Luis came by to service our vertical faucet. We had to shut off the main line because there was just so much water coming out of our washing machine pipeline. I called Drain Right and the call center took my name, phone number, and the service I needed. She told me dispatch will call me shortly and about 10 minutes later they did. Dispatch then told me it will be 1 - 2 hours before they arrive so I said ok. In the meanwhile I kept calling other top rated companies on Yelp that listed they had an emergency service. 10 minutes later I received a call from Dispatch and they told me their tech Luis just opened up and that they were gonna arrive in 5-15 minutes. Luis arrived and gave us a free estimate. I already got a lot of estimates from other companies while I was waiting for the tech to arrive and to my surprise, the price I got was extremely reasonable and was a lot lower than most plumbing companies. Luis wrote the quote on paper and showed it to me, I approved it and he got to work right away. He fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Their tech Luis was excellent! Great customer service, very knowledgeable, extremely polite, and overall a genuinely nice guy. He had a company iPad and their pricing are all standardized so you know you don't have to worry about sleazy salesmen trying to jack up the prices. He wore a clean uniform and looked extremely professional. This is a company you can trust to be in business for multiple decades. Why do companies send coupons in bulk mail coupon envelopes? Are they looking for business? Are they new and want to add to their client base? Are they offering a discount in the hopes of finding more expensive jobs? I don't need a plumber often, but when I had a slow bathtub drain, Hubby noticed a "Drain Cleaning" coupon in one of those mass mailed envelopes. When I spoke to Ryan, he was very nice and had someone available the same day! I got an email to let me know a technician was on his way, and it even included his name and photo. About an hour later, Jesus Flores arrived at my house. He was masked and even wore disposable shoe covers. I had a list of items that I wanted him to look into and/or give me an estimate for. He went down my list and took care of everything, or instructed me on what to get at Home Depot to do by myself. He was very competent, professional, and pleasant to work with. My plumbing needs were taken care of quickly, and I am happy with the work completed. Initially called them for a backup in the house, turns out needed to do a whole redrain underneath (old, original drain pipes) the house. The whole process from the initial call ( I believe his name was Nick who took my call) to have someone (in my case Jonathan) come out, to showing what really needed to be done (ie the redrain), to providing an estimate (including warranty info, financing options, time for job to be completed, etc) to completion of the job was completely professional, friendly, and respectful of the property. The crew (Ignacio, Leo, and Juan Carlos) that did the job was great the entire time. Ignacio, who I was communicating with the most, was very patient in explaining and showing to me how bad the pipes looked and the worked that was being done every step of the way. Thanks! Disappointing experience all around. Called in the morning and was given an arrival window of 1pm-3pm. Was told they would call when the technician was on the way. I finally called back at 3:30pm when I hadn't heard from them. Was told technician would arrive by 4pm. I called them back at 4:30pm because I was still waiting. "Oh, he's on his way now," I was told...Dude didn't arrive until after 5:20pm. I spent the entire day waiting around and being lied to about arrival time. Once here, the dude decided to lecture me about waiting a few days to have my drain snaked. I'm 40, not 14. I'm also paying you $150 for you to snake my drain. I also waited all day for you and arrive. The condescending lecture was the icing on the unprofessional cake. The work seems decent (how hard is it to snake a drain and replace a toilet valve?) but not worth all the trouble and rudeness. When he finished, he told me he was on his way to another job. We left for dinner 20 minutes later. When we opened the garage door he was still sitting there in his van. He quickly jetted away when he saw us. I ran back inside to grab something. Then we saw him sitting in his van down the street, parked on the side of the road. No wonder he was running late all day...just chillin for over 30mins after finishing our job--Leaving another poor sucker waiting. Oh, by the way, I finally got a text at 11pm letting me know the technician is on his way. What a joke. We'll use another company next time. read more

Update as of 5/29/2020, and I've officially made Drain Right, specifically, Brandon, my one stop and call for all my plumbing problems. To put things in perspective, my grandparents don't speak English, and they had a leaky toilet. I couldn't get to their place in time and knew I had to call someone I trust, someone that I wouldn't mind leaving alone with my grandparents, both in their 80s and don't speak any English. So, Brandon came to the rescue yet again for my family. Not only was he timely and professional as always, but he treated my grandparents as if they were his family, with love and kindness. SCAM ALERT! SCAM ALERT! My bathtub was not draining, leaving standing water behind in the bathtub. I saw an ad from Drain Right Services for $45 to clear the drain line and decided to give them a call. Abraham from Drain Right Services showed up and attempted to snake out the drain line. After about 30 minutes he says, so sorry but in order to clear the drain line, we will need to tear into the bathroom wall by removing the drywall, and then we will need to remove sections of your floor by using a JACK HAMMER and dig deep, deep into the slab to expose the pipe to find the issue. All this for ONLY $6,200. And then Abraham was so kind and so gracious he offered me a 10% discount on top of that just to ease my woes. Shortly after he left, I called another plumber to get a second opinion and it just so happened it was a simple fix costing under $70 to un-clog the bathtub drain. Always get a second or even a third opinion. Otherwise, you just might get SCAMED! read more

Most of the time is hit and miss, you either get unethical, dirty or un experience technicians that want to get in an out if they're not making thousands. I had a clogged toilet, not a big deal unless the smell is horrible and your not able to use the toilet.
