I have ordered a lot from Dreamruns lately and initially was very happy with their prices and selection. I am building a garage bike workshop and am building my first mountain bike, and I have ordered many of my parts from these guys. This week, however, I received an order which did not include 2 things I had paid for (disc brake levers). I've been pretty impressed with this place overall. As a skier, I feel like they cater more to snowboarders, but they definitely carry all the winter sports essentials. My 5 stars has to do with the service I received and their willingness to price match. We were leaving for Mammoth to ski last season, and I really wanted a Burton jacket I'd seen for 50% off at REI, but it wasn't going to ship in time for our trip. Turns out DreamRuns had it in stock, and when I called ahead, Cameron said he'd match the sale price at REI. TBH, I love REI but I was really happy to be able to spend my money with a local small business instead. Give these guys a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed. read more

Hole in the wall location but great for what I needed for both a ski and snowboard tune up for the season. They offer a variety of top brands for snow sports and biking. The store itself is clean and well stocked. They did not have a technician available to adjust the bindings on my skis but suggested a nearby location. Ok... so I hadn't gone boarding in a while.... Like pre-Covid. So I find this place called DreamRuns on Yelp and give them a call about getting my board waxed and new edges. Dropped it off and waited a couple days, got a call when it was ready to go and they pointed out that the bindings could be an issue on the slopes since they look very old and worn. He told me about a sale that was going on for the last few left of some new clean bindings and said "Kinda got a feeling here... you might wanna think about new bindings... If you don't need them, just bring them back for a refund." So I was like ok sure, another guy just trying to upsale me, but he gave me a receipt and told me I'll have no issues asking for a refund so I felt all was good. Back of my mind I was like, pfft imma just return these bindings even though they were on sale since I probs don't need them. So I left them in the trunk. I get to Tahoe, drop my board down, put my foot onto the current bindings, proceeded to snap in AND THEY FREAKING SNAPPED RIGHT OFF!! Old Bindings broke right there! The Wizard at DreamRuns was right!! My trip would have been wrecked buying new bindings at mountain prices. DreamRuns is legit af y'all!! Will definitely be going back here for all my boarding needs! Last minute before going to the mountains tomorrow morning, I was looking for new boots and bindings after 10 years! I figured I'd splurge and try the new Burton Step On bindings and boots and noticed online that DreamRuns had some in stock in the OC. Never been to this shop before but was immediately impressed walking in at the selection they offered. Cameron helped me out and got me into Burton and DC boots which I ended up settling on the DC boots and Burton Genesis bindings. Everyone was super friendly, cute shop dog hanging out, and people were really helpful. I had an older Custom X board with older EST channels and hardware which at first didn't seem to fit the new bindings (meaning I would've had to buy a new board). Another team member came over and figured it out! Just the willingness to come over and help was extremely appreciated regardless of whether or not they solved the problem. Parking was easy, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Looking to go back end of season to get more gear! read more

I took my board here to get waxed and got it back broken. I took it back and the one guy got angry at me and accused me of bringing it in like that and the other held the one back. So they fixed the broken part. Then when i got to the mountain in canada I did some heli boarding. When I got dropped off at the top of the mountain I finally noticed DreamRuns put my bindings on at goofy foot when I'm a regular. With no tools with me I had to come back down in the helicopter. Such a total waste of money. Im so fucking mad at this company I will tell everyone I know to never come here. read more

I don't know much about bicycles, but they had a mountain bike section in the corner. Layout of the store makes everything easily accessible. Went in and was so stoked to see the size of their showroom and the amount of gear they had in stock! They did an amazing job sizing me for pads, a helmet, gloves and clothing! I've been snowboarding for close to 30 years, and after a 7 year break, decided to get back into it and went in, got recommended the proper board based on my style of riding!
