The appetizers were great and beer selection was good. They had a special where we got a free hour of pool if we purchased a beer tower. We ended up playing two hours for free. The only turn off was the pool pricing. I know we played for free this time but that seemed to be a happy hour type of special. They want to charge 12 an hour for pool which isn't bad but most bars have quarter tables. You see hour charges at pool halls not bars. They also only have 4 pool sticks that weren't warped. If they are going to charge pool hall prices they should supply decent sticks to play with. I didn't see a cue holders anywhere so I would suggest a couple cue holders and new sticks. This would make the price to play responsible since there is not a real pool hall in the area. read more

HORRIBLE and STOLE MY $$$. INCOMPETENT BARTENDER. My girlfriend and I came here on a Friday night, just wanting to have some appetizers and drinks. There was may be like five or six people total at 7 PM. The bartender was extremely rude, hardly acknowledged us, was only talking to her regular 's, she was on FaceTime with a friend talking about her friends titties. Such a low class place with horrible food and low class staff. Stay away if you're looking for respectful service. Our total was 10$ for two beers + 7.95 for chips and queso... plus tax is 19.52. She THIEVED my card for almost $22. Not a bad place! Definitely has a fun atmosphere. While here, I had a tequila sunrise and Hawaiian burger with fries. The drink was good, though not anything fancy looking. The burger was delicious. It has avocado, spinach, pineapple, green olives, blue cheese, red onion. It was surprisingly big, but worth it. The fries were okay. A bit plain and crispy. The place was a bit empty when I went, by there were some guys playing pool who seemed to be having a good time. First time to this place. Bartender was very unfriendly. I use to bartend for may y years so expect the same customer service that I use to give. Everytime we got a drink a would say thank you she never said anythink back. She was so worried about the regulars at the end of the bar. We ordered wings and the lemon pepper was good but the others were not good. I not a complainer but they were aweful. It's just blew my mind how the bartender was just so not personable and didn't care about anything but the old man that were at the bar. Then some other ladies showed up and then end up causing kind of chaos with me and long story but for no reason. All of that was fine but it's just I was just so disappointed in the quality of food. Only two tables were in use and it took two and a half hours to get through finger food and two drinks. On top of that, the server didn't write down the order and messed one up. I heard there was a new bar in Little Elm that had some pool tables. So I eventually found it, not the easiest task, and was suprised to find a well lit bar with 4 Diamond tables in it. When I walked in, I saw they had 16 beers on tap, and the pool rates were very reasonable. In short the pool tables are amazing. The one downside, as with most places, the tables nearest the wall are a little too close. But with plenty of televisions, good food, and great tables "I'll be back." read more

I'm here at least once a week as I play in a Poker league the meets here 2 days a week. I have yet to order anything on the menu that wasn't good. They have a variety of flavor choices for Wings. Lemon Pepper is my favorite. Crispy and juicy. One that is a bit of a novelty is the Root Beer, yes, Root Beer wings. You gotta try it. Not bad I must say. I've seen just about every dish come out off the kitchen and most people really seem to enjoy the meals. The Crawfish and Shrimp are very good when in season and I have ordered that several times. Plenty of big screen TV's for games and pool tables as well. The only draw back is the Restrooms. Not sure about the women's, but the men's restroom urinal is always broken and looks and smells like a bomb went off in there. Geterdone fellas and get that 4th Star. read more

My husband and I ordered Togo food from here tonight and it wasn't very good. I got the fish and chips which didn't come with a side of tartar sauce...but did it came with 2 pieces of white bread!?!? So that was interesting and kind of funny, I don't remember that last time I thought "hey you know what would go really well with my fish and chips...white bread." My husband got a fried chicken sandwich which was mediocre at best, and it also had white bread instead of a normal hoagie or bun. The wings were ok. I'm kind of disappointed because I was hoping they would have good food, as the options are limited in little elm. I'm giving 3 stars because I went here with a friend for drinks about a month back and we had a good time. The bartender that was waiting on us was good. This was our second time at the Draft House and it was a far worse experience than the first. The sewage smell upon entering should have been enough to make us leave. 1. My husband attempted to order 3 beers and was told each time that they did not have them in stock although they were on the menu. I ordered a signature cocktail and was told they did not have the vodka to make it. 2. It took about 15 minutes for our drinks to come out and my wine glass was so dirty and water stained that I cleaned it myself before drinking out of it. Instead of using a tray to serve our drinks the waitress held my husbands beer by the rim with her nasty server hands....which is disgusting. (Our server wasn't nasty but everyone knows the filth that a server touches) 3. We ordered an appetizer that took forever to come out and our food order took even longer. At this point the waitress did say that there was only 1 server and 1 cook so everything was taking longer to come out. This was the second time we considered leaving... about 1 hour into our stay. 4. We finally got our food and my fries were cold, my burger did not have all of the menu toppings on it, the grilled cheese sandwich was only grilled on 1 side and was cold, and my husband did not get the side of ranch he requested when he ordered the food. No ketchup or mustard was presented until we asked for it. However, the burger patty did have good flavor and my husband really enjoyed his. I would have preferred to not have to search for the grilled onions because they were hidden under the cheese and I would have preferred the burger been served the way it was described on the menu. 5. Our original plan for the night was to visit a waiter friend at Applebee's but we decided to go to the Draft House instead. In retrospect, I wish we would have gone to Applebee's. There's no reason it should take 2 hours.. 2 HOURS... for a party of 4 to have a beer and a burger. I can't tell if you guys are trying to be a Bar & Grill or just a venue for poker, pool, and trivia nights, either way, you lost 4 customers last night. As we left I told my husband that I give ya'll 8 months before you close down and he said you won't even last that long. read more

