I stopped in to this very tucked away but cute boba tea shop today. The experience was great and we loved the teas, the parking however is a bit crazy because there is an in n out near it, so an unorganized line of cars was blocking the way mostly.

Jasmine Milk Tea with boba and less sugar = very milky and bland drink, but the boba was good

Jasmine Milk Tea with boba and less sugar: very milky and bland. I could barely taste the tea, and the sweetness level seemed like it was at 25% rather than at 75%. Definitely had to doctor it at home. At least the boba was yummy and soft without being mushy. Regarding customer service, I agree with a few other Yelpers about how lackluster it is. The two ladies working there (one at the register and one making drinks) were indifferent and looked like they'd rather be somewhere else. We weren't greeted upon entry or when we went up to the register and started looking over the menu. When what I thought was my drink was ready, the lady who made it just quickly set it onto the counter, mumbled something that I couldn't really understand, and then walked off into the kitchen area. When I called out for confirmation, neither of the ladies looked at me or answered my question. Luckily, it appeared to be a light-colored milk tea and did have boba, so I'm guessing it was mine haha. My friend didn't really like the Golden Milk Tea (also got less sweet and added boba), as she said it wasn't the type of black tea flavor she was expecting. My other friend thought her oreo blended drink was ok but had a strange aftertaste that she couldn't really describe. There were a lot of people inside on a Saturday night. Interior was cute with the Christmas decorations. There were a good amount of wooden tables and benches throughout, but one of the bench cushions at the back table had a huge tear in it, which didn't look comfortable or sanitary.

Service is good, I got the caramel twist and mozzarella sticks. The drink was alright nothing special but the mozzarella sticks were so goood wether they're frozen or not they lovely. The downside is that they don't have marinara sauceee . Um also their WiFi is unaccessible, I came with friends to study but left quickly not being able to connect. The employees were unable to help us with that to, but they tried.

This is the kind of boba shop that takes you right back in time--the kind of place where local high schoolers hang out after class, with free WiFi and a comforting snack. It's been here for years, and you can feel that nostalgic charm the moment you walk in. I ordered the popcorn chicken, and wow--it tasted just like I remember from when I used to frequent these kinds of boba shops after high school. Perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, and addictive. The mango tofu was a surprise hit, with its lightly fried texture and zesty mango seasoning. And the Crackin' choco thai tea is just such a fun drink. Breaking through the chocolate lining the cup is just so satisfying haha. The Oreo cookie croffle did not disappoint either. If you're looking for a place with good vibes, classic boba shop flavors, and a touch of nostalgia, this spot is it. Definitely coming back! Thanks for reading! ^-^

Honeydew boba for the win!!! I got the honeydew boba drink. It was yummy. So refreshing and sweet, but not overly sweet. It was really good. I'd get this drink over and over. 10/10 My fiancé got a Thai tea and a milk tea. He enjoyed them both. 10/10 Overall great teas. The honey boba is really good. And love the honeydew drink!

Sunset tea (small) with chia seeds

Service was quick and the place is clean. It's a chill relaxing setting. During the day I can imagine there's lots of natural lighting, and at night they use yellow light so it's not as harsh a lighting compared to white lights. Saw lots of people getting work done or just hanging out. Sunset tea (passion fruit + peach) regular size has chia seeds in it. Had it with green tea and it was refreshing and light. The other alternative would be black tea. Lots of parking in the parking lot and restroom is clean.

Fresh boba balls are imperative and Dragonfly Tea Bar is always fresh. They also have a huge variety of other delicious drink options and some good quick bites too. Popcorn chicken (spicy ) is a favorite of mine. It's all an indulgent treat, so fun, and yummy. Service was friendly and quick (and cute ;). The interior is efficient and clean with hard wood tables and seating. There is a cute small upper area where one takes shoes off and sits Japanese style. There's also a tiny bit of seating outside where they tried to make it inviting with a little plants and things. It's a little strip mall where In-N-Out and Taco Loco and 85° Bakery are located. While there's plenty of parking, it's a busy place and parking spaces are also very tight. They've been there for many years and have always been consistent. Close to Chapman in the 55 freeway. It was really refreshing seeing a group of teens just hanging out after a football game. I went with my wife this past Saturday. As she and I sat in this hole in the wall come to life. The ambiance was pretty mellow and had a nice fit better than $tarbucks. The food was good. The drinks were on point for sure!!!. The service was great. I truly recommend this place young, middle and old.

The strawberry rainbow croffle. Terrible! Do NOT Order. Taste like a half frozen eggo with whipped cream and strawberry fruit sauce.

