His estimate was the middle of the highest and lowest estimates I received from other Plumbing Companies for the same proposed fix with a 5 year warranty. I'm sad to report that instead of fixing my problem, this company made it worse. I didn't have a leak before their work, and now I do. It felt like constant nickel-and-diming -- fix one issue, create another, then charge an additional $200 each time. I'm also concerned that opening my main sewer line may cause further issues, because of their nickel and dime approach. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
