First off i just want to say we had a very friendly server and the food that made it to our table was great!! Last night 10/26 a group of 14 of us went to dinner we sat outside. I got the Southwest Dogs chili with cheese and onion rings, folks had the lobster dinner and fried shrimp dinner. I think the kitchen got overwhelmed because the food came out haphazard one of my dogs with the onion rings then 20 minutes later the other dog showed up. My dads onion rings were way over done and three of the dinners in the middle of our table showed up like 30 minutes after all the rest of the food and one of the Rubins never showed. But i think one of the major issues is something called the "Stuart" fee on our check it was almost $5.00 with only 3 of us on the check no explanation just a fee. This is hurting the servers. read more

Quick, friendly service and a great value too located in a funky tiki hut setting on A1-a. Wow! You have to put this place on your must go to list. Awesome food and service. The portions were great too! The Cilantro and lime shrimp & chicken entree was fantabulous. The full rack of Baby Back ribs tasty, tender, meaty and fell off the bone. The Dolphin fish plate came with a healthy portion of Mahi Mahi and was to die for. Our server, Harrison, was the best server on the planet and Ethan, the manager/Cheff checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking. Five stars any day of the week. This place has the best hot dogs. No matter what style of hot dog you like they have you covered. I've heard the burger is pretty great to although I haven't tried it myself. I'm a big fan of their Chicago style dog. I love the combination or tomatoes, peppers, and onions. The pickle really sets it off. If you add mustard you can really take it to the next level. The junkyard dawg is really good too. I usually order it with the Chicago dog and some waffle fries. If I'm really hungry I'll get the junkyard fries but that's only on special occasions. They also have a good selection of craft beer. read more

My husband and I went for a valentines dinner. Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was amazing, very friendly and attentive. Drinks were good and reasonably priced. The Bloody Mary states it's spicy and it truly is lol. My husband got it and it's spicy but good. We got the crab boil which was very decently priced. We got grilled veggies and coleslaw as a side. We came here after a hike in the area after realizing the first spot we tried didn't have outdoor dining. The food was affordable but not good - my spouse enjoyed the ribs but said the Dune Dog was inedible. I had the crab cake and crab legs special - similarly, the crab legs were fine but the crab cake was awful. Our biggest concern was that *none* of the servers or bartenders wore their masks properly. They either had them hanging under their chin or not covering their nose. They also did not move the outdoor tables six feet apart. I definitely would not return because of the quality of the food but especially because they are not being safe. read more

Dune, dog café was my father's favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, he passed away in September. My fondest last memory of him was when my husband and I went to Dune dog with Daddy. Healways got the same thing. Fish and chips. Because the portion was so big., he could take half of it home and eat it later! They also played the kind of music that he liked, and we sang every word together in the parking lot. People probably thought we were crazy! All the food that we all ate was delicious, next time i'm down that way I will absolutely come back in. read more

Great lunch! We stopped in at 12:30 in a Sunday. There was going to be a short wait to sit inside unless we wanted to sit at bar. We chose to sit at bar for no wait. Bartender Mike was very upbeat and friendly! He let us know that the lobster roll was on special. My husband inquired about a beer on tap, he gave him a sample. It was Chancellor, he liked it and ordered it. I had a glass of Pinot Grigio. We decided to share an order of clam strips. He had the crunchy fish sandwich and I had the lobster roll. Both were excellent! Ambiance is kitschy casual, great for kids and adults. Nice outdoor patio seating that is covered , it will be perfect once weather gets a little cooler. Bar seating was great. Terrible service and attitude, the owner/manager and staff seemed to ignore me and my roommate, both elderly. Two other couples entered and where quickly serviced, drinks were and served, orders are taken. We are still being ignored! We left feeling poorly treated. feeling and will not return. were the place is on a very busy street and very loud. The menu has something on it for everyone from burgers and hotdogs to seafood, wings and sandwiches. The burgers and fires we ordered were great. Our service and waitress was awesome, kind and fast. The atmosphere is great, and the decor is beachy and laid back. There are so many good items on the menu we want to try, so we will totally be back for more! The have a full bar also!! Adequate for a Route 1 roadside place in Florida. Hush puppies were ok but the honey based sauce was great. My grilled mahi sandwich (referred to as "dolphin" on the menu) was way over cooked and dry. The New England clam chowder was subpar, but my expectations were low given how far away New England is. Food is just as good as the original, no long wait to get in, and they have an indoor seating option. We always get the yankee nachos and garlic wings. Fish sandwich is awesome and any hot dog with the chili is a good choice. read more

Went on a Tuesday evening early, and got a table, but it was obvious that it would be full an hour later. It was 2-fer Tuesday, with two dinners for the price of one. We both had grilled Mahi and it was very good. The presentation seemed designed for our "cheap specials," with the sides in little bowls stacked on the plate next to the entree. Not sure if this was just because of the 2-fer special, or whether all dinners were presented like this. Not unusual, but not terribly classy. We've been wanting to try this place for a while. Cool looking atmosphere, and wanted to try some hot dogs. Not much of a selection in their hot dogs so I had a crab cake sandwich instead. It was okay, not much seasoning to it. My boyfriend had two hot dogs but I don't think they were worth the price. The worst part about this place was the bathrooms. They smelled like a port-a-potty and were filthy. There were plenty of people working, I don't understand that during a time like this, the bathrooms wouldn't be cleaned THROUGHLY. I can't say enough and how impressed we both were my husband got the fried fish platter and I got the crab boil with a Cajun butter sauce. This place grosses me out....I ordered a Diet Coke and when it arrived I didn't notice until my second sip the top of my drink was covered in this layer of scum. Even my waitress was shocked. I got a bottled water in its place and then a hot dog for lunch which was ok but that lack of cleanliness really scares me. I won't be able to bring myself back there. We were here outside one night enjoying some live entertainment by a gentleman playing the Steele drums and singing us some of our favorite reggae songs...very lax, laid back, local spot to enjoy some good food and vibes. I ordered the fish and chips (recommended...nice big portion, perfectly crispy, fried fish, a mound of fries, and sauces to complete the meal). My boyfriend ordered a burger and it wasn't cooked to the temperature he requested so they immediately had another one made AND bought him a cocktail while he waited. They did this on their own without being asked...and let me also say the service is very good overall. Even though they made a mistake they apologized and fixed it!
