It's now my Favorite place to get a gourmet Burger in PC. Took my family twice this week. Definitely recommend. Amazing Burgers! Our Server was awesome!

Great spot for the post slopes meal in Canyons. They had a surprisingly large selection of cocktails well priced around $15 and extensive burgers menu. Mm slightly cramped inside but warm, convenient and good service. I'll be back to try some other burgers and creative drinks!

Got the Chuck Norris to go - Chicken Burger Sandwich. It had the DBB buffalo sauce on it. It was a great meal!

I had the best chili relleno near Salt Lake City on my burger. Seriously, I had gone to the top Mexican restaurant downtown, it didn't come close. Besides that the atmosphere is a burger bar in a ski resort. The actual burger was great and they even had flat grilled gluten-free buns, which sealed the deal for my wife. Considering the options and low expectations, we were pleasantly surprised. The service was friendly, and attentive. The Sundays people were getting around us looked over the top and if I had room I'd would have gotten one.

This place is awesome! The quality of food is amazing! Service is on point. There is an amazing view of the Mountain we enjoyed sitting outside. This was our second time here and we will return again!

Had a Burger and shake from Drafts Burger Bar. The food took a very long time to come to the table but once i received my order it was definitely worth the wait! Highly recommend.

Is it expensive, yes. But you are in park city Utah. Your not paying for the food your paying for the view. Very chill restaurant and kid friendly. Mille shake was very tasty and my girls loved it. Waiter was quick and very energetic. Burger was worth the money honestly. Have your kids split a meal, share with you and split a meal with your wife and you're good to go. One of the better burgers I've had. It was the garlic burger.

We recently spent a long weekend in Park City, Utah. One of my favorite meals of the trip was at Drafts Burger Bar. This gastropub is in the Canyons Village at Park City. They feature 20 draft beers, burgers, and gigantic shakes. There is a kid's menu, but my daughter ordered off the main menu once she saw the broccoli cheddar soup served in a sourdough bread bowl ($15). She seemed really happy with this choice and the bread bowl itself was solid. My wife ordered the "boujie hippie" burger with house-made quinoa, sunflower seed, and black bean patty topped with hummus, tomato jam, Boursin cheese, and crispy kale chips ($18) with sweet potato fries ($8). This was right in her wheelhouse and did not seem to disappoint. The sweet potato fries were especially sweet, just the way she likes them. My son had a kid's grilled cheese with fries ($9). Again no complaints here. Finally, I had the "vote for pedro" and swapped the burger for a fried chicken breast at no extra charge. This monstrous sandwich came topped with a chile relleno, pepper jack cheese, pico de gallo, avocado, smoked queso, fried jalapeno, and lettuce ($23). Wow was this good! It was pretty messy but worth it. I also enjoyed a side of fries $6). And for my kids' favorite part of the meal, they have gigantic milkshakes ($13 each). My son enjoyed the "need a moment" with vanilla ice cream, caramel, and a Twix candy bar. And my daughter enjoyed a "taste of the season" which in March was some kind of mint cookies and cream combination. Both were excellent!

Amazing service and atmosphere. We got in without a wait at 11:40 on a busy ski day. We were sat in the covered patio area which was perfect for a blue bird day! Highly recommend adding this stop to your itinerary

Our waiter was super knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. He helped me order a lavender coffee drink and it came out exactly how I wanted it. My partner tried their orange coffee seasonal drink and it was incredible. It was so unique, smooth, interesting and not too sweet. All of their seasonal drinks sounded fun. It was hard to order because I wanted everything on the menu. My chilaquiles were balanced, filling, and rich. My partners mermaid bowl was fun and the perfect temperature to not turn into soup by the time you were done eating it. They had a kids menu and high chairs. The apple juice that came with the kids meal must have been fresh squeezed. It was the best apple juice I had ever tried and it was a huge portion size. The fries were tasty. My only wish is that there was one of these in Maryland so I could be a regular.

