedule an appointment at 11:15 if the clinic doesn't open until 2pm?? I called and made an appointment for a Friday everything went well I got my 2nd shot and booked a new appointment for the 3rd shot. 3rd shot appointment I showed up and AGAIN the clinic is closed. I called multiple times again and waited an hour outside. The next day I got a txt from a number saying the clinic was unfortunately closed and to let them know when else i would be available to reschedule. At this point it's happened 2 times that I been scheduled, showed up, and they are closed. So I asked for a refund for the rest of the shots I didn't get. I arrived early to complete paperwork, and although the office was busy, the staff were very kind and the visit was efficient. From being taken to the exam room to returning home with my toddler took about 35 minutes. Dr. Williams asked thorough questions, examined my ear, and performed microsuction. It felt unusual and briefly uncomfortable, but I noticed immediate relief, likely from removing impacted bacteria. He was kind, addressed the issue, promptly sent my prescription, and offered a follow-up visit to recheck my ear. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would return.
