    White rice

Dumpling house is one of my favorite Chinese spot in the area of woodhaven. I've been coming to this place for many years and still I Get the same great taste. You can say I've had countless and numerous combinations of platters, my favorite would be broccoli & garlic sauce w/ house special fried rice. The appetizers are all fried except for a couple of them like steam dumplings but I've had pork, shrimp, vegetable, and spring egg rolls and they are all delicious something about this place the way they make them. I've also had fried chicken wings, crab sticks, fried wontons which are also fried goodness. For the rice dishes I've had vegetable fried rice, house special fried rice, shrimp fried rice, plain fried rice my favorite would be shrimp fried rice but all their fried rices are awesome! You can get many other menu items like lo mein, chicken dishes like kung pao, beef dishes like beef and broccoli, you also have option of diet menu where they can steam chicken, brown rice, or steam vegetables if that's your option. Overall friendly inhouse service and delivery service and excellent food.

Good food I order from them all the time the food comes quick tastes good and isn't greasy like some other places we ordered food today and the delivery man was obviously not in a good mood and removed my daughters artwork from our door

Ordered the shrimp wonton soup & it was amazing !!! The dumplings looked so delicately wrapped and the Inside was stuffed with shrimp and veggies ! No skimping here ! I had an order of broccoli in garlic sauce also very good

I've been ordering dumplings from this take out joint for over 5 yrs... I can say the steamed dumplings have gotten way better! The low mein is great, not greasy and w/ actual visible chicken. Next Ill try the soup

The food here has always been good and not over salted or greasy. Definitely one of the better Chinese restaurants in the area.

Warning to all with a pineapple allergy like me: do not eat the duck sauce. If you like spicy ask for hot mustard instead. Orange chicken was crispy and flavorful. I did not find it spicy, but my spice tolerance is very high. My fiance had the chicken with broccoli and it looked amazing. Try the cold noodles. They are chewy and delicious. For me the fried dumplings were good, but not great. Worth a try but nothing to rave over.

I ordered the cured pork with garlic shoots and dry fried green beans. The cured pork was quite salty, and paired well with the buttery, tender leeks it was cooked with. The dish was not overly oily, and was pleasant over white rice. I enjoyed the chewiness of the pork which allowed you to experience the complex flavor. The green beans were well fried, with characteristic texture signature to this dish. The seasoning was very well balanced and not overpowering to the natural sweetness of the green beans. I would recommend either dish. They were both slightly toned down iterations when compared to the times I've eaten these dishes at other Sichuan restaurants in flushing, but still well seasoned and well cooked. The service was very warm and friendly, and many other customers seemed to be returning regulars.

We went a second time because our first experience was so good that we wanted to try their other dishes, and now after the second time, we can't wait to return for a third. We definitely need to return with a bigger group the next time we go so that we can try more of their dishes! Our second time there, we had the "Night Market Chow Fun" and the "Chongqing Braised Beef." Both were excellent! Probably my favorite Chow fun now and the Chongqing braised beef was so tender and had all the szechuan tingly spices that open up your taste buds and sensories. We LOVED both dishes. It had the 3 chili pepper sign and the server warned us that it was very spicy, and IT WAS -- in all the good ways. May not be for the faint, though, so be careful. Not sure if they can adjust the spiciness. We enjoy their "film set" ambiance, giving it a cooler dining experience than your normal authentic casual space -- adds some flare for a date night or for friends. MUST RETURN FOR MORE!

It has a nice interior and I suspect may get busy during peak hours, although I was able to slip in at the bar just fine. I tried the Lucky Coin tofu. It was good! It was a bit spicy for my palate, though I'm glad I stuck with it. Be sure to order it with rice -- they initially served it without, and it definitely needs it.

We ordered the dan dan noodles for an appetizer, chewy noodles and good flavor. Then we had the custom dry pot (we put chicken, tofu, Napa and Choy medium spicy) that came out tasty and fast. And finally we ordered the crispy fish which was HUGE but crunchy and flavorful - definitely more food than we expected but it's okay! Servers were friendly and even though there was an error in our order they were quick and ways to fix. The restaurant is small and hole in the wall, feels authentic. The restaurant is a few blocks from the main street of Steinway so it'll take a bit of searching. Going inside, the area is rather abstract. Pink flower wallpaper on one end and dry wall on the other, it's kinda off-putting but I didn't come here for the atmosphere anyway. Service was lukewarm, I got my order in but the two workers inside weren't too receptive and the menu itself is kinda barebones with most of their food being a bit more than I would like to pay for so I just settled on one order of Singapore Mei Fun. After waiting 10 minutes for my food to arrive, the Singapore noodles which are usually spicy were kinda salty but it was nothing a bit of duck sauce wouldn't fix. This one order cost $17 while not the worst Singapore Mei Fun...well technically it is, even though it's not horrible but I've had much better from other places for a stable price of $12. Yeah, a rather disappointing visit. Not the worst I've ever had but could be so much better.

There was a long wait as we put our names down for a party of four, but there is a lot to do in the mall as you wait. Our party of four was able to get seated on a Sunday afternoon after about 30 mins or so. The indoors is very well decorated and it has a nice dimly lit atmosphere. Something this place does do really well is the plating and presentation. Our first appetizer were these shrimp balls and they served 9 items on this really stunning tree holder. We ordered pork, some boiled bok choi, and Peking duck. I think in NYC this was the best Peking duck experiences I have had. They provided a large variety of toppings more than just the basic green onions. They ask if you want the bones boiled or fried afterwards. They provide a large amount of wraps for you to enjoy, and the duck was prepared beautifully. Now this place does get pricey but my friends and I loved our visit. They show you how to make each roll, they provide plastic gloves are you prep the duck rolls. Will definitely plan to come back, every thing we ate was fantastic and we had a great time. It does get a bit pricey however.

Most of the bolo is missing that flaky crisp bite, but that is the nature of making it into a sandwich. The edges were still crisp. - Wedges: fantastic! Crispy exterior, with a fluffy interior. The shape (looks like it is a thick spiral cut) lends well to that texture. - Salad: was fresh, with a non descript dressing.
