They came out quickly. Because of the way Yelp works there was a bit of miscommunication about my need, but we got to the right discussion. I needed to replace valves coming out of the wall with a connection box. The space I had for them ended up having some surprises hidden behind the wall, so plans changed and I think they handled it quite well. I have not gotten the drywall back in so I don't have a picture, but it is what you would expect. They cleaned everything up, hooked up appliances, and tested for function and leaks. The price was within the range expected. This is not a bargain company, but worth the value. Dan was an absolute workhorse, got in and got all the bad luck and hard work. Hi, i believe this is my second review. But I have to say again, they are very easy to work with. I'm a single lady, totally got jacked over when hiring another to install fixtures the bathroom. Long story, but there is what they pulled out of my wierd t-shape drain sink that is connected to the hall bathroom. No other plumber, or handyman was able to fix it. They charged a flat fee of $75 bucks to come out and clear a drain. They could tell I was stressed out, they immediately calmed me down in a real, honest way and reassured me it's not a huge expensive disaster. A special shout out to Chandon. All three toilets were not flushing!!! We were in dire need of a plumber on a late Saturday afternoon. We contacted several other plumbers who could not come out right away. My 40 year old hot water heater tank started leaking Saturday, July 13 and I thought I had been able to stop the leak, but no such luck. I placed a call to Tommy at Drain Time Plumbing on Monday afternoon, July 15, and they got me scheduled immediately for today. Dan showed up earlier than expected by 15 minutes (yay!) and then James arrived. Both were very professional, got to working immediately, bought the items they needed (hoses, straps, pan, etc) to bring me up-to-date, removed my old water heater, installed the new one, checked to ensure there were no leaks and that everything was working properly, and cleaned up the workspace before leaving. Apparently, the Holidays are notorious for clogs and we were no exception! Drain time Plumbing came out on an emergency basis in a surprisingly short period of time. The tech was pleasant, professional and tidy. Unfortunately he was not able to clear the clog in our 65 year old cast iron pipes. He consulted with his company and they came out the next morning to assess the problem. The issue was much bigger than we had expected. This was the third company we had come by. The others wanted to cut into the Tile to fix the shower that wouldn't turn off. Draintime shut off the water removed the shower cartridge, went to brothers and got a new cartridge and the shower is fixed. It took them 2 hours and was 750 dollars, but it looks so much better than it would have with the Tile cut. If you have a job that requires competence, I highly highly recommend Draintime. read more
