They advertise a $7.99 beef meat sauce bento M-F weekday special. I tried to order came up $9.99. Talked to front person. She spoke very little English. She said not on today. It was Wednesday. Asked to talk with manager in back. She said he was busy. So they don't care about customers. I will not be recommending them. read more

I went with my family of 4 and there just wasn't much food for the price of each dish. We ordered the xiao long bao, the braised beef shank and tendon soup($20), Classic Braised Beef Shank Noodle Soup($18), Pork chop noodle soup($17), and the Duan's Dry Noodle($14). In all the noodle soups, there were maybe like 4 pieces of meat which I would say is quite little considering each items price. The flavor was alright for each one but nothing that you couldn't get out at a different restaurant for a better price and larger quantity. In terms of service, they were quite slow considering that when we went there wasn't anyone else waiting for food(Waited for about 20-25 minutes). Ambiance is in the food court so just a typical food court vibe. All in all, we gave it a one star because 3 out of the 4 of us experienced food poisoning after eating here and had to stay home the rest of the day. :( read more

Their beef noodle soup is the most special and richest I have ever tasted. It is completely different from the others. The boss's special recipe makes the whole bowl taste incredibly layered. The beef is stewed to tender perfection, not overcooked, and it is very delicious. The taste and the noodles are also exquisitely handmade. The new Xiao Long Bao is special--not the typical soup dumplings, but with a meat filling that tastes excellent. The food is served quickly, and the service is good. Had lunch there yesterday and when I looked at what I had been charged today, I found it added $2.50 as tips to my $20.77 bill when I pressed the "No tips" button.
