Typical coffee from the chain. Nothing terrible, but nothing amazing. I do like their creativity when it comes to drinks. The caramel craze is usually delicious and the white chocolate raspberry is my new favorite. Easy on off from the 40 when traveling. My breakfast at this Dunkin' location was the worst I've ever experienced at any Dunkin' location. I am a huge fan of Dunkin' and I've been to countless Dunks locations across the country. I have never had anything like this happen, it was a truly terrible experience. I placed a mobile order and walked in to get my order. It wasn't ready yet and a couple people were waiting. The customer next to me seemed agitated and like he'd been there a while. After several minutes of waiting I flagged down an employee to ask if there was a delay in orders. I was addressed as if I was a nuisance for asking and told curtly that the computers were down. While I'm sure that is very frustrating for the employees, there was 0% communication with the waiting customers. She was trying to explain that tickets were not printing but it sounded like she said we needed to print our own tickets, when I asked for clarification (that made no sense) she said I was asking ridiculous questions and rolled her eyes then ignored me. One employee locked all the doors so no one else could come in. But we also couldn't easily get out - the locks were difficult to operate quickly (seemed like a big fire hazard). Customers kept coming up to the door trying to get it and were clearly confused by the locked doors but visibly present staff and customers inside. There were several mobile orders waiting for pick up inside but no way for the customers to enter to get them. I ended up leaving without my order and a lot of wasted time. But the worst part was how I felt- like I'd been a nuisance for asking when my order would be ready and requesting to know if it had even gone through at all. The employees were clearly overwhelmed by what was happening but several were standing around with nothing to do while they waited for the computers to come back up. This easily could have been a better experience if they'd kindly spoken to the waiting customers, told us what was happening, and even if they'd told us we couldn't order or it'd be a while. We just needed them to look at us and acknowledge that we were there. read more

We normally love coming to Dunkin but this morning was different. It was my son's 15th Birthday and he wanted donuts instead of cake. We had a rude woman take our order. We couldn't hear her due to the loud vehicle behind us or understand her through her mask. She got so rude with us,raised her voice and snapped that she was getting a box..to wait a minute. It was all completely uncalled for. We even apologized,saying we couldn't hear her. Then we got our donuts...the boston cremes look awful! I am definitely a Dunkin regular. The ladies in there on smoky park highway always take care of me! You see I'm pretty picky when it comes to my coffee, I get an Caramel Iced Coffee with 5 caramel and 6 cream with 4 liquid Cain sugar and I like to add the cinnamon sugar inside the coffee with whipped cream and Carmel on top. They do a great job with positive attitudes! One of them, I can't remember her name but she always tells me to have a "dunk"-tastic day! They work hard and most of the time with a smile! The worst dunkin donuts yet! Road trip passing by and stopped in for a coffee and sandwich. Sandwich was burnt, so I guess the staff didn't know how to work a microwave oven. If I could give this location a -1 I would my mom and I stopped for a snack on the ride up to the mountains and I ordered a glaze donut which was cold and dry (so stale it was difficult to bite into). My mom ordered the omelet bites (bacon and cheddar ones) and they gave us the egg white and veggie one which were nasty. She also ordered bagel bites that were also stale and cold. Quick and convenient. This location does a good iced tea. Some are too strong, others too light, but here they really hit a sweet spot. The menu doesn't mention it, but you can add unsweetened peach flavoring, which is amazing. No calories, no artificial sweetener either, just the rich aroma of peaches. I love the egg white breakfast sandwiches as well, which are low cal, high fiber and high protein. This may be a donut place but they have excellent healthy options. read more

I asked for 2 beyond sausage sandwiches with no egg and no cheese (vegan) and receive 2 sausage patty's tossed at the bottom of a bag.... no English muffins.. no wrapping. Went in to get the order fixed and the friendly cashier had no problem just grabbing some new ones. Then a mean loud lady I assume was the manger came out barking at me yelling f*** that I put it in the f*** bag your a f***ing liar?!? I've worked in customer service and I can't imagine ever saying this to a customer especially after they completely screwed up my order! It could've been fixed easy no problem within 2 minutes but she felt the need to make a big scene. She took the receipt which also showed that they charged me the wrong amount ($15!!!) for my order and insisted I come back with evidence?!? The manager of the store rips people off. I order an egg & cheese on the multi-thin (multigrain flat bread), and he (according to his staff) instructs his staff to ring it up as a power breakfast sandwich, just because it's the same multi-thin bread. So in essence, he's charging me for the meat (I'm a vegetarian) and veggies that come on the power bkfst, that I'm not getting. Every other Dunkin in the area (New Leicester Hwy, Biltmore Ave, Swannanoa) charges $3.09 for what I order (equivalent of egg & cheese on English), while he charges $4.09. I have asked over and over to understand the rationale, but he's clearly just an unethical jerk. I used to go to that one 5-6 x's a week, and now I'll go out of my way to go to one of the ones who operates ethically. UPDATE: They've finally stopped ripping me off, and I can actually get my egg & cheese sandwich for $3.09. Having said that, though, they are still the only location that can't consistently get your order correct. I ask for 1 flavor shot, I get 3. Order online with ample time for it to be ready when I arrive; it's not. This location is just a hot mess. I wish it wasn't the one so close to my house!! read more

Very rude older blonde woman working there. I've eaten at Duncan's in many states, usually very friendly staff. I was there this morning at 5am traveling, I was hoping to sit inside for a few minutes and eat a bagel sandwich before getting back there n the road. The sign on door said lobby opened at 5 it was locked. I drove through and asked what tine dining lobby opened she said 5. I mentioned that the doors were locked but that I preferred to come inside. She unlocked the door and I ordered. One part of the bar seating had a sign, table closed. Other section of bar, no sign so I figured every other table or section (6 ft) There was no sign indicating that dining was restricted inside and since they are along a major highway, they shouldn't expect people to know local covid rules. A simple sign on the door stating lobby open for ordering and pick up/closed to dining would have solved all the confusion. Regardless, absolutely no reason to be rude to weary, paying customers! Every Time I go I get the same thing. An iced coffee with 3 mocha swirl, 3 creams, and 3 sugars. Sometimes I get a big n toasty but I usually just get a coffee. I absolutely love this place. They are always so kind when I come in and they have excellent manners. I've never had a problem at this Dunkin even when I've been in there and through the drive thru about 20 times. Large free standing store. Good donut selection throughout the day. The staff is genuinely friendly and knows us by sight. Solid coffee and they add just the right amount of cream. Very clean, including bathrooms. Lots of tables. Easy in and out in the early AM but during the day it's a little tough getting in and out of the parking lot. read more

I can't really speak to their doughnuts because I only go for the coffee. It is fabulous. Strong but not bitter, they will make it anyway you like, great specials and discounts. I get frequent offers via text, and the staff are super friendly. The drive through can get bogged down in the morning...especially around the school rush, but given the amount of traffic there in the morning, they move them through fairly quickly. My daughter loves their breakfast sandwiches and I will take her word for it. She also gives two thumbs up to the peach sweet tea. read more

My Husband and I were on our way back to NJ when we stopped for a coffee. My husband left his brand new iphone in the restroom and fortunately it was turned in by a customer to management. We did not realize it was missing until we were well over an hour away. We called and spoke to the manager who upon confirming that the phone was indeed my husbands agreed to send it to us fed ex overnight. This wonderful man laid out $65.00 of his own money to send it to us! We of course sent him a check right away. I cannot thank him and his staff enough for the honesty and willingness to help someone they never met. you just don't find people like that anymore. read more
