The newest brick and mortar location for this business. The menu is very simple. The Quesabirria Tacos comes with 3 tacos and a cup of the soup to dip your tacos in. They do have other food items. But I only got the tacos to go. The tacos box they come with 2 slices of limes and good amount of the pickle onions. The service is fast because they are so new that it's that busy yet. Been here twice and I love the food. First time I went I got the Quesabirria Tacos those were fire I give those a 9/10. The second time I went I got the shrimp tacos and for my boyfriend I got him the quesabirria tacos with no cheese. So I get home on the first time I tried them those quesabirria tacos were good and it comes with consome soup the soup was a good add on the the meal and some pickled onions on the side. For the second time I went I got the shrimp tacos which were grilled to perfection and had some consome soup with pickled onions. I think the shrimp tacos are by far my favorite. Also had some elote on both trips. Very delicious. The server Mauricio was helpful in helping me decide on what to eat also you can just look at him and know what to eat. My boyfriend and I went to Dripped Birria Tacos on Thursday May 16th around 9 pm and were immediately greeted with an amazing atmosphere and our cashier/hostess, Erica. We both got the Quesabirria Tacos with beef and an order of Dripped Nachos. The tacos were amazing especially when dipped in the consume but the nachos were black bean chips I think which weren't our favorite. Nonetheless, our food and time spent here was still amazing. I would highly not recommend getting the shrimp tacos under any circumstances you're better off getting full on communion bread. The shrimp are the size of the dry shrimp that come in packages. The ambiance when you walk into this restaurant is relaxing. I could definitely come with friends and just enjoy the scenery. The service was a little slow, yet I feel that I came during a peak time. The food was okay. I did expect better based on the name, however, that does not mean it was bad or I will not go back. Although the horchata was amazing and one of the best I've had in the area. I'd give them a 4/5 for the food. The birria meat was a little tougher than I'm used too, yet the dip was very well seasoned. The staff was very rude. I arrived doing DoorDash. They were confused on the name of the order. They finally found it while waiting for the order they went out to have a smoke break, also helped two other pick up orders that were there after me After waiting 20 minutes for the food I was finally able to continue to drop off to the customer. It's watered down and lacked flavor. You do taste the heaviness of the cumin which I wasn't a fond of. Less cumin and a deep flavor would do the trick. This has to be the worst customer service ever what ever female yall have answering the phone at nignt is a complete moron.
