I never have to worry about dropping off or picking up my dry cleaning before it closes. They come to your house and everything is brought back by evening time the next day. If I don't have anything that needs cleaning, I don't put anything out. They are always very responsive to my questions and courteous as well. They return phone calls if you have any issues, within 24 hours as well. This is an amazing and convenient service that costs the same as my local dry cleaner but they pick up at my door and deliver it back (clean and pressed) the next day. It could not be any easier, - They pick it up dirty and deliver it back the next day clean. They will also jump through hoops if you need them too. For example-- I had a busy travel week- Returned from Chicago on Tuesday night and was leaving for Mammoth on Thursday Mid Day. I called Marc on Wednesday AM, which was not my normal pick up day. They have worked within my crazy travel schedule and always graciously adjust the dates for pick ups and drop offs. Their cleaning is also stellar. They will call if they have any concerns about potential damage to the clothing. If I have any questions or concerns about the clothes they will immediately pick up and clean the items until I am satisfied but thankfully I have not had to send anything back for years.
