It's great to begin having some good local takeout options near The Preserve community. I had the chicken bowl with white rice and vegetables. It was delicious. Nice sized portion too with just the right mix of meat, veggies and rice. If I hadn't been so hungry, I might have had enough to save for a next day leftover lunch. It was nice that they gave me extra teriyaki sauce on the side as well. I definitely will return and try some of their other menu choices. read more

I am deeply disappointed with my most recent experience with this place. I placed an order via Postmates as I usually do for pick up at the end of my hour+ commute home. It's something I usually look forward to picking up after my long drive. Unfortunately this time when I arrived eager to pick up my dinner, I was informed they had no order for me. When I showed them the order on the Postmates app, they continued to repeat that they did not have my order. There was no offer of a resolution, including making the order at that time. I stated I would be cancelling the order and not returning, which was disappointing as I had up until now truly enjoyed supporting this local business. According to Postmates when I reached out to them, the business told them that they never confirmed the order which is not what I was told. If they had just owned up to their error and offered a resolution, I would be happy to continue to support them. I am sad to say that my trust in this establishment is demolished as I had been dead set on them for dinner and am now empty handed. We will not be returning and hope that they provide better service to their other customers, especially when issues are encountered. read more

Just visited Dragon Grill. I ordered the shrimp bowl. The menu board in the restaurant show a picture of the bowl with twelve (12) shrimp. What i was given was 8 (eight) substantially less than advertised/posted. The description of the bowl did not state it only came with 8 shrimp. When i asked the lady/owner she said the picture is wrong. I asked you are good with this misrepresentation. She said yes. So unacceptable. Do not eat here. I love coming here. I always see the same two people working, maybe husband and wife owners. They are always pleasant and greet me warmly. Also, the food is good here- great portion sizes for the price. My favorite thing though is how clean the restaurant is. I usually go in a pick the food up and it's always hot and on time. Ordered the combo steak/chicken plate with avocado. Was good and fresh downside is the price for the portion was pretty high for the amount of food was 17.56 for just one plate. I had Ordered online while I was down the street. When I arrived I had told the lady at the counter I placed an online order. The cook in the back seemed to be a little irritated that I had arrived within 5 min of placing the order. The woman went to the back to see if they had the order. Must have pissed off the cook in the back as he blurts out "the ticket just printed". Ummm ok I wasn't rushing him or complaining I simply let them know I was there for a pickup. Not to mention there was no one else in line or waiting??? So for that and the price I would rate 3 star... Otherwise food was good. We were in this area of town and decided to try dragon Grill based on the good reviews. It's definitely accurate to say we were not disappointed. There was no one in the restaurant at the time and it took a little while to get our food but it was definitely worth it. Very good fresh quality food. We had the chicken and steak bowls. - rice was good, chicken and steak was good, and the veggies were very fresh. The teriyaki sauce was definitely super tasty as described in many of the reviews.
