Me and my husband have been going this crepe place for the past year. We both always get the western omelette with a side of sour cream. The service we received today was extremely exceptional. The cashier/crepe maker Valentina made some great suggestions to my husband who wanted to switch it up and try a sweet crepe this time. Delicious crepes, great interior, and great service. I'd say this is one of the best crepes I've had in a very long time. It's soft all-around, different to the crepes that finishes with a crispy outer shell. Don't compare this to those, that's like comparing apples and oranges. I love the flavor of the crepe and how thin and soft the crepe is. For filling, we got the nutella & banana as well as the Southwest breakfast crepe. You can't go wrong with nutella & banana as it's the ultimate classic. The Southwest breakfast have a lot to improve, though. It was bland, and there wasn't enough salsa inside to really tie the ingredients together. We used the self-order counter to test it out and it worked perfectly. Very easy to use and you can customize your order right then and there. Our order arrived quickly and they delivered the order to our table (how they knew it was our order was another mystery entirely). They serve illy coffee here (tasted as expected). I got the strawberry and banana smoothie and it tasted perfect. Wasn't too sweet at all, and a great fruity drink to start the day! Awesome all around! These were quite possibly the best crepes we've ever had (we got one sweet lemon and two savory veggie ones). Lots of variety, and they can make many of the dishes gluten free and/or vegan, which we did for all our crepes. They were even better than the dedicated GF crepe place we used to go to. We felt great afterwards too so I think they use pretty clean ingredients. Cafe was bright, airy, and clean. Staff were nice and answered all our questions. A little pricey, but servings are pretty big. My daughter and I failed to finish our third crepe despite how yummy it was, and we didn't even try the vegan icecream! Decided to try this place on a whim. Was in the area and craving something sweet. Cute place with a euro feel. The utensils are cute too :) Wow, wow, WOW!! I ordered the icy crepe and the caramelized peaches crepe. Both were amazing!! The icy crepe came with vanilla ice cream and it was sooo good. The caramelized peaches were perfect, not too sweet, just right. I ordered take out online and it was fast and easy - the order was ready on-time within minutes of me placing the order. Thank Groupon for bringing me here. I have to say for someone with a major sweet tooth, how do I say no to crepe and nutella in the same sentence? Well you don't, you just go along with it! I will say its a bit pricey for a crepe, maybe $11-$12 but it was worth it since I had a groupon. I thought it was interesting that they had the ipads available to order and very convenient. As for someone with a groupon, I ordered and went through the whole process on the ipad until the lady said it wouldn't work on the ipad so I just wasted 3 minutes ordering! A lot of different options and customizable crepes to your liking, which I enjoy. From sweet crepes filled with chocolate, nutella, ice cream and fruits to savory crepes like ham and cheese or chicken! I only tried the sweet ones but the ingredients tasted fresh and the amount of sweets inside was very filling! As for the customer service, the lady was very nice and helpful. My groupon was for 1 savory and 1 sweet crepe but we didn't want a savory one as we just ate and she said it was okay to use both for savory ones. Appreciated that service! I love this place! I have been here several times, and each time everything I ordered was delicious. You pretty much can't go wrong. They have a huge variety of items, both savory and sweet. I must say I have only had the sweet stuff. Even though I'm always tempted to go savory, sweet tooth wins out! The place is very clean, an important point anytime but especially these days. It's bright and airy and it makes me feel I am somewhere in Europe (a girl can dream). Portions are large and worth the money. If you're in the mood for something a little different, try a crepe! Came here for brunch with a girlfriend, honestly I was not that impressed. The reviews really won me over but I didn't think it was all that. It's extremely pricey, even though the portions are big, it doesn't justify paying $13 for a crepe. I ordered a savory breakfast crepe and it didn't sit well it me. One of the Yelpers right totally right. This is NOT the most attractive crepes in town, nor the best, but their ingredients were fresh and the combinations on the menu were good. IF you compare this place to other well known crepe restaurants in DC, you may be disappointed. It is super clean and nice inside and cute concept. I cant really comment on service because we ordered our food through the ipad self-order area and the person who delivered the food to our table didn't say anything which was awkward just because this place was dead quiet. I visited on their first day of business and was very surprised at how neat and modern this restaurant is. The crepe selection is amazing along with a wide selection of coffee, tea, and other beverages. The crepe its self was very good and exceeded my expectations. The music choice is lounge like and relaxing. There are a variety of displays showcasing the menu. Self service stations make ordering a snap and easy. Restrooms are clean, clutter free and welcoming. The whole restaurant has a fresh, modern bright feel to it. I spoke with the owners Alexandra Loeffler and her family during my visit.