The food: let's be clear, there is only one item to order here that looks and taste better than it looks and better than other establishments offerings. This is their Popcorn Chicken! You can order their popcorn chicken in different levels of spicyness (scoville level) but depending on who is in the kitchen, it will be different every time you order it. They have no clear direction when cooking. This applies also their drinks sweetness. But with that being said it's good. Now the Bad. Don't ever order their Croffles. They are terrible and worse yet they do not look or taste anything like their menu picture offering. (See photos for comparisons. The service is fine for the generation and age group they are and generally serve. The ambiance is varied. Some days it's loud music some days it's no music but one think you can consistently count on is to bring a sweater they like to keep it cold. If you have a fav drink or item you like to order I would suggest staying consistent. Because not everything is good. But it's good enough. Better than their competitor across the street which now closed down.

What time are you open 'til? Asking to confirm the 1am shown on Yelp is accurate bc I've a hard time believing any boba shop in OC is open past 9pm (all others that say they are on Yelp are liars who don't update their hours).

Yes, they are open until 1am!

Has the ownership changed in the past year or so? The drinks aren't as customizable as I remembered.

    Do they have a printer?

    Yes, they have a printer.

    Good place for homework?

Yes! They even have a printer.

    What's the WiFi password?

I don't know, because i wasn't dining in! But I'm pretty sure you can ask a staff member....

    Do they have outlets?

    Yup

I normally just order milk tea but I kinda want to switch it up, does anyone have any good bubble tea recommendations ? Thank you!

the peach milk tea with the regular boba is my favorite :+)

This is currently my favorite matcha place in the OC!…read more I like to think I'm a matcha latte purist, so I get mine 25%/less-less sweet and normally don't get cream tops or a bunch of extra toppings. I've tried many of the popular matcha lattes in OC, and I feel like a lot of them are only good when you add a cream top or some kind of fruit puree/mash...or just too sweet for my liking. Not this place. Their matcha latte is genuinely good on its own, and not too sweet at less-less sweet. You can actually taste the matcha, and their lattes are a nice bright green. I also really appreciate that they hand-whisk their matcha. A lot of places use a premixed paste or some kind of pre-made blend, so I really like knowing their extra effort put into my $7 latte. I also noticed they use Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract/Paste in their syrup, which I thought was a nice little indication that they care about the ingredients they use. (It's a good quality brand!) Also, their standard milk is oat milk! Definitely get a salt bread to go with your matcha! It's soft and chewy with a buttery center and is such a good pairing. Pretty solid. I've also had coffee here, and I enjoyed it. I'm not a coffee expert, but I thought it was smooth. It didn't have that over-brewed bitter taste. There's plenty of parking in the plaza, but just be prepared for a long line. It can get pretty busy! This place is small (with most of the space being used for whisking match) and there's no seating, so this is definitely more of a grab-and-go spot. I've only had one bad experience with this place, where my latte was a little too milky and clumpy (which I'm going to attribute as an off-day), but that was only once out of the....ten(?) times I've been here. Overall, this is my go-to matcha spot in OC and one I'll happily keep coming back to!

Once I spotted it, I was determined to come back soon, so when a friend wanted to get together for brunch I knew just the place!! The exterior of the café is very industrial looking but once you step inside it's very warm and inviting. Inside seating is pleasantly cozy with sturdy/solid wood furniture, and decor that makes you feel like you're in someone's home for a bite to eat and some good conversation. With good coffee. The smell of freshly brewed coffee ~ heavenly! The weather was really nice so we chose to sit in their back patio where they gave a handful of tables that are surrounded by so many mature trees and plants! I'd highly recommend sitting out there if the weather permits! So you order at the counter and your food is brought out to you when it's ready. I ordered the Caprese Bagel sandwich with a side of chicken sausage and a cofffee. The sandwich was satisfying and the coffee was great. I'm not sure if they usually come around to refill coffee or if you have to go up to the counter for refills, but no one came around outside offering any. I really would have enjoyed a second (and maybe even third) cup. Overall it is a cute spot, serving good food and coffee. The restaurant itself is cozy and decorated with a lot of generic signs you would see from Hobby Lobby (very live laugh love). It has both indoor and outdoor seating which is nice. I got a steak and eggs, and honestly the steak was awful. I've never eaten such a dry piece of meat, it was reminiscent of what people feed their dogs for their birthday. It was supposed to be medium rare, but it was definitely well done and a low quality cut of meat. The fruit was good, sweet and in season. Bread was tightly toasted and buttered but they gave me the wrong type - it took 50+ minutes to get the food so I didn't bother telling them. The eggs were cooked well, I enjoyed them with some salt and pepper. The cashier came up to us at around 45 minutes after ordering and asked us how we wanted our eggs cooked because she hadn't asked at the beginning, and my friend and I were surprised that they hadn't started until then. Overall I don't think I plan on coming back any time soon. It's pretty close to Peter's Canyon which is a great option for a post-hike meal, but there are definitely other restaurants nearby that have better service and food.
