Really nice space but the dining concept has changed from my experience at three other locations. They now offer dine in or takeout, but the dine in is more full service restaurant style with a server. Not sure how you would take these shakes to go. Seems unnecessary for table service but I'm sure they rack up the tips now. Anyway, shakes are all fun and creative and always delicious. My kids love the strawberry cheesecake one, the cookie one, and the mint one. My wife and I decided to try something new on this stop. She has gone non-dairy so she got the açaí and oat, which was a nice açaí bowl like dessert option. She really enjoyed it. I got the turtle waffle. They make liege waffles (never noticed that before!) and this one was topped with brownie batter ice cream, brownie bites, chocolate covered pretzels, whipped cream, and caramel. Absolutely scrumptious. Look, it's pricy here, but they do a great job and it's something that everyone will get a kick out of. We do crazy mason about 1-2 times a year and that's enough for us probably. If you haven't been, it's worth bringing the family when everyone has saved a lot of room for dessert. Something you'll all remember for a long time.

Since we are in town again, we happened to check Facebook and saw they were at Camping World so we headed out to get some fluffy pillows of heaven. lol I always go the traditional route and got chocolate sauce to dip them in. They were perfect! The hubs got the peaches n cream stuffed beignets and he dove into them so fast, I couldn't get a picture until he had already eaten some. lol But he declared it his new favorite dessert. Since they are a food truck, their location varies but they update their Facebook as to where they will be. So definitely check them out to see where they will be next.

I messaged about 8 other vendors and 2 others responded but one wasn't the right fit, the other one responded 2 weeks later (lol). We kept in communication throughout the week, narrowed down on a menu and structure and met him two days before to figure out the best way to serve our guests. The day comes and everyone was blown away. The food- PHENOMENAL. DID NOT DISAPPOINT. THE SERVICE - PHENOMENAL! Everyone LOVED his food and I had multiple people get his card for their next event. Over the years I've gotten pretty familiar with their menu which precludes me from my more usual, detailed review. To the point...Croissants is and always has been a five star place for me across the board for food, service, ambience, and everything and anything else in between. Trust me. If you come to MB eat here. You'll thank me later Bon appétit.

I was standing there for about 8 minutes and no one said a word to me. I asked people at the kiosk if I order something with them and they said I order at the register. So was a few more minutes until someone asked what I wanted to order. There was a lot of employees so Im not sure why it takes so long to address or acknowledge a customer. -Lemon tart-This taste is more like vanilla custard with a hint of lemon as if they literally just put some lemon zest in there and call it a lemon tart. I ate the custard part and threw the shell away. Pass on this one. ($5.95) -Cannoli cream macaron- cookie was raw in the middle, didnt' taste anything like cannoli. ($2) -Irish cream macaron-was fully baked but wasn't that great ($2) -Egg bacon cheese croissant sandwich was ok The egg was kind of like a omelette texture. ($15) -Deviled eggs- very good, a tiny kick and a lil liquidy but very tasty. Pricey at $4 an egg ($8)
