Our dirty plates sat on the table for a very long time, and eventually I gathered them myself and handed them to a staff member because no one came to clear them. Since we were celebrating my friend's birthday, I wanted to order a dessert. Instead of simply taking the order, the server immediately focused on asking whether I was okay with the price, which felt unnecessary and awkward. At the end of the meal, we asked for the birthday guest's meal to be split among the rest of us. Unfortunately, that request was ignored, and the entire amount was added to my bill instead. The next day I called the restaurant to share my concerns. No one followed up with me as promised. On top of that, I noticed two separate charges on my credit card, so I called again and spoke with a manager. The response I received was extremely dismissive. I was simply told there was nothing they could do. I work in the hospitality industry myself, so I understand that mistakes can happen. However, what truly disappointed me was not just the food or the service it was the complete lack of concern for a guest's experience.
