I would strongly not recommend this company for plumbing services. The communication was not…read moregreat. We agreed on a discounted price, and then they reneged. Would not agree to it even after I had documentation. Also, they were not on time, and did not notify any arrival time windows. They had no business cards, and no invoice of the price details. Even their discount price was very high. I contacted another plumbing service, and they immediately came out. Their price for the same work was half of Sewer & Drain Champion. Sewer and Drain Champion has no credibility and is poorly managed. Do not use them! Dillon the Owner promptly responded. He said they have no recollection of my dealings with them. That is not true! One of the technicians I dealt with was Bill. He was cordial, etc. and worked to get the price of the sump pump installation down to $2500. from $2800. An employee named Chase texted me and said they couldn't offer the lower price. The other company I am now hiring can do the exact same work for $1400. So don't tell me it can't be any lower. Also, an employee named Matt was supposed to install the new sump pump and never communicated to me any arrival time. Here's a picture of the company's van parked in front of my residence last week. They were here and I did interact with them. I recommend any future customers use Sewer and Drain Champion use at your own risk. I hope you have a better experience than I did. Crickets! Your company was here. I have no further comments or wish no further interaction with you or your company. I will definitely never recommend anyone to use your plumbing services. There are many more professional and credible companies out there with better competitive pricing.

After talking to Trenchless; I received an email confirmation for an appointment on the same day (Saturday) which was within a few hours. I later received another email of a name (Joseph Johnson) and picture of the technician to arrive. I did receive a call asking if the tech could arrive earlier since he most likely finished his previous appointment and I accepted. Joseph arrived and we discussed the problem. I previously tried to resolve the sewer clog but was unsuccessful. I already had pulled the toilet so it was easy for him to start his rooter/snake machine and he was able to unclog the sewer line easily within an hour or less. Joseph was very nice and professional and cares about his customers and the service he provides. We chatted briefly and thanked him for the great work. I did ask him if they could camera the line so I can find the cleanout right in the front of the house (not near sidewalk) and he scheduled someone to come over on Monday. The service call was only $99 and my problem was resolved by a real professional. Thanks Trenchless and Joseph!

Great Service, Energy and Workmanship! Kudos Kaelin, really thorough and clean work! Kaelin quoted me $125 for professional snaking through my stand pipe from the washer machine that was clogged. Water was gushing back up from it. I called Roto Rooter at 1st and they wanted to charge me $3200 for pipe, removal and replacements???...uhhh then $420 as I told them I could not afford $3200??? LOL. So I found Drain Tech through Yelp and Kaelin responded fast, was here in less then an hour and was very professional. I saved so much money and I feel as if lucked out in finding this company...I will call on them again when needed! I was able to do 6 loads of laundry afterwards, whew! So Thank You again! My tub had the worst clog and I called Draintech to come and see what the problem was and the technician had it snaked and unclogged within 30 minutes. It really resonated with us because of how overall customer service these days has taken a back seat to profit. ( nothing wrong with profit, but there is a blend for success ) I had 4 bids for a complete re-pipe of our home. 2 of the 4 , barely looked at our concerns, and one company didn't even come out, just gave me a HIGH quote over a text message. My wife and I were immediately set at ease by Armon. Not only did he come out as he said, he was on time and communicated with us at all times. He took the time to take pictures, ask questions of us AND listen to our concerns. We were actually able to negotiate a workable solution and price, which was something the other companies were unwilling to do. One week before the agreed upon start date, I had the pleasure of meeting Art, another brother, I believe there are 3 brothers. But anyway, this guy is TOP SHELF ! He came out and told us he would be doing the re-pipe job, and he went over everything that he needed for me to due in preparation for their arrival. On the start day, they were half an hour early. They went straight to work. All during the day Art was keeping me informed of any and all issues that we should be aware of, and asking ME my opinion, Incredible. These guys worked together very well, it was obvious that they are highly experienced in all aspects of plumbing and re piping. Top of the line tools and well organized parts caught my attention quickly. During the course of this project we had walls exposed in multiple areas, old steel pipe being removed, it looked like mayhem to this home owner, but to them it was all part of this difficult process. At all times they were keeping things picked up and vacuumed, always aware, and causing no harm to our property. Needless to say, this big job had us with some high anxiety, but the feeling that we had while they worked and after completion was so satisfying.
