I then asked what the difference would be between getting a particular cabinet color (not knowing what my options were or what would be in stock without a company name), and she said custom vs semi custom are just words and that it's all pretty much custom so it wouldn't make a difference. Upon asking a few more questions, she proceeded to tell me "I'm not sure if you saw, but our company has almost a 5-star review and that's almost unheard of". I didn't know what to make of it, but considering what some of their reviews mentioned, I felt as though we were going to get the same treatment. She said she'd get back to me by Friday with a quote and a visual of the kitchen updates-- it was Tuesday that day. We gave her a call that Friday afternoon to follow up and she insisted that the cabinet company was taking a while and that she'd get back to us by Monday the latest if not over the weekend. We waited and got nothing so my husband called her the following Wednesday without ever hearing from her. She continued to reassure us that she hasn't forgotten about us and that she'd get back to us by Monday for sure. It's now been 21 days and we got no updates or any communication from them. It's clear that this is a pattern for them and I'd advise someone looking to get work done by someone reliable and honest to look elsewhere.

(Color clashed with the walls and was pretty worn) Someone came to the house and did all of the measurements for where we wanted to replace the carpet and was pretty quick. Afterwards we had to set an appointment to go into the store and make selections using their samples. We chose to upgrade our carpet padding for the basement area and keep basic padding but upgrade the carpet in the bedroom area. Pricing wise, they have some of if not the best prices in the area! The carpet we ordered took about two weeks to come in. Once they arrived, Floor Advisors came to our home and installed the carpet. We were amazed at how fast the installation was. It gets better, he says he can drop 1k off the first quote price. Then proceeded to get upset because I won't agree to a purchase / install on the spot. Will gladly go spend money else where other than this shady spot.. I'm sure he would have substituted the padding or something for else to make his profit.
