Our house had a hold up in the main line that affected everything in the house. Our toilets wouldn't flush right, our showers would back up immediately, and we couldn't wash our clothes or even do dishes due to this clog. We went through our home warranty, which was a joke because they sent out a company that was quick to give up on us despite making us wait 3 days, leaving us showering at the gym for a week. I called Dennis at 7am, thinking I'd be leaving a message. He answered the phone and was already working. I explained our downstairs shower didn't have hot water and that my husband was recovering from a broken leg and surgery and could not go upstairs to shower. I called Dennis after reading other reviews. Our plumbing was backing up into the shower! Dennis came out within the hour. He gave an estimate over the phone before he arrived. He arrived with a mask for our protection and kept it on the entire time. Within 2 hours the job was complete and he charged much less than the original estimate. Before starting the job, he tried very hard to accomplish the task in the least expensive manner, but we did not have outside access so the toilet had to be removed.
