I decided to try the new Dunkin Zero drink and who can resist the Munchkins. I went inside so I could customize the flavors of Munchkins instead of just a general assorted. Disappointed they did not have the seasonal Wedding Cake flavor (it didn't even appear to be an option not just that they had run out), I chose to just get the Blueberry and Chocolate Cake flavors which were just as good as always. The Blackberry Tangerine Dunkin Zero had caught my eye and was the main reason for my visit. When the staff member taking my order had to ask a coworker "this is just the water and syrup right?" I should have been prepared for the disappointing result. I really like the Mango Pineapple Lemonade Refresher and was hoping this was be just as good. Needless to say I will not be ordering it again and stick with getting my energy drinks from my favorite Brewistas just down the street. read more

This particular Dunkin' location was a quick stop through to grab a box of donuts for an early morning meeting. The staff was friendly enough and the donuts were a hit at the meeting. As far as ambiance, it is a Dunkin' (or maybe you remember it as Dunkin' Donuts). I just happened to see this Dunkin location while driving through the area so I made it a priority to try it out the next time. Glad I did! It's November in Alabama, which means it's probably still pretty warm and muggy. Needed a pick me up, so I got a Peppermint Mocha Iced coffee. Seeing the 'cheer'ful cup made the day that much better. The service and the coffee was just as good and fast as at any of the other local DD locations. But this one is so different (and better!) because it is a free-standing location that doesn't have to share its lot and building with a title loan or other business. I've found that the DD with shared buildings seem smaller, and the lots/drive-thrus always seem more cramped. I feel bad when I'm in a line for DD and the line might block the other business. No issues here as this one has the big ol' lot all to itself! read more

I stopped at Dunkin for an iced coffee for me with caramel and cream. It was perfectly made. What made my drive thru visit even more memorable was how nice the attendant was. He offer my puppy a pup cup; something I never knew existed. Aspen, my morkie loved the treat and offered me a nice laugh as she tried to get every last bit of her tasty treat out of the cup. Notes about this place: Sooo cleeeean!!! Markez is sooo sweet and smiles while she's working...(rare to see at any Dunkin Donuts.) The staff is really sweet and works really hard... My friend's dad cleaned off a table since they were hard at work and probably couldn't get to it... The best Dunkin' Donuts I've been to in all of the states I've been in... I love this Dunkin' location! I probably go 2-3 times a week, just to get an iced coffee. I chose to get a coffee this morning before heading to a scheduled appointment. It is super easy to swing in and out of this location, because the drive-thru line is usually not long at all. I always use the app on my phone, so I am able to earn points and rewards. The staff at this location are always so friendly and my coffee is almost always made perfectly. I've been here on multiple different occasions when it first opened and shortly after decided that the poor service wasn't worth the craving so I stopped going. I was in the area this weekend and thought I'd give it a shot... I just want to give the BIGGEST shoutout to MARK for the EXCELLENT customer service, my family and I were very very pleased. I was at Dunkin on Friday, November 11th to get donuts for Veterans Day (I work at a nursing home- so we we're having a celebration and I needed several dozen). The store was SO busy and clearly understaffed- but the staff that morning didn't let the stress show! They did a great job of helping everyone and keeping a smile on their faces. I have drill at a nearby Reserve Center and am crazy enough to continually try to use this Dunkin for a .orning coffee. They're terrible!! They constantly lock the lobby and the drive through wraps around the building. People get stu k in the drive through because of how slow they are and how narrow the parking lot is. They either need a whole new staff and manager, or need to be closed down. read more

The actual worst Dunkin in the entire world. The staff there is incredibly rude especially the morning shift. The coffee there taste like swamp water basically every time that I go. I have given it multiple chances for it to redeem itself, and it just has not. The staff is un attentive, rude, and condescending. Look. It's Sunday morning. People want donuts. I get it. But to have multiple staff inside clearly working & to have all doors to the inside store locked, with NO SIGNS explaining or apologizing for any inconvenience is just poor management. Workers clearly locked doors to keep people from coming in & isolating to drive through only for single car service is unacceptable during the busiest hours. The cars in the line are wrapped completely around the building. Whoever owns this Dunkin needs to give their workers some lessons on proper customer service. I've spent this entire time writing this review while simply sitting in the drive through after trying to go inside. While I was pulling on the door, I had workers staring me in the face blankly with no explanation. I have never had an experience like this at Dunkin before. Firstly, many cars had to leave the drive through due to an extended idle time. The car at the order menu was not been being helped for many minutes. Then two items we asked for off of the menu had been conveniently "discontinued". We happily ordered other products. The individual who took the order was short. Once we got the donuts we ordered we had to wait for the rest of the order. We opened the box of donuts and bit into one while we waited and it was the wrong kinds. Then once they gave us the coffees we had to remind them we had a sandwich. And this here was where my pain really began. Upon inspection of the sandwich it was completely uncooked. Egg cold. Cheese hard. Bacon cold. And quite possibly the most horrific, a room temperature stale croissant. I had been looking forward to getting Dunkin since the day before and even waited through the drive through to get essentially nothing we wanted or paid for. Devastated. I will be revisiting this location so that I may be able to leave a better review. I'm hoping this was a one off experience. read more
