All the teas have been perfect, you can mix your own combos. The lemonades, flavored waters and just the plain freaking water is perfect. Owner showed us his system for filtering his water and has me considering even getting all my drinking water from this guy. Vegan options for stuffed pretzels? Yes! Imagine our surprise when we casually asked and Dub not only has some off-the-menu suggestions they make but knows every ingredient down to using a soy wash instead of an egg wash and not using honey in the dough. Their flavors are fresh and rich. I've always liked fruit teas but so often, they're too sweet and leave a bitter after taste. Dubs tea & Water is great! The produce fresh leaves and harvest fresh batches. They manage the temperature per tea type so the leaves never burn. They spend time making pure brews and it's abundantly clear. The owner and the rest of the staff are very friendly, and they'll offer helpful suggestions for people who aren't sure what they want. They also sell gallons with a lot of variety. This is a really nice family owned business. My wife and I had blueberry pomegranate tea and it was amazing. We also ordered the handmade brisket and cheddar pretzels as well as a chicken jalapeño quesadilla. The food and service was great, we will be back. read more

Found this place by accident today (flat tire at the intersection). Great atmosphere: very easy going and informal without looking like they where trying to hard to look like they weren't trying to hard. Owner made coffee fresh for me. Very tasty, very distinctive. I drink my coffee black and this was one of the best cups of I've had in a long time. Priced very competitively at only $2 for a 20oz cup. WiFi is also there, so if you like many selections of homemade teas (both sweetened & non sweetened) as well as infused waters, coffee, etc. this is a Great place to meet. A starbucks-esque idea with a relaxed, non-pretentious atmosphere, with all homemade snacks (including a newish pastry fridge with super fresh goodies from a local pastry chef). Best deal-get an official durable Dubs Cup, good for really cheap refills for a year. Owners are community-conscious folks who host game nights for high-schoolers (and more).
