I think they cooked the fries too early. Other than that (and that is significant in my book), it was great! Located in a small food hall, there's a variety of seating. I loved all the activity all around. It reminded me of years gone by--when people gathered. The po boys were delicious (my shrimp & sausage and my daughter's shrimp and fish) and they are a good size given the price. I will go back again but I hope I don't get cold fries again. I had the fish sandwich. It was soooo good!!! Nice and hot and so pretty flaky and white on the inside. You'll feel like the sandwich is just melting in your mouth. Her sauce is so good. I wish I had got some on the side to dip my chips in. I have to get back here soon it's so many other menu items I want to try. Visited on a Friday during the day. Dream Street is located inside of The Mill on North. We were greeted with a nice lady named Tiyae. We knew we wanted the shrimp and salmon chopped cheese but had questions about the big 4 tacos. She helped and answered our questions with a smile.. I felt welcomed. Now, the sub was great... shrimp were a generous size and there def was a nice cheese pull, I give it a 9/10 only cause they didn't have hots too add to it lol. So I had kept hearing about this chopped cheese sub from Dream Street Cuisine that I finally had to pull up & see what it was about. It's located in the Mill on North (I've did a review of it already). The service was great the cashier was quick & efficient in ringing people up so despite it being a line the wait wasn't long. Plus she was very informative so any questions you had she was answering & keeping the line moving. But let's get into it cause y'all know what we all here for. I ordered the chopped cheese. It's a sub with salmon chopped up to perfection made how you like with a bunch of jumbo shrimp. It was $18 but it comes with fries (which were delicious) plus I got a large half & half for $5. Dream Street Cuisine was one of perhaps 5 open vendors at The Mill on North. I wandered by each vendor stall checking out the posted menu items and asking employees what foods they recommended. Out of all the vendors, Dream Street had the best pitch and energy. The Dream Street employee told me the Big 3 Tacos were the most popular item. She quickly described the different tacos (shrimp, crab, fish) and answered my questions about the sauce applied to the tacos. I was sold and thus placed my order and paid. The employee asked where I'd be sitting to eat and told me she'd bring my food out. 10-15 mins later, my food arrived. The plastic container was FULL...then I noticed there were fries in there. Interesting... The fries were well made but seemed to be seasoned almost with a pinch of sugar - which isn't the most desirable way to eat it, IMO. Additionally, fries and tacos are a weird concept to me. I think chips and guac would make more sense and I'd pay extra for that experience. As far as the tacos, I LOVED the fish one. It was the first one I ate and it was fire! The fish itself was amazing, it had like a layer of rice, corn, and beans at the bottom, and that sauce, LAWD. I only ate half the crab taco as I'm wary of crab (there are ALWAYS SHELLS) and it was light on the seasoning. The shrimp one only had 3 shrimp in it...and so I only ate about half of that taco too. Overall, I think I'd prefer chips and salsa/guac and no fries and a Big 3 Tacos option of just fish. The food is well prepared and the customer service is great though, so I recommend. read more

I booked Dream Street Cuisine for my daughter party let me first start off by saying the customer service was awesome from the first time of contact throughout the whole entire process and beyond! The staff was on time arrived a hour and a half early before the party start time to set up etc .The food was delicious everyone one raved about how good the food was thur out the whole event and after. One thing that caught my attention also was the food portion size. I have attended recent events with food truck vendors there and the food portions was so small it was crazy! Not Dream Street Cuisine you get a great amount of food. Looking forward to booking Chef Dae and her staff when I have another event. Awesome customer service, punctual and delicious food!