This shakshouka does a good job combining the silky eggs and smoky chorizo with savory spices, and fresh herbs. Every bite had a touch of brightness. With this is served the Red Bicycle crack bread, which perfect for soaking up every bit of the flavorful sauce. And while crack could be describing the wheat used, it's more likely describing the addition to it. We also had the halloumi with hot honey. The cheese has a firmness the gives easily to a forks edge and the flavor is mild that held up well to the sweetness of the honey. They could have been a little more generous with the honey, not a complaint, just an observation ;-). It's an excellent breakfast cheese without overwhelming the palate.

In terms of attire, it's a mixed bag as with other places here.. we were pretty casual but some were dressed up a bit more. Our server was wonderful, and the food and drink was phenomenal. This was, hands down, the best meal we had in Park City. We started with cocktails. The gin cocktail I had was the perfect combination of floral and citrus and left me wanting more. My husband enjoyed his as well. The wine menu here is insanely overpriced, so next time I'd ask the corkage fee to consider bringing our own bottle. They brought out a bread that was cooked with a Japanese seasoning on it and a side of butter, and it was delicious. The bison was the best thing we ate; incredibly tender and cooked to perfection, if we lived here we would be back often for this. The elk was very good as well, with fresh herbs that helped bring out the flavor. Can't go wrong with either of these dishes but the bison was the star to us. My daughter ordered the kids pasta with butter and parm, and my son ordered the kids chicken fingers which came with potato wedges. Both were a good portion for children. For the sides, we ordered the Japanese sweet potatoes and the fried rice. The sweet potatoes were something different and were tasty but not our favorite or something we would order again. The fried rice with egg was delicious; it was full of sliced garlic and amazingly seasoned, we could not help but finish it all. At the time of the check, our server offered cotton candy for the kids. It was very flavorful and soft. It was a nice finishing touch. We'll definitely be booking this restaurant for our next trip to Park City.

I recently dined at KITA and overall had a fun and flavorful experience…read more We started with the Firecracker roll, which was excellent. The spicy tuna on top was really flavorful and well balanced, bringing just the right amount of heat without overpowering the dish. The miso soup was also a pleasant surprise -- the portion size was generous and perfect for sharing. It was warm, comforting, and a great start to the meal. We also ordered the karaage. Unfortunately, this was the weakest dish for me. The chicken itself didn't have much flavor, and if it weren't for the dipping sauce it would have been quite bland. It was also made with dark meat, which I'm personally not a big fan of. The hamachi nigiri was fantastic. The fish tasted incredibly fresh and clean, and the simplicity of the dish really let the quality of the hamachi shine. Another standout was the Wasatch roll -- a true dynamite roll with lots of flavor and fresh hamachi. Every bite had great texture and balance. To end the meal, everyone was given a small bowl of cotton candy, which was a fun and unexpected touch. I hadn't had cotton candy in years, and it was a playful way to finish the night. Overall, there were some great highlights, especially the sushi and fresh fish, and the experience had a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.

Genuinely the worst service I've ever experienced at a restaurant…read more Let me start with the fact that I've only ever left 5 star reviews at restaurants because of great service. I work in the restaurant industry, so I really appreciate good service and I always tip well, and I take reviews seriously. We confirmed ahead of time that Sammy's could seat our party of ten -- they said "just come." On top of that, their Google profile said they were animal friendly, so I assumed my service animal would be well received. When we arrived with most of our group and the rest just minutes away, we were immediately seated. But then things fell apart. After being seated, we were told we shouldn't have been seated until our full party arrived -- despite the staff being the ones who seated us. When we asked if Emilia wanted us to stand back up and wait in the lobby, she said no, don't worry about it. Yet we felt like a burden the entire meal. The staff seemed frustrated with us rather than accommodating. To make matters worse, my chicken parm -- which they tout as their most famous dish -- arrived cold and watery. I ended up replacing it with the kids' chicken nuggets, which ironically tasted far better. The biggest issue was our server, Emilia. She repeatedly shamed me for having my service animal -- a trained epilepsy detection dog who was quiet, well-behaved, and doing exactly what he's trained to do: staying by my side. I was stunned and humiliated. On top of all that, they refused to split the check for a party of ten -- a completely standard request. When I asked to speak with a manager, Emilia said they weren't available and that she would be talking to them about my service animal. Management, please reach out if you want to make this right. I felt singled out and humiliated. I won't be back, and I'd encourage anyone with a service animal to think twice before dining here.
