I'm sad to report that instead of fixing my problem, this company made it worse. I didn't have a leak before their work, and now I do. It felt like constant nickel-and-diming -- fix one issue, create another, then charge an additional $200 each time. I'm also concerned that opening my main sewer line may cause further issues, because of their nickel and dime approach. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. These guys did a great job! I had an issue with my washing machine drain. I called them, they said they could make it out late in the evening the same day. They then contacted me to let me know they'd be over in the afternoon! When they arrived, they were very thorough in their process. They used the camera to see the drain issue. Today it was Matt's turn to start things off. The glass door over our tub is at one end of the tub, the end farthest from the plumbing. Matt balanced on the edge of the tub (no boots in the fiberglass tub) and reached all the way to the business end of the tub to work on the drain stopper. Excellent job Matt! Recently had Marvelous Plumbing come out for a clogged drain. It clogged in the evening and they were quick to respond about our problem, we were able to wait until the next day, but they did arrive the following day after my phone call. Robert the plumber came out, very pleasant young man, greeted me with a smile. He explained everything step by step on what he would be doing to try to resolve the problem. He snaked our drains but there was too much going on in there for that to fix our clog. We opted for the Hydrojetting service to fix our problem. This service was a longer term solutions rather than a short term fix. He came out the first time and was here about two hours. Since we opted to get the hydrojetting service he came out the next day which took about 3 hours. Really great experience with Marvelous Plumbing twice in a row. A few weeks ago Gilbert came out at night to fix a clogged kitchen sink. Took apart the pipes and cleaned everything, didn't take shortcuts, and resolved the problem with a very fair price. Today Jessie came out to unclog a bathroom sink and flush our water heater. Again the price was good and clearly established up front, and he didn't take shortcuts with the cleaning. He also went out to grab a spare part and installed it free of charge.
