Contacted Drain Right again for an HVAC issue I was experiencing. Everything about this company is top notch. They followed-up with a call very shortly to schedule an appointment. They called me 30 minutes before arrival to advise ETA. The technician Cody was very friendly, not in a rush, and patiently explained the issue. He asked for my confirmation to pay for a diagnosis ($75, applied to any work performed), and then went about making the repair. The repair was easy enough that there were no additional charges beyond the $75. Cody then took the time to explain proper maintenance and other improvements I could make. I called drain right from one of the coupons found on the valpak envelopes that are usually sent to my home. I noticed the coupon from Drain Right at $45 for a drain cleaning special. When I called them they immediately answered and made an appointment the next day. On the day of the appointment , they called me 30 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know that they were on their way. When Daquan C. Was sent over to my home, he was very professional and kind. He even brought over his own shoe covers because it was raining that day. He explained from top to bottom on what our drain was going through and may possibly need and acquire. All in all, it was a great experience to have our drain/ tub cleaned out in a timely manner. Based on the response provided by the owner this is still a one star rating. Implying that someone expected free work is disingenuous and gaslighting. When a customer calls and asks these questions up front and is then told the estimate is free why would any reasonable person expect anything otherwise. It was a bait and switch tactic that someone desperate would have fell for. I was able to get the issue corrected with another business who knew what they were doing and didn't ask for anything to simply open the tankless unit and tell me what the diagnostic code meant. Also if I knew the exact problem up front or it was obvious, why would you even need to come out in the first place. read more

Drain Right Services was extremely prompt and efficient in getting a tech out to help us. Nery Saavedra was our tech and he was knowledgeable, personable and very professional. Nery quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us three possible repair scenarios with detailed costs so we could decide what was best for our wallet without the typical sales pressure to purchase. Also, I have to point out that Drain Right was the ONLY company that offered to come out and NOT charge a diagnostic fee which is exceptional in itself! Due to our older system, the parts needed to be ordered so we did have to wait a short bit during the recent cold spell for those to come in (this was no fault of Drain Right). However, Drain Right prioritized us so when the parts were received, Nery came out right away to get our heating system back in working order.