They took such a long time to bring out my food and they even had my order wrong. I liked the food but the service wasn't the best unfortunately. I got crawfish and an order of shrimp with extra sausage. I had ordered the crawfish 30 minutes before the shrimp. Yet the shrimp came out first without the sausage or the flavor I had asked for. I then got the crawfish after not until 10 minutes later did I get the sausage finally. With that it was just a long wait and not the best food I've had. Food was okay. read more

Huge improvement from the Lion's Den. All new interior- didn't try the food but the menu has lots of options. The best part is there is no smoking inside. 4 pool tables and lots of TVs. DJ played great music. We will be back. Only 4 stars Bc service was a bit slow. read more

The service is not that great, but I came here on a whim for Karaoke on a Saturday night, met friendly strangers and had an absolute blast! The food was way better than I expected for a neighborhood bar. Crab legs and crawfish were delicious. The mozzarella sticks are also very good. It was so yummy that I came back a couple of weeks later just to eat and got takeout the other night. Draft House is a gem in Little Elm and wandered in. I was really hoping this place would be a nice addition to our little town. I went to lunch with a co-worker who has also reviewed this establishment. We arrived shortly after they opened. We walked in to hear heavy metal blaring so loudly we had to yell to hear each other. Keep in mind it was 2pm. As we walked in a waitress was walking to the kitchen. We sat ourselves assuming she would reappear. We waited for about five minutes and then we saw the waitress slightly open the door and poke her head out. Apparently we looked terrifying because she hid as quickly as she appeared. We waited for a while longer because we really wanted to give this place a try. We finally gave up and left only to have my coworker look back and see the employees staring at us through the kitchen door. Maybe the food is better than the service, but to be completely ignored is no way to earn my business. read more

The bartender and server were sitting around talking to people and not really tending to anyone else in the bar like they should have. If it wasnt for the barback covering for their bartender it would have been a bad night. The female bartender with burnette hair that stands about 5'3" to 5'5" will ignore you if your not her friend or a regular. She will even flick you off when you try to wave her down. I was the DD and were ordering the drinks for my friends and i was treated like crap. At 10pm we wanted to leave. She didnt give it to me till 1:15am. The barback had yo take over since the bar tender was drunk off her own drinks. Always ask for Steve, in my experience he had been the best bar tender that had worked there. This past Sunday my fiancé and I decided to try Draft House Bar & Grill since we were in the area. We pull up and there are 3 people sitting in the patio area. We walk in to find the place empty and an employee walks over to us and says we can sit anywhere. We take a seat outside on the patio and the same employee which appears to be a bartender comes and takes our drink order. When she returns she brings a menu and that will be the last time we see her. After about 20-25 minutes of waiting we left since we had only ordered water to drink. We will not be returning to this location due to poor customer service. I would be a little more understanding if they were busy but there was no one there besides the other 3 that were day drinking on the patio. I would not recommend this place for anyone. I can not imagine if they were busy. Just horrible. read more

We have been thinking about trying out this place for a while and I'm sorry we waited. Katrina was so cool. Welcoming and fun. The drinks were great and the food was so good! We went on a Friday night and while it might have been kind of early it wasn't a lot of people but I could imagine that it gets pretty live in there. I'm giving this place a 4 star review because I really want this place to succeed. First off the place is super nice and clean. Very modern/contemporary bar with cool lighting. Unfortunately the cool lighting is a waste do to the entire space being over lit. It felt like a bowling alley without the smoke to me. If the lights were brought down it would change everything for me. And the other three people with me agreed. Next our waitress Penny. SHE WAS AWESOME! LOVE HER! She made our first visit so fun and enjoyable. She put up with all my criticism and hard time with a smile. She even poked right back at me. She will hopefully be "our" waitress every time. Next are the drinks. Reverse happy hour from 9pm-10pm $1 off is awesome. We just had Gin and tonic but they were mixed good and strong and only $4, $3 during happy hour. We may have had 12 or so lol. Next is the music. I don't know what was up with the music. I think they are trying to please every genre but playing every genre of music. Weird to say the least but I appreciate the effort. I think it would be safe to pick what you feel is right, listen to the clientele and adjust from there. There was supposed to be a DJ but he no showed. We didn't have any food this trip but the menu looked great. We will eat next time. Pool tables are really nice just wish there was a ledge along to walk to sit your drink. People will end up putting there drinks on the pool tables and ruin them I'm afraid. Over all, great visit and will be back for sure. Probably next Sunday for the game. read more

I wouldn't recommend getting take-out. I called at 5:36 on a Monday for two entrées. They said it would take 15-20 minutes. We came at 6:02 to pick up. They hadn't even started on our meal. They took payment and tip and had us wait until 6:27. No apology or explanation or offered us anything to drink while we waited.
