After purchasing my two slices of pizza, there was a big ass roach crawling towards the kitchen and i was about to ask the cashier guy for a refund and cancel my order. This place is a great find in East Harlem. The pizza slices are massive and the flavors are on point. The margherita slice is my favorite. I tried the buffalo chicken and it was good as well. The slices with a ton of toppings have a heavier crust, naturally because they don't want the toppings to fall off the crust. The ones that are mostly cheese and sauce are thin and crunchy. I wish I could give 0 stars. Without a doubt, the most abominable pizza one earth. Pizza arrived cold and a grayish-white color. The cheese was the texture of cake frosting and, literally, glued to the pizza dough. I knew right away something was wrong and therefore, didn't risk tasting it. I immediately called Dreamer's and the moron who answered, insisted that he just made the pizza fresh. Ha! I told him there was no way he did b/c there wasn't even grease stains in the bottom of the pizza box, which would indicate it was just made. I don't know what backalley dumpster they pulled this pizza out of, but these bastards need to be put out of business before they poison someone to death. I am quite particular when choosing pizza, so I am grateful that Dreamer's Pizza makes custom pizzas without any hassle or overcharging. My large pie came out to seventeen dollars and arrived at my apartment in half an hour (I live sixteen blocks and two avenues away). Very pleased. Calzone was crisp with a flavorful crust, perfect ratio of ricotta to mozzarella. You could also taste fresh garlic. Tips: You'll have to wait at least 45/50 minutes to get your pizza if not more. Do not order when starving. If you have a question regarding your order, ask it on the phone, there's a better chance you'll get someone who speaks English. If there's a discrepancy with your order be prepared to defend your case on the phone. The customer is never right. (Got into a fucking screaming match with the manager there bc I did not receive goat cheese on my pizza and he said that it was there. it was a 20 minute argument over the phone.) We ordered the meat lover Dreamers Pizza for a weekend treat. We hadn't ordered from here before but having had a bad experience with a couple of other places recently we decided to be brave and try somewhere new! We were not disappointed.... The pizza was delicious! The delivery was prompt and the pizza arrived hot which has been an issue in recent times with other restaurants! We requested no onions and for them to be substituted with mushroom and that was what they did no fuss or extra cost. We do love a weekend pizza so were relieved to receive this tasty treat. It validated our lazy, staying in selves!! I particularly enjoyed the green pepper which was cooked perfectly... i.e not completely to mush as some places do! Never again. I was super excited to find a spot in the neighborhood offering whole wheat pizza. First time I ordered a pie with pineapples, ham, and sausage. The sausages were good put the ham was gross I had to throw it out. Also, my pie was burnt on the bottom. The delivery guy who was chatting on the phone when he came to the door initially have me the wrong pie but luckily I checked it at the door. Today, I was desperate and decided to try again. I order the veal parm sandwhich and the chicken roll. The veal was super chewy likely from being frozen and defrosted multiple times. The chicken roll simply was not something I would recommend. I got it with mozzarella and tomatoes. The bread was brushed multiple times in butter and was very greasy; even for a chicken roll. The chicken seems to be is a reg frozen patty chopped up and not seasoned. The tomato appeared to be fresh. Still waiting to find decent pizza with fresh ingredients in the neighborhood. read more

Stopped here for a quick lunch with some friends. It was completely empty on a Saturday afternoon (we almost didn't go in because it looked close), but sure enough someone in the kitchen waved to us through the window to come inside. On the outside, it's your standard pizza joint: order at the counter, pre-made slices/whole pizzas on display, and a few tables scattered around. But the pizza itself... I wasn't sure what to order, so I had my friends go before me. They were going to split a slice of the vegetable combo, which made me laugh until I saw it. The slices here are extremely generous, and I'm not just talking about the cut. I've never seen so many ingredients piled onto a single slice in my life! The broccoli, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms were all very fresh and added a lot of texture to the slice, which by itself wouldn't be anything special. It's safe to say I was convinced to have the same as them. It's not the cheapest place in the world, but you definitely get what you pay for here. If I were ever displaced somewhere around 100th street again, I'd definitely come back to Dreamer's. read more

I've never gone to the actual location, only delivery, but really great healthy options. They have a healthier wheat germ crust pizza. They have thin crusts, fresh mozzarella and a great selection of veggies. I honestly order this pizza at least once a week. Lots of the healthier pizzas don't generally come with sauce but they're so delicious, it took me awhile to realize. I'm forced to admit that I've consumed an entire one of their pies in one sitting. Happily, after 8 pies, you get a free one. The spinach pizza with mozzarella and ricotta is amazing. I'm also a fan of the vegetarian one with eggplant and zucchini. Really great pizza. read more
